“Everyone is tied here”: CORRUPTION rampant in our Politicians and Officials

Politicians are suspected of exceeding his official powers, namely, of "protection" of the illegal alcohol and tobacco business. The defendants in these high profile criminal cases are far from poor people, who are in good positions with high salaries, solid bonuses, long holidays at the expense of the state. Compared to most residents of the region, they have everything: well fed today, career prospects, a decent pension when they retire. And yet, over and over again, these people commit corruption crimes, fall into the field of view of the security forces, become defendants in criminal cases and are expelled from the "bread" place in disgrace. Most of the officials and security forces are stopped by such "tempting" prospects, but there are "heroes" who deliberately violate the law.

It is naive to believe that corruption can be eradicated, but what motivates high ranking officials and security forces who take bribes, actually being "fed" by the state and society

POLITICIAN'S OPINION: "CORRUPTIONERS JUST WANT TO PROVIDE OLD AGE"

High-ranking corrupt officials are trying to “earn” a comfortable old age for themselves, as well as provide for children and grandchildren. That is, to maintain a high standard of living and consumption after entering a well-deserved rest.

People are in positions, with salaries, but when they come across “easy” money, they cannot stop, they do not see boundaries, they have no conscience and honor. Banknotes close their eyes. The main thing is to fill your pocket. They need to provide for their old age, their families, children. They probably do not see their future in local country. They need money to live beautifully in retirement. They go to positions to "grab"

The corruption component is strong but for some reason it does not carry out purges, since many are tied to each other.

CORRUPTION IS A NATURAL FACTOR

The vast majority of police officers are honest and professional officers. Unfortunately, corrupt officials spoil the overall picture, especially those who have reached high positions. They cast a shadow over the entire system. “Roofing” is a typical situation. What they are supposed to fight becomes a personal criminal business.

Werewolves in uniform have the principle “the more you have, the more you want.” These are people with big appetites and low moral standards. It amazes me how this happens to a person! Corruption in law enforcement and power structures is a kind of natural factor.

You can’t knock it out of a person with a wedge or a chisel. If there is such a "seed", sooner or later it will wake up and germinate, especially on favorable soil. Even the fear of being exposed does not stop.

THE HIGHER THE SALARY, THE MORE THE BRIBE

The salaries of officials, security forces and municipal employees only affect the amount of bribes, and not the presence / absence of corruption. The dependence here is direct - the higher the salary, the greater the bribe. And they are taken by both petty officials and high-ranking officials. Man does not know the limits of theft. Greed and greed. They are always inherent in man. Tthere are no countries where corruption is absent.

Corruption is an indestructible desire of a person, it is the only animal in the world that is greedy and greedy to the point of madness. Even the death penalty won't stop her. Corruption began to exist as soon as the state appeared. It's impossible to defeat her. It can only be bought, but for this you need to make a lot of effort. Lustration is needed. If a person has fallen for corruption, then he will never be able to hold leadership positions in his life. Plus the seizure of all property

Corrupt officials are often tied together, they work as a single team, it is sometimes difficult to crack this vicious system. And if someone is caught taking bribes and the general public becomes aware of this, then, most likely, this corrupt official “beguiled the coast”, annoyed someone or crossed the road. Otherwise, no one would have handed it over, because “they don’t leave their own”.

CORRUPTION SHOULD NOT BE REDUCED TO PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS

With the help of bribes, our officials are trying to stop their psychological problems? It's no secret that working in any position is often also a lot of stress. And the pursuit of personal gain may be an attempt to somehow smooth out psychological stress. But not everyone agrees with this.

No need to psychologize the banal desire to get rich. Do not mix psychology with excessive greed and the search for personal gain, do not look for psychological reasons in situations where we are talking about the desire to take more for ourselves.

EVEN THE DEATH PENALTY CANNOT FIGHT CORRUPTION?

The more money an official has, the more he wants to have. The second aspect is mutual responsibility, a system that has developed in the state and which no one has yet been able to eradicate. When everyone is tied, and the system does not give out “their own”. If an honest person gets into a corrupt system, then over time he will probably become the same as everyone else, or the system will “spit him out”. Thirdly, this is the desire of corrupt officials to ensure a prosperous future for themselves, their children, and grandchildren. No one wants to live on one pension, nor do they want to reduce the level of consumption.

Is there a way out? Yes.

From total control to the death penalty. We introduced control over the property of officials more than 10 years ago. Someone was even forced to lose property, the origin of which he could not prove. But fundamentally corruption is not eradicated. Death penalty like in China? Firstly, in Russia there is a moratorium on it, and secondly, it can become an effective way of reprisals against political opponents and enemies.

There is no universal solution here, but this does not mean that you can give up. The state and society must create conditions for:

a) bribes to be difficult to obtain;

b) the risks outweighed the benefits.

It is impossible to defeat corruption, but it is vital to reduce its scale and it slows down the development of the country.
