You see that statement? I take it with a pinch of salt.

Yes you can achieve things because you've got a supportive spouse. BUT

You can't achieve things at the same pace a single person would do.

First, marriage takes away a degree of your freedom. You know ba? Okay.

Then as a woman, pregnancy and (subsequent)childbearing and motherhood constrains your choices; employment, lifestyle, schedule...

Some places won't hire you because you're married, pregnant or got a young kid. You can't even apply for just any job.

Then you've got to take care of your young kids. You'd need a flexible schedule that accommodates them.

Use your single days well sha.

That's where I'm headed...
