Ego is a disease its like a demonic thought of self entitlement that makes you feel like you are the right in everything and you should never bow down . My interpretation was that ego controls you and makes you see like you have it all and you don't need anyone but deep down its damaging you making you weak and blind with pride

I sketched a girl first with white eyes and blood out of them like she is being blinded but she seems carefree and happy thats how ego is its makes you away from your loved ones you start thinking why should i go back to them im better without them I don't need anyone and it slowly devours you.

I made ego look like an evil entity controling you as a puppet i just drew one claw and oultlines it all with a micron

Next i went and converted it digitally gave her glittery bloody tears and made the hair bit shiny i really liked how i shaded her skin in this
