Best Breakfast Aloo ka paratha
Here is another delicious recipe for all my vegetarian or vegan friends also people who love potatoes
Aloo ka paratha
Aloo is basically what Pakistani and Indian people call Potatoes and paratha is a crunchy fried bread that usually has a filling
So what we do is boil potatoes first peel them and mash them and add
Salt , Turmeric, chopped cilantro , peprika ,some chopped green chillies , some roasted cumin seeds and fresh curry leaves add all the ingredients finely chopped into the mashed potatoes and mix well
Next take your kneaded whole wheat flour dough and roll it out into a circular bread not too thin add the filling and pinch the sides so it's like a dumpling or a ball roll again not so thin and fry them in sesame oil or ghee ❤️
