As in any physical training, the muscles of the face should be warmed up before the main exercises. To do this, make light, smooth movements back and forth and left and right with the lower jaw. Perform 8-10 movements in each direction.

1. Bucket

Open your mouth, hook your lower lip over your lower teeth. Imagine that your lower jaw is a bucket that needs to scoop up water. Tilt your head down, "scoop water" and close your mouth while raising your head. Make sure the corners of your lips are relaxed. Do the exercise 5-7 times.

2. Reach for the nose

With your tongue hanging out, try to reach the tip of your nose. Try not to tighten your lips. Repeat 5 times.

3. Perfect oval

This exercise will help tighten the cheeks and maintain a good oval face. Turn your head to the left, push the lower jaw forward, while tensing the neck muscles, return the jaw to its place. Repeat for the right side. Perform the exercise 5 times for each side.

4. Kiss a giraffe

Tilt your head up, push your lower jaw forward and purse your lips. Hold this position for 5-8 seconds. If you feel a strong tension in the muscles of the neck, you are doing the exercise correctly. Repeat 5 times.

5. Resistance

Place two fists under the chin. Then begin to lower your lower jaw while pressing down on it with your fists. Gradually increase the pressing force to the maximum. Hold this position for 3 seconds, then relax for 3 seconds. Repeat 5-7 times.

6. Smile

Stretch your lips to the sides as much as possible and at the same time clench your teeth. At the same time, begin to press the tip of the tongue on the sky, increasing the force of pressure. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax for 3 seconds. If you do the exercise correctly, you should have a strong tension in the muscles of the chin. Repeat 5-8 times.

7. Buka

Close your lips tightly and puff out your cheeks. With the palms of both hands, press on the cheeks to feel the tension in the muscles. Hold this position for 3-5 seconds, then release the air and relax. Repeat the exercise 5-6 times.

Using a high pillow when you sleep can cause the skin to stretch, thereby causing the skin around the chin and neck to sag. Keeping the face and neck region hydrated ensures that the skin is well toned and does not sag. Sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated. This position allows fluids to drain from your face. Use an extra pillow so that your head is at least a couple inches above your body.
