Are Laws are made to Protect the Culprits?
Hello to all the beautiful red dot cash family! How are you?
Today, I am sad and broken after hearing the news about the disqualifications of my Favorite Leader. I am not able to eat, think and sleep. There is a very poor Judiciary System in our country. Yesterday, I heard the news of the release of Certified Killer. After these two big pieces of news, it is hard to believe on Law system in my homeland. I have read about all Underdeveloped Countries where Corrupt Politicians present an amendment to protect themselves. I don't know when it will stop when there will be equality, Justice, and protection of rights for all people.
Two Different Picture leading to the Same Chapter of Injustice
1) It had been too long since there was a hearing of the case in the Supreme Court. It was a case about the accusation of a Killer. It was claimed that Culprit had murdered one noble citizen. First, there was the decision of Hanging to the culprit on a fixed date. But he made a review case in Supreme Court again. After hearing again, the culprit was punished to keep in a cell for his whole life after the order of the Respected Judge. After three months, this case was reviewed again for a hearing. This time, this case was reopened for the third time. It looked culprit is innocent and he had not murdered anyone because he presented a lot of money to the affected families. All witnesses and pieces of evidence were declared fake and a clean sheet was given to the murderer. This incident and injustice buried the Judiciary System in our Country.
2) Injustice is not stopped here and I got another bad news on a coming day. On this day, the chief of the Election Commission was disqualified by one of the most Popular Muslim Leaders Imran Khan. He is the hero of Pakistan who won the Cricket World Cup in 1992. After entering politics, he showed much-appreciated progress. He at least was selected as Prime Minister of Pakistan after 22 Years of Hard work. Recently, He won 6/7 seats of Elections in Pakistan. His aggressive and straightforward attitude attracted everyone. It was hard to beat him for any political party. There was a special thing in this election. After the allotment of 13 Parties, it was hard to win 6 seats but he probed his worth and need for the country. But unfortunately, there was a case put forward by National Assembly Speaker. He was accused of dishonesty in Gifts received by him from different Countries during his tenure. Although, Imran Khan Presented all the pieces of evidence about these gifts and dealing all in vain because Election Commission was a toy of Corrupt Politicians. He disqualified Imran Khan and tried his best to bury his Whole Political Carrier. Pakistan Tareeka Insaf filed a petition against this decision. There is a solid chance of a reverse decision. I am hopeful, we shall be able to get justice from Judiciary because there are many general mistakes in the final decisions.
These above incidents hit hard in my mind. Still, now I am confused and worried about the Future of my homeland. Is rich and poor equal in front of the Law? If someone killed us, Is there a barrier by Law to Punish these people? After reading about the above two decisions, my mind got the answer, "No, there is no such system exists in my country"
One Good News At the End
Although two news were enough to crash my mind I was doing my best to survive under these conditions. In these attempts, I got good news about my country, "My Homeland is no more on the Grey list now and will join the White list soon" This was a great blessing from God. After getting this news, my mood becomes happy and I can feel some relief from depression. Thanks to God and FATF who brought this great news to us.
Closing Thoughts
Laws are made to provide equality, Justice, and protection of human rights. But there is no such thing in many underdeveloped countries. Here, laws are modified to protect the culprits. If you are rich, you are saved after even killing someone. Moreover, if your theft one pigeon you will get punishment. I don't know when and where this corrupt system will finish. But it is harming the whole nation. I am hopeful there will be a revelation in my country. All the culprits were hanged and injustice will be buried by the brave nation of my country. We need to raise our voices against corruption. With these best wishes, I here wind up my today article.
It is sad how money tips the scale on a justice system that is suppose to be blind.
