Juices from freshly squeezed vegetables are very healthy, but they must be drunk immediately, because standing changes their quality. Long heat treatment loses quality ingredients from vegetables, so it is recommended to chop it and heat it for a short time. Any vegetables that can be eaten fresh - do not require long-term heat treatment.
