Plead Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity

Some people can predict and tell what is going to happen in the future.

If you can see things or events from the future you must have something that you use to support your facts about your predictions.

It’s either that you have a very powerful mind to have visions about what is going to happen or that you have a device to which you can use to see things in the future. Or unless you are from the future and traveled back in time and tell the people about what is in the future.

Everyone wanted to travel and somehow wished to travel through time. If you are given a chance to travel in a time machine, what could be your main reason?

The Assassin

A man was arrested for the assassination of the President of the United Sates.

However the identity of the assassin was unknown.

The court appointed an attorney for the defense. Since the name of the dependent was not yet established, he was given the name John Doe for the purpose of the trial. Besides, a person cannot be put on trial if he does not exist.

*In the United States, John Doe is the name used if the identity of the person is unknown or a person wanted to hide his real identity. For women it should be Jane Doe. In the Philippines, John Doe is Juan Dela Cruz.

The appointed attorney visited the assassin who was detained and talked to him for some briefing.

The assassin is not yet proven guilty even if there are witnesses and evidence that can prove the crime. Meaning he can still be acquitted if the evidence is wrong, the witness is lying, the footage has been tampered or it was not really him that committed the crime.

If the evidence really proved that he did the assassination of the president, there is only one thing for him to plead. That is to plead not guilty by reason of insanity.

During the trial the assassin tells his real name and that he is from the future. He tells everything about what is happening in the future and that the President he assassinated in the present time exists there. The death of the president could change the course of history. So his main reason why he killed the president was to save the world. He told everyone in the courtroom that forty years from now the world is on the brink of destruction. No law, famine and disasters occurred and killing on the streets is on a regular basis. Gangs and tribes controlled territories instead of governments. It is total chaos in the future.

What he told to the people in the court seemed so true yet no one would want to believe him especially the prosecuting attorney. He has no proof or evidence but terrifying stories.

One thing for sure that they would believe him was that he assassinated the president for whatever his reasons.

He admitted the crime and told the people of his motives for doing so. But the people won’t believe him claiming that he killed that president because he wanted to save the world.

No normal person can do that. If there is, it would be insane to kill a president for reasons like saving the world because he already knew what it’s like having a president like him in the future - a dictator.

There are several cases of assassination of Presidents with different reason why they are being killed. I mean with all due respect, what if Abraham Lincoln was not assassinated. What if John F. Kennedy had finished his terms? We never know although JFKs assassination was some kind of a mystery.

In the Philippines there was no Filipino president being assassinated but three presidential spouses which include Benigno Aquino. Many people accused former President Ferdinand E. Marcos that he was behind the killing of Ninoy but it was not really proven. What if Benigno Aquino was not assassinated and became the President of the Republic of the Philippines?

Nine months ago, I posted The Indiana Project. It was about building a machine that is capable of traveling through and altering time under President Roosevelt.

You can never find any information about it on the internet because maybe it was true and was hidden.

Anyway I have to cut this post short before it totally confuses you.

According to Einstein if you could surpass the speed of light you can travel back in time.
