Life is a game, play it.
What is life like, really? It’s a question that has been debated since the beginning of time.
What if life isn’t some casual stroll in the park, but a serious game that we are all playing? Imagine if life was 100% real and there were no rules and regulations. Imagine we all had a scorecard, kept track of every action we took.
Imagine if there was an online community where every member was ranked based on the same yardstick. A community that would cater to your desires and needs, wherever they lead you, whatever they require of you.
What would you do to make it out on top? How would your choices, actions and words be different? Welcome to Abhay: The Game, a curious world where the concept of life comes alive. Are you ready for Abhay, SteveLight! You are about to discover what life is really about.
Life is a game of challenges. Of every kind, and some more dangerous than others. The only difference is, winning or losing depends on your attitude. I am Abhay, and I have been a winner in all the games I have played so far.
How did I do it? I don’t know. All I know is that it was not by chance. It was all part of my master plan to get things done. It didn’t come easy. I had to work harder than anyone else out there. Really hard. My problem was that I couldn’t stop thinking about the game.
What was the point of working so hard, if someone else wasn’t going to benefit from it? For every thing I did, for every goal I set, and for every success I achieved, I wanted everybody to know about it. I wanted everyone to take notice of my achievements, as often as possible.
I've once asked my dad, what life is. He replied and said 👇
Life is a game, play it.
It’s just that, a game. Play it like that. My dad taught me how to play this game of life when I was a little kid. He told me, “Champion", do whatever you can. Just do it with full energy. Do it like the last game of your life is going to be played today”.
The concept was simple: there’s no life, only games and you have to play all of them with full energy.
You have to always play the game at it’s highest level.
There are no breaks, there is no pause and there is no stopwatch.
You have to play the game as if you have to live the game of your life today itself.
This is what my dad taught me and I have this in my mind, no matter where I go.
In conclusion;
Explore, discover and experience the world around you with passion. Follow your heart. Speak your mind. Share your journey.
This is a game of life that we all have been given. Whether we take it as a game or take it as our natural entitlement, we are all on the same playing field. We all have rules to follow.
They are within us and they are beyond us. The rules never change, they stay constant, but how we choose to respond to them and how we play the game of life is what changes, changes the course of our lives.
And when the rules change, be in or out of the game or off the playing field entirely, you don't need to play by someone else's rules. You don't need to be bound by someone else's expectations and demands.
We are all in this together so let's play on a level playing field and help each other win this game life has to offer us.
