My son accidentally bitten by a dog

I don't know what to do right now ,I am crying ,I am scared I am mad because pf what happend to my son.

My eldest son went to my brother inlaw's house a steps away from the house where we stayed.He asked me yesterday that he want to sleep over with his cousin since theres no classes today coz its sunday.

I did'nt agreed on him coz I know for surr he will sleep late but he asking me and keep saying please!.

So this morning,he went home and asked his breakfast and asking me that he will eat his breakfast in his uncle house.

I told him to stay here but he wanted to play with his cousin ,he loves to play with his cousin as it was teaching him some online games and letting him to borrow his phone coz I am not letting him to use my phone.

During our lunch ,I called him but he told me that he already eat his lunch but around 1pm ,just a while ago his aunt called me saying that my son was bitten by their dog.

I was shocked,I was scared ,I was worried at the same time I got mad.I got mad of my son because I called him but he insisted to stay at his uncle house and they had 4 dogs and all of it does'nt have a rabbies vaccine.

His auntie clean his wound with running water and put malunggay syrup amd garlic as a first aid.Since today is sunday and no clinic is open ,I asked my brother inlaw to take him at the healer .

The healer advices them to get back around 5pm for the second dose of his healing.

According to his auntie,he was playing with the dog while the dog was sleeping ,maybe the dog was scared and thats why he was biten.

I chatted my husband's nephew asking where he does his anti rabies vaccine after his finger was bitten while he gave food to the dog.

I feel worried coz we don't have money for it ,we need a huge amount ,we need $100 for it.I don't know what to do ,I don't know where to borrow money.I keep crying and does'nt know what to do.

Last thursday I asked my mother inlaw to lend a money from the lending bank she was joining.That money supposedly were going to use for continue working our house but unluckily my mother inlaw did'nt able to lend a money and they promised that they can release a money on the first week of march.

We had money here buy it was not enough for the medication needed.Praying that we can find additional money for it.

According to my husband's nephew we need this for my son

• Anti tetanus 200pesos or $4

• Anti rabies -1800pesos or $36 per shots(3 shots needed)

• Clinic fee -150pesos or $3

My brother inlaw does'nt have a stable job and I know how much they are struggling financially today so we need to shoulder all the expenses for it.

I don't know what to do honestly but I know we can find ways for it .It does'nt matter on how much we spend money or where we could borrow,whats important is my son can get that medication for him.

Hopefully ,there's an availabe anti rabies tomorrow at the RHU(public healyh center)for free ,if ever they don't have we need to bring him at the private clinic for the medication.
