On many occasions and for different reasons we forget to drink water or avoid consuming it. Here I give you some recomendations to acquire the healthy habit of drinking water. Your body and your health will you for it:

  • A very common causes of insufficient water intake is that we forget to drink. To prevent this from happening, always keep a water bottle, pitcher... in sight. This works perfectly. You won't give thirst and dehydration a chance.

  • Do you find it hard to drink a full glass of water? Don't force yourself. Take it ones step at a time. Drink a little now, a few sips later, after 5-10 minutes a few more, and so on until you manage to drink it all.

  • Often a person mistakes a feeling of hunger for a feeling of thrist. That is, it may seem that you really want to eat, but in reality the body has a great need for drinking water. Are you hungry? Drink a glass of water. And only after 15 minutes, when hunger does not subside, eat something.

  • Don't like drinking pure water? Try adding little natural honey to your water. Water with honey is very beneficial for our organism. Add some sweet and aromatic berries, a slice of lemon... Such water will not be less valuable, but it will acquire new notes of taste and color, which, especially at first, will make drinking water easier and, at the same time, pleasant.
