Friday's famdate

Last day my husband told me that he will take a straight duty for 24hours so that he can save a 1 travel gas ,gasoline now was so expensive so he was planning for that and yesterday,it was friday he came home from his 24hours duty and since he don't have work for the whole day I was planning to take the children to a park .

I did'nt wake up early coz husband will come home at 8 am ,so I wake up around 7 am to prepared our breakfast ,and preparing and thinking what to cook is one thing that can make me stress especially if we don't have enough budget .And I remember that there was a vegetable left from the vegetable lumpia I did for the last time ,so I bought two eggs and cooked the left vegetables .The kids love it and for those who wanted to try this recipe heres what you gonna do.

My tortang cabbage with carrots

Ingredients-cabbage,carrot ,onion ,egg ,cornstarch ,cooking oil

• First chopped the cabbage into small pieces then grated the carrots so that kids will not notice that it was a vegetables.Then mixed it with chopped onion.

• Add two eggs(depended kung marami or kunti lang)mixed again and add cornstarch ,a little salt and pepper to taste.

• I add 1 fish from our viand last meal and removed the bones and grind it.And add 1 chopped hotdog .Then mix.

• Then you can start to fry .

• Serve it wih ketcup,surely the kids love it ,like my kids.

After our breakfast I went to the school to submit my son's module and I learned that this monday the grade six students will having a limited face to face classes ,thats a good news ,hopefully tuloy tuloy na para hindi na masyadong mahirapan ang mga studyante .And when I came home I heard my husband singing,he is having a karaoke time with the kids ,he did'nt even take a nap.

How's our friday family date?

In the afternoon ,we don 't have an electricity and kids felt bored so hubby decided to take them to the park.When we arrived ,the kids was so happy ,they keep running minsan lang kasi makapasyal kaya ayun ,laking tuwa.And when our youngest boy told that he wants to eat ,nagutom sa kakatakbo ,we odered some foods but theres no vacant table ,so we decided to eat the snacks at the park.

The funny thing was happend was my husband forgot his wallet and I did'nt bring mine also ,and he said he will going home to get the money and we will wait him while they are preparing our order ,naku baka sabihin nilang scammer kami ,lumang tugtugin na mawawala ang wallet hahaha .Luckily the sling bag I was brought was I remember I used this when I went for a groceries and I checked it if theres still money ,were lucky that I had 500pesos on it .After we having our snacks ,I asked my husband to buy fish for our viand coz theres 200pesos left .I am so happy seeing my kids priceless smile,even if we can take them at park more often ,but they can understand naman that their father had work ,hopefully next week ,we can take them again ,or maybe we take them at the beach soon.My son keeps asking me when we can have a beach ,he missed swimming ,he loves beach and hopefullu next week we can take them to a beach.Minsan lang naman para hindi masyadong ma bored sa house ang mga bata.

We came home around 5pm and I was busy preparing for our dinner then my husband nephew came home from his step father,there was a celebration there and he was invited and his step father gave a food for bring home and I did'nt cook the fish we bought.Our dinner was solved with lechon baboy ,paklay ,and pancit with a cold drinks .Oh !no I already forgot my goals which is to loss wieght haha! Ano itutuloy ko pa ba ang goal ko?hahaha bukas na naman ako mag didiet.

And thats all for our fridate ,a simple date but makes the kids happy.
