Today I will tell you the cause of stress and depression, where bad emotions come from, and what you need to do in order not to feel negative. And I say right away that there will be no tips like: breathe 5 times, fart 3 times, forgive mom and dad, etc. There will be science and logic. So let’s roll.

The fact is that I will reveal unique information for you, if I say that a human is a brain and nerves coming from it. That’s all! All other organs are just a spacesuit, they are secondary. That is, our pains, hormones, clamps, pathologies, emotions, sensations are the result of what is happening in the brain and how the nerves react to it. That is, the nerves hold all the organs, and if something bad happened in the brain, the nerves tensed, and this gave a negative effect on any organ, or hormone, etc.

Having found out that the brain is the basis of how we feel, let's look at what exactly bad is happening in the brain that makes us feel negative ?!

To do this, take a book by Robert Sapolsky and read about his experiment. In this experiment two groups of people were taken, one of whom was equipped with electrical devices and told that they would be shocked every 5 minutes. And the second group of people was also equipped with these devices, and said that they would simply be shocked sometimes, but at what interval they were not told.

And it seems that both groups were shocked after being warned in advance about this. But the result of the brain work in the second group was significantly different from the brain work in the first group. How do you think why?

The fact is that the amygdala, which is responsible for aggression as the highest negative emotion, in the second group was constantly active and too strong, while in the first group of subjects it was neutral for 4.5 minutes, and was activated only 30 seconds before the oncoming shock.

Then the conclusion of this experiment was as follows: the amygdala in the brain, which is responsible for human negative emotions, is activated when there is uncertainty, and not the negative action itself. After all, you must admit that they shocked people in both groups, but since in the second group people did not know exactly when they would be shocked and felt their unpreparedness for the negative event, their amygdala produced more unpleasant sensations in the body.

Therefore, in our ordinary human life, the principle of negative emotions is exactly the same. We experience stronger emotions of stress from not knowing something, from not understanding the actions taking place, from insufficient explanations, etc. The people in the second group differed from the people of the first group only in that they DIDN'T KNOW exactly when they would be shocked. And it was precisely this unawareness which breeds uncertainty that negatively affected them.

Therefore, the only option not to disturb your amygdala and thereby not experience negative emotions is to know everything. Well, it is clear that it is impossible to know everything, but this is precisely what we must strive for. Or at least strive to know everything that surrounds you. After all, you must admit that most of the negative people around us are narrow-minded, lazy, stupid people.

Therefore, study everything that concerns you and everything that interests you. For example, a girl dumped you. And, of course, you will be worried about this, asking this question: “Why? What have I done wrong? How do I deserve all this? " Etc. And the lack of answers to these questions in your head will weigh on you.

And if you knew the basics of ethology, sociology, the men's movement, then you would immediately understand: propaganda made women mercantile, thereby they became soulless companions, and since she found a more moneyed buyer, she went to him. And thank God, because now I have made room in my life for a fit woman, and a happy relationship awaits me.

And all this understanding, on the contrary, would make you happy, not sad. Therefore, study everything in advance: who is a human being, what is he like, what is the world, the laws of the world, the universe, quantum physics, sociology, instincts, etc. And then many things that will happen in your life will be clear to you initially, and the brain will not feel uncertainty, straining the nervous system, which will pull negative hormones and diseases along with it.

And if, nevertheless, something incomprehensible happened that caused stress, then immediately look for information on this matter, do not cry or go into a binge, but reflect. After all, the universe created a human being with a brain for this, so that he would understand the essence of the universe and send information about everything that is in it back to the universe. That is why, when we do not fulfill this main function, God pushes us into stressful situations in order to motivate us to learn something and finally understand.
