Hi everyone! Are you a picky eater? Or do you have kiddies who hate eating vegetables? Here is a recipe to upgrade your Ampalaya dish.
Ready your ingredients:
Ampalaya
1/4 Ground pork (you can also use chicken)
1 medium size potato and carrots
garlic, onions, pepper,salt
1tsp sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 Large Egg
Oil
Procedure:
Cut the amplaya for about 1cm to form ampalaya rings.
Boil water while cutting your ampalaya rings.
After you finish your amplaya rings cook it with the boiling water with salt for about 30 sec–1min.
Set aside then ready the filling.
Cut your potato and carrots into small cubes. Mince your onions and garlic.
Make sure you washed your vegetables and pork.
Mix all the ingredients, add 1tbs cornstarch, 1tsp sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat your pan and oil.
Fry your ampalaya rings then add your filling in the center of the ring.
Flip your ampalaya rings to cook the other side. Serve with your favorite sauce.
