There was a documentary film about The History Of Time Travel. It may sound funny if you don’t believe in such a thing. However the documentary involves the United States Of America as the originator of the existence of time travel.
They created a project named “The Indiana Project”.
Its main objective is to produce a machine that is capable of traveling through and altering time.
They hired several scientists and physicists which include Edward Charles Page as the sole devotee to continue the project even if the United States have stopped the fundings of the program.
The project was created during the course of World War II and the reason why it was established was because it aims to counter the threat of Germany allegedly making their own project about time manipulation.
When Germany was defeated in the war, the Indiana Project was forgotten. However Edward Page continued the project on his own. Due to lack of resources, the CIA offered Edward funds to continue building the time machine. He has no choice because his life will be in danger if the KGB found out that he is building a time machine again.
Edward devoted his entire life in building the time machine that he almost paid less attention to his wife. Even after they had two sons, Richard and Aden.
Both his sons worked with MIT. Richard was a teacher in physics and Aden was a researcher at the University.
Edward contacted his sons to help him with the project and he told them that he was rebuilding a time machine. Richard rejected his father when Edward wanted to work with his experiment at his son’s lab. So Edward ended up breaking into the facility and later was caught by the police.
Edward tells Richard and Aden that he did not build the time machine. He said that there were two time travelers from the future and they gave him the time machine including the research papers. He told them that they, Richard and Aden, were the ones who gave him the machine.
This event was kind of a Bootstrap Paradox.
So the time machine for example was created by Edward and passes it to his two sons to finish the project. When the time machine was operational Richard and Aden traveled back to the past and gave the time machine and the research papers to Edward.
The question now is where did the time machine originate?
For example you traveled back in 2008 and told the people about Bitcoin. The people were not interested and you decided to write about it and spread it to the people about its potential in the future using the pseudonym name Satoshi Nakamoto. Then eventually Bitcoin became accepted as digital currency in the future. So who is Satoshi Nakamoto and where did the idea of bitcoin originate?
