Sunday whereabouts ✨
Christmas is just around in the corner. This season really invites us to do strengthen our relationship to the people around us, it could be our family, friends, co workers and the random peps we meet across.
Those people behind our stories greatly affect our perspectives, would youu agree with me? I hope youu does 😅 Either a family whom youu call a home where you grown up will sometimes leave youu a scar in your heart.
Values and virtues in life were once build but as youu go on, all of these became blurry after realizing " What life is all about"!
For those friends whom you'd gave your trust sometimes scared youu to interact again. Pain and sufferings came but where are they whom you thought are jewels. Jewels because they're only present in you glamor days.
Sometimes those circumstances we aren't ready will surely fear us at some. Sometimes it questioned us in some areas in our existence.

A moment With God🙏❤️
God:
I’d be willing to call me a servant, a servant who will be devotedly to wall for a purpose. A human who is capable of making lapses and ample of mistakes.
We are weary people. We are sleep-deprived and tired, but weariness goes beyond that. Weariness goes deeper. Weariness is the slumped shoulders of our souls.
When Jesus called the weary, He wasn't just calling people who needed a nap or a good night's sleep.
He was calling the burdened. The laboring. The heavy-laden. The struggling.
He used agricultural imagery, as He often did, because that's what made sense to His audience. When He talked of burdens and yokes, He brought to His hearers' minds images of farm animals struggling under the weight of loads too heavy for them to bear on their own.
One of the many beauties of Jesus' teaching tools, though, is that they work for us today, whether or not we have any connection to an agricultural lifestyle. We can easily picture ourselves bent over by a too-heavy load we're trying, wearily, to carry.
Loads of responsibility and worry and guilt and fear and uncertainty and grief.
But Jesus was not just rounding up a group of weary people who could commiserate with each other. His call was not, "Come, all you who are weary...." His call was, "Come to me"—and that makes all the difference.
"Come to me," Jesus said. If I come to my friends or my husband or my children or my parents or my Bible study sisters or my church family with my wearying load, they will not entirely be able to lift it. They love me. They will want to help. They will try to help. They will do what they can. But they will not be able to fully lift it because they are carrying their own loads. Their own yokes are hard and their burdens are heavy.
"Come to me...and you will find rest for your souls." Maybe I realize I cannot come with my load to my friends and family, so maybe I "come" with it to other things I hope can lift it. A change of schedule or a vacation or some product I buy that I hope will make life easier. But Jesus was and is not just offering rest for physical bodies; He was and is offering rest for eternal souls.
"Come." I have to do my part by responding to Jesus' invitation. I have to come to Him in prayer, in study, in worship, in fellowship, in letting-go.
"To me." I have to come to Jesus, not to some other supposed burden-bearer.
"Find rest for your souls." I have to come to Jesus looking not for a quick catnap that will temporarily lift the heaviness from my head but for a deep rest that will eternally lift the heaviness from my soul. And it will not be lifted because I have rested up and gotten better at carrying it myself; it will be lifted because Jesus, God of the Weary, is carrying it for me.

Be firm: You only got yourself ♥️
Too often, we expect people to have the same capacity to give and share as us. We expect them to perceive the world in the same way and hold the same values. And, just as the second noble truth of Buddhism suggests, when life doesn't match our expectations, we suffer. It doesn't matter how big your heart was because not everyone around you got the same big heart as yours.
In our existence, there were a lot of times you experienced breakthroughs in which you'll search for a shoulder to lean on. We might think that our family or trusted friends is the sole outlet without knowing that they're silently stab us. There'll be times when people let you down. You might expect a sales assistant to be more helpful or your parents to feel sorry for you. When things don't go the way you want them to, you might feel disappointed and hurt. We’re always expecting the world to adjust to us and meet our needs. However, we can never control other people's actions – only our own. How people act is merely a manifestation of their inner world.
Our expectations can direct us towards changes we need to make within – for example, a craving for somebody's presence might reveal a void that's shouting for your own love, care and attention.
It's impractical to drop all of our expectations because they often help us protect our energy. Therefore, I suggest you:
1. Realize that expectations can hinder inner peace
2. Discover how they might help you on your inner healing journey
3. Identify if you need to make shifts in your relationships.
Reducing expectations and not taking things personally are liberating acts. One way I try to do this is to assume the best in others – by encouraging compassion, you can break the connection to the outcome you craved. For example, if someone doesn't hold the door open for you, you can reframe your thinking by telling yourself there's a good reason for it; perhaps they're going through a tough time, or they simply forgot because they're in a rush to get to somewhere important.
As morbid as this sounds, if a loved one disappoints me, I tell myself that it could be the last time I ever see or speak to them. This inspires gratitude and allows me to enjoy their presence, rather than focusing on what expectations of mine they're not fulfilling. Also, remember that no one's perfect, including yourself. People don't always get it right.

3AM:A Random Thought 🛎️
It's been a while read cash fam, emm back ❤️
LET'S TALK ABOUT FRIENDS.
They are just simply referring to their friend as 'reserved' pag needed na nila, pero pag hindi na you are just entitled as a 'friend'.
Recently, I just talked to one of our young people and asked me about it. I understand yung rants at hinanakit niya kasi kahit naman sino masasaktan kapag wala kang masabing 'kaibigan' sa oras na kailangan mo sila.
But on top of that, I let her define her own definition of "Friendship", and says:
"Uhm.. I defined friendship as my home, kung saan kapag dumating yung storm meron kang masisilungan, may aakap sayo when you feel fear. May mag pupush sayo na kaya mong gawin na hindi mo maisip na kaya mo. Tinuring ko na rin sila na parang kapatid ko na. In my case, I felt unfair lang kasi they'll never ask me what's going on. Ang mahirap po kasi na nasanay sila na ako palagi ang sumasalo sakanila na nakalimutan ata nila na tao rin ako, kailangan ko rin ng masasandalan."
That's a sad reality. Simply because, "Your expectations depends on how you define your friendship."
Like, if you expect them na dapat lagi silang nanjan para sayo, then you define friendship as "my comfort zone" kasi di mo kayang wala sila, kailangan lagi silang nanjan for you kasi kung hindi you will not feel comfortable.
So, It is really important to know what "Friendship" really means to you and your friends. Kasi baka mamaya magkaiba kayo ng definition, so magkaiba rin ang magiging expectations niyo sa isa't-isa which is dahilan kung bakit maraming friendship ang hindi nagtatagal.
Kaya nga dapat tandaan na: Sa lahat ng relationships, mapa-family, friends or romantic man, dapat lahat clear both sides. Di pwedeng 'feel ko lang'. Always consider clearing things up para whatever happens, you have the same heart or kung hindi man mag-work, atleast maaga pa lang alam mo na at maiiwasan ang future damages.
And of course, You should learn to balance relationships. You give more but less to yourself. Kasi you cannot value relationships, until you value yourself FIRST.😌
Kaya nga ang hirap noh? Kasi we should not judge people/friends. Ang laging unang ieeevaluate dapat natin is yung sarili natin. Kasi, we can judge ourselves but not them. Sabi nga, we cannot change the situation but we can change our heart. So always start withing yourself.
"REALIZATION, THEN TAKE AN ACTION."
Walang masama don. Kung masakit man ang malaman mo, then take it as positive pa rin. Kasi God removes unhealthy people around us and replace it with the best of bests!💛
As Proverbs 17:17 says,
A friend loves at all times,
and a brother is born for adversity."🌿
Been blessed by few, knowing they really loved me for who I am❤️
Palaging ngumiti! Nakakaganda 'yon :'>

Pointers : Planning to Work Abroad ✈️
A reminders to all aspiring individual who dream for a greener pasture ✈️
Why I kept on posting this kind of article?
As I have observed, in our country we are blessed with man power. The job qualifications we have here was standardize so applying and working abroad is the common mindset each individual would like to do.
So let me leave this one again♥️
⛔DO NOT GO ABROAD⛔
1️⃣. Don't go abroad if you are not confident.
🏷️You only have yourself and you go out in your comfort zone miles away from your friends and family ( loved ones as well).
2️⃣. Don't go abroad if you can't endure and sacrifice.
🏷️Imagine you have to work 24/7 sometimes if your employers lack of humanity. Sometimes even if your sick you are obliged to wake up and serve your host family and continue doing your job description.
3️⃣. Don't go abroad if you can't persevere.
🏷️You signed the contract for about 2 years. So, inorder for you to have a good record as to be used for your preference in the next job application you have to persever inorder to finished your contract.
4️⃣. Don't go abroad if you are not strong.
🏷️Again, you only have yourself so even if you are bombarded, you have to be still. This includes :( family problems, sicknesses, financial, heartbreak).
5️⃣. Don't go abroad if you are just complaining.
🏷️At first place you already knew what kind of job you are applying for. So stop complaining. Just reminisce back your journey upon your application.
6️⃣. Don't go abroad if you can't eat your pride.
🏷️This made sense! As an helper sometimes our employer will not be satisfied for tge service we rendered to them. Sometimes they scolded 6 ft beyond, even if it's not our fault and it requires us to ask an apology.
7️⃣. Don't go abroad if you can't bear the sadness.
🏷️You'll gonna miss a lot of celebration. For me the saddest part of all was during Christmas Eve and New year, when you can see them how happy they were complete while you just sleep alone and let the day pass just like an ordinary days.
8️⃣. Do not go abroad if you are weak.
9️⃣. Don't go abroad if you don't know how to approach.
🔟. Don't go abroad if you are not sure why you are going abroad.
🎯Life abroad is never for the faint heart. You’ll be out of your comfort zone - out of the familiar, safe place you’re used to.
💣Here, the life of your sorrow will eat you up; you will cry suddenly for no apparent reason.
You’ll get frustrated a lot of times.
🧭You can't help but compare your life then in the Philippines with your life now here abroad. You’ll even start giving up on yourself. And you’ll start questioning if you’ve really made the right decision.
🎭You will adjust-to a new life, a new environment, a new person, and a new job.
⚖️If you were in the Philippines, you were the boss and you were already at the top, here you will start again at the bottom.
💵If you apply pride, nothing will happen in your life. Not everyone is lucky enough to find a good job with a big salary.
🎓The others, have graduated and been able to work in a good company in the Philippines but when they come here they will be able to enter any job - waiter, driver, receptionist, kitchen assistant, saleslady and others.
🪖Here, it doesn’t matter what your job is; the important thing is that you support your family with every shipment you make. ♥ ️
Back to School : A Limited face to face classes💕
Are we ready for a limited face to face classes?
Some schools already implemented and started the re opening limited face to face classes. Teachers will be very busy again doing a lot of stuff.
Due to the disruptions and connectivity issues caused by Typhoon Casay National High School will be implemented a limited face-to-face classes in the midst of 3rd Quarter S. Y 2021–2022 starting this 28th day of March 2022. Strictly adhering to the minimum health standards .
Thiss would be the first limited face-to-face class since the pandemic started. Prior to the date of classes re opening , the teachers called up a parents conference ( meeting) that is dessiminated to group chat from the different year level and with the help of the barangay officials, BODS, SSG. Distribution of modules to students remain. This programs has different schedule in order to maintain social distancing. Our school also did a benchmarking from other school prior to their preparation.
🔔 Who can join the limited face to face :
🏷️ We give priority to those fully vaccinated students.
🏷️Whose parents that can support their children in terms of financial ( this link to daily fare especially to those students living in a far-flung baranggay).
🏷️Student who badly need assistance in their academic performance
“This year’s re opening of limited face to face excites some of the students for some they said:it’s been a wonderful experience to return to the School and see and speak with my classmates and teachers in person.”
Anne Keilly Belhida, grade 7 Dahlia, class secretary.
This allows students to ask questions directly to advisers and subject teachers the lessons they don't understand well. Aside from that they can do brainstorming to there classmates and peer group.
According to Sir Roy R.
PINTOR , Principal in Casay National High School during our faculty meeting “Coordination meetings were made through the District Head, we did coordination meeting as well, classroom preparation, posting of reminders and dry-run of the physical limited face to face classes. On its actual set-up, we hope that there will be no major problems and challenges encountered. Through this students can comply deficiencies right there and then. Teachers can do academic counseling easily because students are physically around, physical distancing measures are sometimes forgotten because of their excitement in conversing their classmates whom they have not seen for a long time. But the teachers always reminds them to implement minimum health standards”.
He also added that, “precautionary measures, for the re opening of class steps and procedures were carried out as planned. Thank you to the school administration, faculty and staff, parents and students for helping us out for this activity possibly to happen.
STUDENTS, teachers and parents are about to begin a new chapter. CNHS continues to look for the best possible solutions to provide excellent education amidst the COVID-19 pandemic surge, which turned traditional classes into virtual, and typhoon Odette, which brought challenges to the new way of learning.
Lessons that I learned in my 20's 🏷️
🔔Things I learned in my 20s:
📍Put God's first as the center of your everything.
Always find time to talk to him not to ask for anything. Just simply spend a minute
Pray whole heartedly. Tell him everything. Present to him your plans, dreams and hope. Seek his guidance and ask a wisdom so that you'll be able to conquer the road the your taken. Never lost your hope if aspiration in life fail, for he know what could be our tomorrow.
📍 Keep on learning new things.
The world was so wide for a great person like you. Utilize the gift of talent that God has given you. Share what you have.
Let yourself uncover the wonders that our creator has made.
📍Be wise in choosing your peer group.
In choosing your friends please be guided. Never be an open book to them. Keep those personal matter in yourself. Enjoy their company but try to weigh things accordingly. Learn to filter the stories that they shared and you heared.
📍Never neglect the advises of your parents.
You'll gonna realize and could be it's too late. They literally know what's best for you. Continue to respect them even sometimes you don't understand their ways. Sooner you'll eventually become a parents too. Avoid hurting them through your actions/ gesture or the way you talk back. There's no perfect parents and so with children. Explain yourside but never raise your voice during argument for we don't know how painful it was for them.
📍Always be kind.
To everyone you meet even if they arent nice to you because you’ll never know who will help you in the future when you have nothing to offer. When you offer or give a help to anyone you meet, never expect anything.
📍This is the time to follow your passion and your dreams.
Stay focus in your studies. Do the things you love the most. Join in all extra curricular activities whom you think you capable of.
Exert effort and give your best. Don’t stay unhappy doing something you do not love. Make each moment count.
📍Be true to yourself.
If there are things that you don't know about, learn to say NO. Never be shy in admitting those things. Be kind as well. Don't be too hard. There's always a room for improvement.
📍Invest in memories by making time with your family and friends.
As much as possible during family gathering be present. This occasion means a lot to them. Family first ❤️
📍Never forget to love but please know your limitations. It's okay to fall in love as long as it's not included in your top priority . For some they say being relationship serve as your inspiration. ( I hope it does) Preserve the diamond you had for you will never know the person that God is preparing for you. Along your journey you'll gonna meet a lot of individual. And possibly among those individual will be your other half.
As we can notice in our society now a days, a lot of couple already parted their ways, their marriage became broken.
For this, let me share it to you too🙂

The Murder of Hypatia:
Gawas nga bright, guapa pod daw kaayo to siya.
Ang leader sa maong grupo ginganlan og Peter the Reader nga matud pas mga historians, a devoted Christian ug believer in Jesus Christ.

The name of the Agency is : John Maurice, INC, situated at Mango, Avenue Osmena Street, Cebu City, across the church of INC. The recruitment management are well-accommodated.
My application process went well.

Our trainer once experienced working abroad for too long. She shared her experiences too. It is common to be acquainted with different people but don't trust too much because this could lead to destruction of your dreams. Job Hunting: Reality Hits Me🏷️
What was your first job as a teenager or young adult? Do those memories make you laugh out loud?
I thought after having a licensed will be an asset. Wherein you can be hired in any companies aligned in your four years course, but don't get me wrong😅 It's actually not! ( Except to those who excel in their the academic performance). But for a typical student like me, it's a tough journey again .
As being obsessed to start having a job, what I did was I photocopied my documents needed as many as possible. Every establishment that I passed through with an attached poster on it that state: HIRING or Looking for an individual who has been like this and that... and you can contact them through this email address / photo.
I will never have a single hesitation to submit my documents.
My patience towards hitting my goal, tested me again. But it never stop me to look for a job everyday.
Here are my experiences while finding a job:
👣 You can meet a lot of competitive applicants.
👣 I sometimes regret of not giving my best in acad areas.
👣Don't have enough money
👣 Skipping Meals
👣 Water and bread was my best friend 😅
👣Patience is the key.
👣If it's not destined to you, no matter how much you'd give your best it will never be yours.
👣 Never give up on your dreams.
Been applying to a lot companies but I don't receive any call. Even tried to apply in local may it be in municipal but I never been lucky.
Feeling hopeless and desperate. I apply again for the last time in international as domestic worker.
My father was saddened about my decision because he says : I sent you to college and you only worked as a helper.
I felt the guilt but what can I do. I keeo on explaining to him everything. I let him understand why I'd choose to worked there. Gladly, I convinced him! Indeed a supportive father♥️
I applied then by end of May and on yhe 1st week of June my application was made successfully. Undergone training for about 2 weeks, got my employer and on the middle of October, 2017. It was my first flight out ❤️
My secret : continue praying and asking Him, surely he will grant the desire in your heart 🙏
So this is my first real job at the age of 23 as a domestic helper, one of my job duties was to take charge at home. This was in 2017. Well, my first lesson in realizing the importance of being focus during the training is that you will never be afraid of things you're about to do.
I have been lucky enough to know that my employer has 2 kids. I’ve been interested in taking care of kids and some house hold chores too.
As a first timer to work abroad. I was mixed emotion. But I'm firm enough to choose this journey.

Post Birthday Celebration :
After a long exhausted busy week. My family decided to have a simple celebration of Mama's 68th birthday. We cooked food and dine out together with them. It's a rainy lazy Saturday night. I'm not that happy enough but still I need to be myself. Seeing them busy preparing for the food ignite my inner core ♥️
So here are the food we'll gonna eay later :
🍲 Porkchop
🍲Spaghetti
🍲Grilled pork
🍲 Grilled fish
Papa also bought drinks ( san meg) for the adult and soft drinks for kids. I left home and went immediately to the restaurant to book a table for us. 1 slot left and I know Mama love that set up even if shes kinda introvert type of person. I bought a cake also🎂 As I arrived there, I asked their menu and place my order. So here it is:
🍲 Butter Chicken
🍲Pancit Lauriat
🍲Pork Sisig
🍲Calamares
🍲Buffalo Chicken
🍲Sweet and sour Chicken
🍲Sweet and sour pork
And to sum it up, a four season tower is added. Waited for about 30 mins and the food is now ready to served.
As I can see the face of everybody I know that their happy.
After we ate. I grab the chance to talk with my father asking him these things :
Pa, are you happy? Yes of course, he answered. Especially seeing you all today and with my grandchildren. I could not ask for more, he added. My heart melt as he expressed his emotions that he kept in his heart.
Do you have any regrets pa? If only before we had enough money or let's say a bit of I am financially Stäble, I wish I could let your Mama dine, even if it's not the finest restaurants ( to let her experience this things). Going back before no matter how much I worked harder to earn for living, my money is just enough to buy for our daily needs. Now that I can afford to take you in such restaurants she's not here anymore🥺 Those lines break my heart.
I just tapped him saying, for sure Mama is very happy now seeing us, up above that we never forget her day, that we still able to celebrate it up to now, that she will be forever missed and remembered.
Afterwards we went home and here I am lying down reminiscing the past when mama was still alive. How hypocrite I am if I will convinced myself that I am totally healed and moved on. Moving on was the hardest thing to do💔we knew that!
My messenge to anyone out there who still have a mom right beside you:
📎Let them feel your love everyday.
May it a form of gesture, your words and kindness.
📎They're not getting older each day.
So if you're working right now, please make time, allocate time for them. Reach out to them, call them via mobile phone.
Ask them, how was their day went through
📎Treat them out.
It's payback time. This is your time to let them experience the kind of quality life they deserved to have. You can buy the things they love. And you can ley them choose what they like. If they refuse, convinced them.
📎Never be shy.
Let them know how lucky you are to have them. Tell them the you are grateful about.
Flex them even sometimes 🏷️
Let's live our life as if there's no tomorrow ♥️
Let me leave this message content of what my sister posted in her social account : We celebrate your love today and everyday.
4th birthday without you because God took you a little early and we are a little late for soooo many things but it's okay because His will is still the best.
Again, happiest birthday Ma♥️ I love youu ♥️
Missing someone you knew who will not be coming home: MAMA❤️
A March to remember💔
Maybe the heaven needs hero ( it's a lyric from a song that really breaks me into pieces). Because it bring back the memories.
Three years has gone but it feels like yesterday. Living without you was a nightmare. Waking up the next day knowing you are physically absent pained me a lot. I can still feel the pain of that day💔 Here I am waiting for you bringing goods for us ma kidding 😅 ( the memory of you is still vivid, every time you went to the market buying groceries and of course "your pasalubong" to us, may it food or new toys). These are the things you always bought for us back then. Every time you're coming home everybody is so much happy and excited. But right now all I wish ma is to see your happy face, busy preparing for our food everytime there will be an occasion, going together in the farm, attending mass during Sundays will be forever a dream. A dream that I knew I will never had🥺
You and papa are always our strongest support system whenever we encounter difficulties in life.
God knows how I much I missed you. I miss everything about you. How you nag at us everything we're very lazy at home and not doing the household chores. I knew that you were hurt before because of me because my siblings thought that I'm your only fav. knowing you're just fair to each one of us.
During my teenage years, I know that I caused you so much headache and pain. Somewhat, I was once tagged as a black sheep member of the family yet you never gave up on me. You never get tired murmuring those words that give an impact in my life currently. Those reminders of yours serve as my guide as I go along on this journey. Now that I am adult ma I even badly needed you more. There are so many things that I'm gladly wanted to open up to you. It's get harder each day, because you're the only person I trusted the most. Every time I think of you, I can't hold back my tears. I was never been a perfect daughter, I do a lot of mistakes, I've made reckless decisions most of the time. You were the person whom I wanted to correct me. You're always a blessing to me. Whenever I went home, it's you whom my heart looked for. My eyes searched in every corner at home but you’re not there anymore.
Sometimes I asked Him, why he took you so early. I even talk to papa God, if he could just permit a minute in visiting you there, how much would be the fare. Rest assured ma that I will save up no matter how costly it might be, just to steal a glance at you. Ma I just wish that you were here right now. Three years without you ma, look at me now. I want you to meet him ma. It's June 28,2021 when we decided to get married (civil wedding). Insert you here ma❤️ I hope you're happy seeing us ma. I hope.
It's still you whom I dream to walk with me in the aisle on the day of my wedding (church wedding) soon in God's perfect time. I want you to witness that I will be marrying the man who love me darely. It's still you whom I wanted to be there on my side when I am about to give birth. It's so sad that you're not going to carry your grand son/daughter from me. Just like how you carry and took good care of my nieces and nephews.
If I could turned back the time, I should cherish the moment that you're still with me/us. This was your dream for me ma, to have a stable job and to start living a life that you want me to had. I made this all ma!
Thank you for your endless support and eternal love.
No more pain ma. Keep on watching and guide us always.
Happy birthday in heaven, I love you so dearly ❤️
Board Examination Tips : 80-20 ratio❤️
Prayer really works!
The moment you decide to take the examination you're on the way to your success!
Here are the frequent questions I heard from from my friends:
🔔 How did you make it?
🔔 What are your preparations?
🔔 Did you enroll in a review center?
🔔 Any tips you can share to us?
So here it goes...
- It's highly recommended to enroll in a review center ( you'll gonna learn a lot of lesson there relevant to you, that's an assurance). Tips will be given to all the takers.
🔴You have to make a time frame.
After the review class. I Set a goal. Since it is composed of 6 major subject so I need to subdivide the remaining month prior to the date of the exam. I started immediately.
Be resourceful.
I did not rely in a single reference (asking my friends the copy of their reviewer, but sometimes this lead to confusion). UP Lb was my major source when it comes to 5 subject excluded the AgEcon.
I kept my handouts during my first year, it helps a lot.
Be strategic in memorizing the scientific name, kingdom, family, common name, English name of ( Commodities, Livestock and Pests ) the top producing product in commodity, livestock, the types of pest and diseases, their characteristics as well ( these are the few things you have to consider, that's why my big salute to those who make it, a well deserved congratulations to all you!)
🔴 Time is gold.
Make use of your time. Read, read and read.
🔴Be motivated.
My greatest motivation was : poverty, financially unstable.
🔴Restrict yourself in all forms of destruction
You have to focus. Most of the time I stayed in a vacant room at home. I seldom open my social media account.
🔔Why it is an 80:20 ratio?
Because I prayed 80% and study for 20%. only. (Honestly, this works for me). I devotedly pray the Holy Rosary daily, attending the Eucharistic Celebration every Sunday. I visited 13 churches, offered a prayer and leave a petition, asking with a contrite heart for the success of the exam.
🔴Keep hydrated.
I'd always have a bottle of water with me. I ate peanuts too (since it's a brain like structure, so probably it is good for our brain.) Some of my co-reviewee take a memory plus and malunggay tablet ( might it will give a shortem effect only) but its up to you.
We allocate time to meet with some of my friends, and do brainstorming.
🔔A day before the exam:
I uplift everything to Him. Saying , " I've done my part, at the end of the day, yours will be done!
I attended the mass and the priest bless the things needed for the examination (pertinent documents, pencil, ballpen, eraser and so on).
🔴Familiarization of the venue.
I did visit the location.
🔔At night :
I prepared my necessary things that I will for tomorrow. Everything is ready and I sleep early.
🔴On the Examination Day:
I Pray before and after the exam.
Be calm and relax. Trust His plan to you.Surely, he will crown your efforts with success. He sees how you persevere.

***The hardest thing to do is making a firm decision . A win win battle.***
Back then, I'd always thought of hunting a job after I graduate. I think this is the common thing, a fresh graduate kind of mind set. Of course, for a reason to paid back the hardships of our parents.
Days before graduation, my classmates already had there plan in pursuing the licensure examination, as usual, since my parent were not financially stable so I mind and don't even have a single plan of that exam. Just happy listening to them.
One night my father asked me if what are my plans, so I just formally answered him that : Maybe I can start finding a job tomorrow but he insisted with a response of: why not try to have a review and take the board exam. I doubted myself, asking him again : do you think pa, I can make it too? When we all knew that I am not well equipped with knowledge and don't even blessed by an intellectual capacity. He just laughed and convinced me telling to just give it a try. Just simply try. His words made up my mind, strengthen my inner core, convincing myself with a single thought: How would you know if you fail, if you haven't try. How could you attest that the exam was hard if you will not take. But God blessed me with a very supportive one. My father pushed me and supported me all the way. He let me find a review center and hand me a penny for my expenses too.
Having a supportive friend is an advantage too. She's the one who inquire the requirements at SU (Dumaguete).
To anyone whose planning to review you can add this to your preference.
Since she has a brother working there he helps us find a boarding house because we'll going to stay there for about 2 months.
📝Our daily routine :
- During week days since we have a daily review session so we need to wake up early.
Post test, pre test, oral examination those types of exam were given again 😅
Sad part of it was : as far as I can remember on my college years there's a lot of lessons /topics we haven't tacked so it's hard for us. So what we did, we researched more about that particular topic, checked other references, later we do brainstorming at yeah! It works!
During our review session, one of the professor asked us: Do you believe on forever? Or do you think a word "FOREVER" exist? Majority of the answer is NO, admitted, I'm one of those 😅.
But she told us that it really exists! She added, if you pass this licensure exam then, you will be "FOREVER", a licensed agriculturist, exactly!
💬At night:
We also allocate time for ourselves scrolling in our social media account for about 10 mins. It's a relief after a tiring day in the review class.
We also tried to celebrate their fiesta there, it was fun!
And before we laid down we praythe Holy Rosary together, intended for the success of our board exam.
During Sunday we never failed to attend the Eucharistic Celebration. Buying our groceries in the downtown and went home immediately. Preparing again for the another day of the review.
✔️It's scope : 6 major subject
- Animal Science
- Crop Science
-Soil Science
-Crop Protection
-AgEx(Agriculture Extention and Communication)
-AgEcon
A 3 days board exam, with God on it and a trust to oneself!
I've made it! This is all for youu(family)

**Dear Degree, why are you playing hard to get?**
Dated back 2017, I can still remember how my mother went busy preparing my things. Deep inside I was saddened knowing I can't see them for a week, can't even eat with them, can't help them plow in the farm too. My heart was so heavy at that moment. Afternoon came and I know it's already a time for me to leave.
**Does anyone of you who experience this too?**
As a girl came from a country side, this was a 360 degrees journey for me. Was amazed with a new environment, meeting new individual as well and of course making friends !
As I stepped in the gate of the University. Mixed emotions I felt inside. During the 1st day, the launching of every department was made and done. We agriculture students known to be as "AGGIES". Seeing thousands of students in the campus ground made me think : thousand who will conquer their dreams too, I hope we could finish our race to get that degree. Fighting!
The bill rang and everybody is advised to report to their respective classes. As our professor entered, I felt nervous, scared and shy. But good thing, she's just to nice to us. Introduction of self was the first thing she talked about since she wants to know each one of us so we when our name is called we need to stood up and tell something about ourselves. The 1st day was fun! During lunch time I used to eat alone afterwards I went to the library. Most of my vacant time I stay there and read some books which is relevant to course. LOL
I was able to compare the agriculture system (farming system) from different countries, somewhat it has a big difference specially on the practices we had have here. From there high tech farm equipment and machineries to their innovation, amazing! I was motivated to study even more.
Taking Bs Agriculture is advantage to me since I was exposed in farm. I know some already of the practices that most of our farmers adapt. Like us human, plants intake food too, amazing right? They also need our utmost care. They have different characteristics, belong to different kingdom, have their specific name and nicknames too( common name). I was amazed by all of these!
Studying for me is fun! But what made me feel sad and weakened me is during the payment of our tuition fee when the term exam is about to come. My allowance also came sometimes late and not the exact amount. Expenses came along, these things motivated me to strive harder. Even experience that I need to fall in line under the heat of the scorching sun. But after taking the exam, it's all wort it!
Every after class, I need to go home to help in the farm. As I saw the tired face of my parents really ached my heart. Hoping and wishing one day I could give them the quality of life they deserved to have. Their sacrificed always reminds me to keep on going. After all the sleepless night, term exams, doing baby thesis, financial strategic report, explanatory activities and gotcha! I've surpassed those!
Third year journey has about to start, when we need to take a qualifying exam prior in choosing for our majorship. Since majority of my classmates is much eager to take the Animal Science major, so the exam was headed by the Chairman of our department since we are 30 student who wished to take. Only top 10 of the students who can proceed to the said major. Gladly! I've made it!
As an animal since major here are the few things I've experienced :
- Checking the eggs if it is good for consumption ( throug candling)
-balut making
-caponization
- giving vit. chicks (through injection)
- silage making
-feeding to the sow and its piglets
- anti- mortem and post mortem inspection
And there's still a lot to mention, maybe anyone of you here can relate to this especially to those Agri students, heads up! (salute to each one of you).
Since agriculture focusses more on research, during that time it was our batch who conducted the research individually, because the ahead batch, half of the class undergo their on the job training in different farms.
During the conduct of my thesis, I was so helpless, financial problem, emotionally tired and mentally drained ( sometimes you can asked yourself: can I really make it?) Revision of paper to its finest, God! Looking back to those moments, I can proudly say: God, without you I can't make it! Joy, we made it!

Self introduction: I am JOY❤️
**Everything starts with how you feel about yourself ❤️**
It was a month of April on the 23rd day, Sunday morning when an innocent child was given a chance to witness the beauty of life! A 26th years in existence, striving a lot to win the battle called "life"!
I am a cebuana, living in the country side. Coming from a huge family, we're nine( 9
), and I'm the eighth member of the family ❤️ There are 4 boys and 5 lovely girls. We also have a pet at home, we have dog and his name is Rambooo. He's very close to me and he always go with us in farm.
My parents are both farmers so, farming is one of our source of income. The crops we planted was mostly those perishable just like cabbages, carrots and chayote. In summer time we used to plant camote and corn since the supply of rain is insufficient so these crops can survive. During my childhood years, I spent my time helping them at farm. Due to the hardship of life, I am much eager to strive harder in my studies. In my primary education since we're living near in the school so I finished there. It was a fun-filled experience because the teachers there are very passionate in their job, they always allocate time to tutor us even if the time for classes has ended, supposedly they take a nap or rest for a while, they provide a lot of reading materials, and they even gave us food and some clothes.
My secondary education has started so since I am living in a far-flung barangay, I used to walk 2hrs a day back in forth to arrived at school at exactly 8:00am
Rain or shine, I need to hurdle those four years, years of rain and shine inorder to achieve my white and black dream of mine back then. Black because, life wasn't made for me to be easy, experiencing a lot..name it all: poverty, sadness, sufferings and pain pushed me to my limit to conquer those matter. Wherein I only eat the food on the plate what my mom prepared and wear clothes she can only afford to. On the other hand, white because, on those gloomy time God was my ALL IN ALL, praying to Him with a concrite heart, keeping my faith stronger that I could never imagine! God! He really made things possible!
High school journey has about to end and my classmates were busy discussing and exchanging arguments what course to take or which University they choose while here I am in the corner in a four walled classroom setting quietly wishing I was able to share my too but sadly I have nothing to share about *sigh *, poverty hits me so hard. On the day of our graduation my family attended, my heart was so full seeing them happy with the success I made. I am just a typical high school girl who only wants to attend classes and love doing extra curricular activities. I was among member of Cat officer and gladly was able to get my service award, fulfilling in my part because I've surpassed the training under the heat of the sun, a long tiring day, those weekends that I need to walk again for 4 hrs. But what I love the most in the CAT Officer that forever carved in my heart was the 3 M's. I've learned a lot on that training.
Later on, I never thought that my father has a planned to enrolled me in the University, God was so good because ever since he knows the desire of my heart that I really love going to school even if I'm that smart enough in academic.
The enrollment period came, and my father said that I take up the Bs Agriculture course so without any hesitation. I completed the requirements needed and submitted it successfully.
