Something that needs to be done daily for our health. Drink at least two liters of water. For me, it's a big problem. I forget to drink water because I rarely feel thirsty. This is a recommendation of all doctors, it means it is important. I don't know how I will solve this problem but I am glad that my granddaughter is training for it.

Mineral water is most importan for our health sir. But I am sometime forget to drink more than my body need hahaha
That is, to be able to drink above this limit.
I have the same issue, I always forget the water intake ;) Winter helps a bit - I drink more tea. Your granddaughter is so cute and it seems she takes that task quite seriously, hehe! :)
Although I shouldn't be, I'm glad to see I'm not alone in this water problem. Still, we should take it seriously too.
I know :) I tell myself that constantly and I still forget to drink more :)
I also forget to drink often. The girl knows when she's thirsty.
Exactly, she knows very well!
I have the exact same problem! I rarely feel thirsty throughout the day and usually, I only drink water during meals. To do something about this, I bought a water bottle that had marks on it with time indicated and it reminds me to drink that amount by that time of the day. :)
I'm thinking of doing the same, thanks!
Yes that is true.. although i could only drink about 1.5liters..
Me too and it's unpleasant to force drink water.
2 liters of water per day? that's a lot if you calculate only tap water I can barely drink 2-3 glasses
Me too. Still more should be done for kidney health.
You should have a bottle with water near you, so it will remind you to drink! Thankfully I don't have this problem, I usually drink two liters until 11 in the morning (when I wake up, I instantly drink 2 cups of water).
That is very good, I will try to use your advice!
Just to inform you about this thief.
Thank you! I've seen this several times. I can't help it, I don't like to put a watermark on the photo. I'm thinking eventually he'll get bored of stealing it because I don't think he gets anything on such posts.
Just like what the others have said, I will also recommend setting up an alarm on your phone or smartwatch if you have one. Maybe make it alarm every two to fours hours so it could remind you that it is time for your body to consume water.
Thanks, that's good advice.
