Above picture shows there are different Jars having different edibles like Jams, Honey, Preserved Pickles and Murabba. After dominating on earth, man did his best to meet all the shortages of food. He adopted preservation, fermentation, mixing and dry methods for preservation of food. In this way he became able to use these Jars of food in case of Scarcity or Starvation.
It is human nature, he demands fruits and vegetables of Summer session in Winter or Autumn and fruits and vegetables of Winter session in summer. Traditional people are following all those methods adopted by their ancestors. But advancement of Technology has pushed us in next step. Now we are not only to preserve fruits and vegetables but also we have synthetic sources that give us taste of out session fruits and vegetables. In begining these things were costly but now they are easily available in market and industry on cheap price. Because now we are getting these synthetic sources having our favorite diet taste from plant source.
Freewritehouse Picture Real Story:
Last Friday I and my mum had to go for shopping of domestic utensils and edibles for coming week. We were in well known-superstore. Here we found different Jars having Jam, Honey, Pickles and Murabba at reasonable price. We bought four Jars and paid bill. We were coming back, I asked to my mum about use of edibles in Jars to which she explained.
Jam: It can be eaten with white breads in the morning. It has more value of Calories that will fulfill our energy requirements.
Honey: It is specific for making Juices and for your grandpa because she is diabetic and can use it as a Sucrose better alternative.
Pickles: With our regular breakfast, lunch and dinner taking one-two spoons of Pickles increases our digestibility.
Murabba: It is better alternative of mango in Winter. Because it is summer fruit and in mid of winter we are unable to find them in market. It has good amount of nutrients essential for body growth.
After getting these informations there was roaming of ideas. In all ideas, my diet as a medicine was main.
Yeah when we have diabetic then honey is best source because it is suger free.
Moreover if we have constipation then pickles, Murabba and homey are best source to improve digestibility.

That's an informative information indeed. I love pickles however pickles is a bit pricey here in our place and so I cannot afford buying it😅.
