Pika Pika Pikachu
Hello readcash people!!
Hope you guys are all by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm not much well.
But I would like to introduce you to someone special. I hope you will be happy to be introduced. Let me show my Pika Pika Pikachu.. ❤
Pikachu are a piece of Pokemon , fictional creatures that appear in an assortment of video games , animated television shows and movies and trending card games and comic books licences by The Pokemon Company, a Japanese Corporation . They are yellow rodent like powerful electrical abilities .
Height : 40.6 cm
Weakness : ground
Ability : Static
Type : Electric
Rare Feelings
The one thing I know for sure is that feelings are rarely mutual , so when they are , drop everything , forget timing , forget reason , forget all the games , the two days between texts , the hard to gets , because this is it , this is what the whole world is after and you have stumbled upon it by chance, by accident , so draw a deep breath , face your eyes forward , now run collide like two planets in the system of a dying sun , embrace one another with both arms and don’t look back , let all the world judgments and expectations crash down around you , because this is love , kids and it’s all yours. Believe me , you are in for one fell of a ride . After of all , this is the one thing I know for sure.
Won’t you ??
If you believe that not many people can handke you , your personality , then it’d only be natural for you to be grateful to those who can . A little appreciation here and there wouldn’t hurt really .
Won’t you like it if someone appreciated you??
Wanting and Wishing
There is nothing wrong with wanting to do well. There is nothing wrong is wishing for it either . All you need to know is wishing and wanting isn’t any good if you don’t put work into it. But even then you have to be accepting of a little something called failure . When you wanting and wishing are strong enough you’ll meet failure quite a few times but then something called success will finally show up too . And even if it doesn’t ............. You honestly tried . Most people don’t .
**I hope you guys like my writing .. 🌼🖤**

IT’S the weight I carry.
I wish you would comprehend what it feels like to fall for you .
and i don’t mean the simplicity of the action of my fall .
It’s the weight i carry , of the befor and after of it all.
It’s like i am on a plane with my parachute in hand, and I slip before i ever had the chance to give myself the safety that i would need to land.
But the fall, it felt like freedom. And i didn’t care about the ground.
You made me feel like i could fly and even land, safe and sound.
But alas, your love lasted as long as my ignorance and gravity. And i’m left frantically, grasping at nothing and gasping for breath.
Inching towards death. And sadly, as i said, i carry the weight of how it feels to fall this way. And it is everyday.
I let myself go and fall to the inevitable demise. And i hit the ground, causing me to break every piece of me inside.
But for you, i jump, rather, leap into the sky because it feels to good to be in love with someone even if in the end, you die.
I’ve been sleeping a lot of these days.
I’ve been sleeping a lot of these days.
I've sleeping in my childhood bed and on tge basement couch in the back-porch hammock and in the glass by the lake and in the passenger of my boyfriend’s jeep.
I've been sleeping through zoom calls and netflix rom coms and charles dickens novels and taylor swift albums.
I’ve been sleeping when i should’ve been working or writing or cleaning or catching up on the news or volunteering online or learning a new language or a new instrument or a new recipe like everyone else is doing.
I’ve been sleeping to recoup my energy from all the late nights and early morning of the past four years and before that , grinding of my competitive ivy league college, and before that striving to get into that college, get on the right track, a kind of pressure i’ve put on myself for longer than i can remember.
It's been twenty-six sleep deprived years, sprinting for something i’ve forgotten or never really understood in the first place.
So now I’m sleeping.
Sleeping to catch up on the past sleeping to store up for the future- more sprinting, but this time with intentional direction.
The sleeping has made me feel guilty and lazy and guiltily lazy and lazily guilty.
Society has trained me to correlate rest with waste. But I'm starting to see that sleep is actually one of the most productive things i can be doing right now.
So that when I re-enter the world, I’ll finally be awake.
How to use Read. Cash
This article is for @Read.Cash members. I know a lot of people don’t understand much when someone is a new member. There is a little problem in understanding them Again, many people face various problems when telling their friend how to open an account. So I wrote this article to solve their problem.I'm going to say everything step by step.
**How to Use Read.cash**
Signing up for read.cash is fairly intuitive and takes only a few minutes to get started. The first thing the website does after you press the ‘register’ tab on the top right side of the screen is give you a simple rules disclosure notice. Essentially the owners of read.cash will not tolerate pornography, or “anything hate-filled, name-calling, trash-talking, personal attacks or insults.” If you accept this agreement, then you are brought to the registration window which asks you to enter a valid email address and give yourself a read.cash username. You can also quickly register with a Cash ID and Badger wallet in order to skip giving the website an email address. https://read.cash/@Read.Cash/what-is-readcash-7b0bfcfc#what-can-i-publish-on-readcash https://badger.bitcoin.com/
After signing up, the platform gives you a welcome message and the next screen gives you a 12-word seed phrase for the read.cash native BCH wallet. Read.cash highly recommends that you write down the seed phrase as you would with any other noncustodial wallet. The website also stresses that it doesn’t recommend storing more than $10-20 on the platform. From here, read.cash gives you the BCH address tethered to your account and you can begin using the site. https://read.cash/ https://markets.bitcoin.com/crypto/BCH
If you want to write a post using read.cash, in the top middle section of the website there is a ‘write’ tab, which brings you to a page that allows you to format a post. You are asked to add a title and there’s a section for you to draft the body of an editorial. Read.cash allows you to also add a header image and there’s a help page that teaches users how to format subheadings, italics, bold text, clipboard support, embedding images, creating lists, embedding videos (Youtube and Vimeo), code markups and blocks, blockquotes, and more. The step-by-step guide explains how to save the work and publish the post to the main read.cash feed when the draft is finalized. https://read.cash/@Read.Cash/how-to-use-the-editor-at-readcash-e2df60aa
If you hover your mouse over the username on the top right, it will show you a dropdown menu which shows your articles, saved drafts, affiliates, sponsorships, and full access to the native wallet. With the read.cash native wallet you can send funds to another wallet, deposit BCH, and back up your seed phrase again if you lost it. Read.cash also allows you to tether a unique image to your profile picture, write a bio, and tie a few website links to your profile. https://markets.bitcoin.com/crypto/BCH
If you ever forget your seed words. Then click backup my wallet. Then you will get an article Click on Shaw seed words there.
Then you will get your seed words. And if you want to check wallets, then go to my account.
If you encounter any problems with @Read.Cash you can mail to hello@read.cash Then they will try to solve your problem.
Future Enhancements and One-Time QR Codes
The read.cash platform has published a roadmap, which displays a list of objectives the website’s developer plans to add in the future. In no particular order, the read.cash blogging site hopes to add a section for communities, email notifications, user mentions, and more. A large portion of the roadmap’s goals have been completed and the list shows all the tasks that have been checked off. So far, using the website is easy to get used to, especially if you are already familiar with other social media applications and forums. https://read.cash/@Read.Cash/readcash-roadmap-9c51de71
There’s a great number of posts published on the read.cash platform and if you like a particular author’s content you can give them some BCH at the bottom of each post. In order to upvote the content and give the author BCH, simply press the button that says “encourage the author to write more.” You need to have BCH in your native read.cash wallet to tip the writer, but if you haven’t deposited funds you can opt to use a one-time QR code invoice. Read.cash users can also share content with sites like Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and Pinterest. If you want to continue following an author’s work, you can subscribe to an individual writer’s feed. https://markets.bitcoin.com/crypto/BCH

Read.cash Blogging Platform Leverages Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash
Read.cash Blogging Platform Leverages Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash
About a month ago, news.Bitcoin.com reported on two blogging websites that reward users in crypto for producing content. One of the platforms featured was read.cash and ever since that initial report, the application’s user base has grown significantly. The creator of read.cash explains in the About section that the site allows users to publish content (text, images, videos) with the ability to earn BCH if people enjoy the work produced. “If a reader likes your content – he or she can upvote your post by sending some amount of bitcoin cash (BCH) to your online wallet,” the website’s creator notes. https://read.cash/ https://news.bitcoin.com/2-new-blog-sites-that-allow-users-to-earn-cryptocurrencies/ https://read.cash/@Read.Cash/what-is-readcash-7b0bfcfc https://markets.bitcoin.com/crypto/BCH
The website’s posts are stored in a traditional database, but the system uses onchain transactions for peer-to-peer upvote payments. “These are done on-chain and censorship-resistant,” the read.cash website details. While perusing the read.cash front page or main news feed, there is a number of blog posts from unique authors covering a variety of subjects. There’s also a bunch of well known BCH proponents who utilize the read.cash blogging site. https://markets.bitcoin.com/crypto/BCH
Do you know that cats eyes are unique eyes in animal world??
Cats have some of the most unique eyes in the animal world: Instead of having circular pupils like humans, the black parts in the centres of their eyes are vertical - which can adapt quickly and can open and close like the aperture of a camera.
Why are cat eyes so special? It all comes down to how they use their vision, new research says.
By analysing 214 different species of land animals, researchers at UC Berkeley found that the way animals spend their day determines the shape of their pupils. The team published their study on 7 August 2015 in the journal *Science Advances*. http://advances.sciencemag.org/content/1/7/e1500391
Pupil shape and size determines how much light gets to the eyes - and is then translated by the brain into a picture of the world around us.
When it's dark out our pupils expand to let in more light and enhance our vision, but when it's bright out, our pupils get smaller to prevent overstimulation. Cat eyes do the same thing, but with much more finesse than humans.
Previous research has suggested that the thin-slitted pupils of domesticated house cats and other predatory animals allow for a wider range of muscle movements and for more light to enter the eye.
Thin slits in cats - as opposed to circular pupils - allow for a huge change between the constricted and dilated states, and are capable of undergoing a 135-to-300-fold change in area.
Human pupils, for comparison, can only change their pupil area 15-fold, according to a press release from UC Berkeley. http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2015-08/uoc--psl_1080315.php
Since cats are nocturnal and are most active at night, this gives them a huge advantage when they're hunting. They can open their pupils super-wide, allowing even small amounts of light into their eyes so they can see on dark nights, while also being able to squeeze them down to a tiny slit during the day.
Since humans mostly operate during the day and sleep when it's dark out, our pupils don't have to to adapt to as many different light conditions.
There are even a bunch of animals - grazing sheep, deer, and horses - that have super-weird horizontal pupil slits. Using computer models, Banks found that these animals are able to see an expanded panoramic field of view, even when their head is down while eating.
"The first key visual requirement for these animals is to detect approaching predators, which usually come from the ground, so they need to see panoramically on the ground with minimal blind spots," study author Martin Banks, a professor of optometry at Berkeley, said in a press release. http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2015-08/uoc--psl_1080315.php
https://d-34037869714293752147.ampproject.net/2008220050001/frame.html
"The second critical requirement is that once they do detect a predator, they need to see where they are running. They have to see well enough out of the corner of their eye to run quickly and jump over things."
The team found that horizontally-slitted pupils minimise how much light from the sun above gets into their eyes, helping them to see the ground better.
And after spending hours at the Oakland Zoo, Banks found that the eyeballs of many grazers - such as horses, goats, and deer - also rotate when their head lowers to the ground to keep the line of their pupils parallel to the ground, like in the gif below.
The vertical pupil slits found in cats, snakes, and crocodiles also give these predators a competitive edge, the team found, by allowing them to better approximate their prey's distance by honing their depth perception and focus on the target. But not all large predators have vertical slits.
Larger cats like lions and tigers have circular pupils like human. The team hypothesises this difference in pupil shape may be due to their large size.
Since larger predators are further away from the ground than their shorter counterparts, such as the domesticated cat, their eyes don't have to pull as many tricks to focus in on a target.
All this eye complexity leaves a lot of questions still open, leading some researchers to doubt the paper's conclusions.
"There are so many exceptions to the rules the authors think to have discovered, that there must be much more to pupil shape than being predator or prey, big or small," Ronald H.H. Kröger, a biologist from Lunds University, told *The New York Times*. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/08/08/science/eye-shape-may-help-distinguish-predator-from-prey.html?_r=0
This study is just another piece of the puzzle of how diverse and remarkable eyes and vision are.
And now, next time your cat gives you the slitted-pupil-side-eye, you'll know that it looks the way it does because of its intent to kill… a rat, hopefully, and not you.

I went out with my brother one afternoon Then a flowering tree suddenly appeared in my eyes The two flowers did not tear. Of course I don’t like tearing flowers. I know why I do it myself that day. I sat on the rickshaw and saw the flowers for a long time. Suddenly looking at the sky, I thought I should take a picture. ★-★ This is the picture taken.
I hope you guys like these photos... 😸

How I wish I was like the water,Flowing so freely with every drop.Let my every emotion wonder,No need to start, nor even stop How I wish I was like the fire,Burning with every flame up. Leaving a trace of hot desire. As a Phoenix raises its' wings up.
How I wish I was like the earth, Raising each flower from the ground seeing the beauty of death and birth. And then returning to the ground. How I wish I was like the wind.Hearing each whisper, sound and thought. A lonesome and wandering little wind, Shattering all that has been sought .
Oh!!! how I wish I was where you are. Not separated by empty space, so far. It seems like we're galaxies apart. But we find hope within our heart. And how I wish I was all of the above. So I can come below and yet forget. The beauty of angels which come down like a dove. And demons who love with no rain

Volvo P1800 Cyan Marks Return Of A Classic Coupe, Now With 413 HP
**There's no ABS, power brakes, or stability control, so the setup is all about the driver.**
The Volvo P1800 Cyan takes the gorgeous styling of the classic Swedish coupe and adds a modern 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder pumping out 413 horsepower (308 kilowatts) and 336 pound-feet (455 Newton-meters) of torque. This isn't just a one-off, either. Cyan Racing intends to build more, but right now the company says "pricing and individual specification is available for prospective clients," which suggests acquiring one might be pricey. https://www.motor1.com/tag/volvo-p1800/
The P1800 Cyan's engine is derived from the one in the Volvo S60 TC1 racecar and has a 7,700 rpm redline. "The power peaks late. It is designed for high revs a lot, with the torque intuitively linear to the pedal," Mattias Evensson, Project Manager and Head of Engineering at Cyan Racing, said about the powerplant. https://www.motor1.com/volvo/s60/

A five-speed manual gearbox sends the power to the rear wheels through a carbon-fiber driveshaft. A torque-biasing limited-slip differential improves traction. There are no driver assists, like stability control.
While the P1800 Cyan looks like the original Swedish model that dates back to the 1960s, Cyan Racing actually widens the track and repositions the greenhouse. A mix of carbon fiber and high-strength steel throughout the body and chassis significantly improve the structural rigidity over the car from decades ago. Plus, the curb weight comes in at a svelte 2,183 pounds (990 kilograms).
The P1800 Cyan features an overhauled suspension, including two-way adjustable dampers. There are now four-piston brakes that lack power assist or ABS for a more direct feeling between the driver and the road. It rides on 18-inch forged wheels with Pirelli P Zero tires around them.

"The settings of the car are not aimed at fast lap times but rather to deliver an enjoyable and exciting driving experience. I feel my smile widening each time that I control the drift angle of the car through a long turn," said Thed Björk, development driver and 2017 touring car world champion for Cyan Racing.
Cyan Racing is the former name of Polestar before Volvo's acquisition of the performance section of the company. The remaining motorsport part of the business became Cyan Racing. The squad has scored the last three titles in the World Touring Car Cup series. https://www.motor1.com/polestar/

China makes record-breaking achievements in latest league table as experts predict that the pandemic may accelerate the country’s rise
**the full results of the World University Rankings 2021** https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/2021/world-ranking#!/page/0/length/25/sort_by/rank/sort_order/asc/cols/stats
Chinese universities have made several historic gains in the latest *Times Higher Education* World University Rankings, with data revealing that the Asian giant is closing in on, and in some areas overtaking, the US in terms of research.
China is home to the first Asian university in the top 20 of the ranking since the current methodology was introduced in 2011, after Tsinghua University climbed three places to joint 20th this year. The country has also doubled its number of top 100 representatives, from three to six, in the past year, while all bar one of its top 20 institutions in last year’s ranking have improved or maintained their performance. https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/tsinghua-university
The country’s gains in the 2021 edition of the ranking are part of a long-term trend of continued advancement for the east Asian nation. Three of the four Chinese institutions that were ranked in the 201-300 band in the 2016 edition of the ranking are now among the top 100 (Nanjing University, the exception, is on the cusp of entering this group, at joint 111th). https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/world-university-rankings-2021-china-closing-us https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/nanjing-university
In contrast, while a few US universities that were in the 201-300 band in 2016 have since moved up, none has made it to the top 100, and several have drifted downwards.
Chinese universities have also been closing the gap with the US on citation impact since the 2018 edition, and this year the research quality of the middle-ranking universities in the two countries – based on the number of citations achieved by the middle 50 per cent of ranked universities – is beginning to converge for the first time. This means that some middle-ranking Chinese universities are now outperforming some middle-ranking US universities.
Meanwhile, China’s median research income is higher than the US’ for the first time this year.
The US still dominates the top of the ranking, commanding a record eight of the top 10 positions (see table below), after the University of California, Berkeley climbed six places to seventh. However, half of the US’ top 20 institutions in last year’s ranking have slipped this year. The UK’s University of Oxford occupies the top spot for the fifth consecutive yeyear https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/university-california-berkeley https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/university-oxford

The Chinese government has provided sustained investment in higher education and research and development for more than two decades, with funding specifically targeted at developing world-class universities, training scholars at top institutions in the West and building capacity in China.
Wei Zhang, a lecturer in education at the University of Leicester who has been analysing Chinese research quality, said the fact that the Covid-19 pandemic was having a greater impact in the US might accelerate China’s progress towards catching up with the country on research. https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/university-leicester
The coronavirus crisis leaves the US higher education sector in a “critical financial position”, she said, with “ongoing consequences, like the reduction in university income and expenditure and laying off temporary teaching and research staff, affecting research productivity and institutional reputation, which are central to global university rankings”.
In contrast, China’s 42 Double-First Class universities have “remained largely unscathed financially from the pandemic as the government’s generous investment offsets short-term income losses for universities”, she said.
“To this end, the pandemic may give Chinese universities the opportunity to close the gap with US institutions.”

A recent *THE* survey of 200 university leaders found that 87 per cent of respondents in North America expected the pandemic to cause university bankruptcies in their country, compared with just 17 per cent in east Asia. https://www.timeshighereducation.com/features/leaders-survey-will-covid-19-leave-universities-intensive-care
Marijk van der Wende, distinguished professor of higher education at Utrecht University, added that before the pandemic the international mobility of Chinese students to Western countries, and especially the US, was in decline, while the number of Chinese scholars who had trained in the West returning to China was on the rise. https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/utrecht-university
Given that global recession forecasts indicated that China was “still expected to show a small plus in economic growth for 2020, while the US is in the big minuses”, China “may be able to further capitalise on these shifting flows”, she said, adding that the country was already planning to compensate for a slowdown in economic growth by investing more in its technology sector.
Professor van der Wende added that in the long run China’s rise could “pose a threat to US universities’ dominance” in rankings, but she said the eventual outcome would depend on “how US universities make their strategic choices and on how rankings will be shaped”.
On the one hand, Chinese universities will become even more interesting partners to collaborate with; but on the other hand, both the pandemic and geopolitical tensions might continue to hinder mobility and cooperation.
Jenny Lee, professor of educational policy studies and practice at the University of Arizona, agreed that it was an oversimplification to say that China’s progress was a threat to the US’ dominance of world research. https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/university-arizona
“China supports global science and supports US scientific advancement,” she said. “Our findings show that the among all US-China co-publications, China leads in first authorship and funding these research papers. China also supports the US’ total scientific output, which would otherwise decline.” https://www.timeshighereducation.com/news/us-research-growth-has-relied-china-collaboration
However, she added, “the US is more dependent on China than vice versa based on total scientific publications”, while China will become “less dependent on the US for citations” in the long term as its own scientific impact steadily rises.
The *THE* World University Rankings 2021 include more than 1,500 universities from 93 countries or regions.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year is the world's most well-known and prestigious competition for nature and conservation images, and the winners showcase the best photography from amateur and pros alike.
Although the overall winners of the contest won't be announced until 13 October, the shortlisted images have just been revealed. A perching primate, perishing habitats and peeking possums are among the scenes chosen by the judging panel.
Wildlife Photographer of the Year is developed and produced by the Natural History Museum, London and the competition is amazingly now in its 56th year.
The shortlisted images are carefully selected by a panel of international photo experts, and this year's contest had almost 50,000 entries.
Among the newly revealed Highly Commended images is thirteen-year-old Arshdeep Singh's image of a douc, a critically-endangered primate, surrounded by the lush greens of its environment. It's a classic portrait that maintains eye contact with the viewer.
As well as celebrating glorious and fascinating species, the competition is also renowned for its photojournalistic submissions. Charlie Hamilton James's commended image of a lone tree surrounded by the vicious flames of a forest fire stands as a testament to human impact upon the Amazon rainforest and the damage being done to the natural world.

Don't Buy an Apple Watch Series 3
If you were wondering whether you should save yourself a couple hundred quid and opt for an Apple Watch Series 3: Don’t. A **Bloomberg** report says alongside the forthcoming Series 6, Apple is planning to introduce a new, more affordable Apple Watch to replace the Series 3. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-09-01/apple-targets-75-million-5g-iphones-for-fall-product-blitz
So far, we don’t know much about this lower-cost Apple Watch – an “Apple Watch SE,” if you will – other than it’s aimed at competing with wearable makers like Fitbit in the budget smartwatch category. AppleInsider speculates that it might **feature a plastic chassis**. Meanwhile, **9to5 Mac** theories the cheaper watch is likely to have a faster chip and some more advanced features, like fall detection, while forgoing the upgraded displays you see on the Series 4 and Series 5. https://appleinsider.com/articles/20/03/26/apple-investigating-reinforced-plastic-as-case-material-for-future-apple-watch https://9to5mac.com/2020/08/31/bloomberg-ipad-air-new-watch
Regardless, it’s likely that the new budget watch will feature upgraded guts compared to the Series 3. When Apple previewed **watchOS 7** at WWDC, it quietly noted that the update would not work on watches older than the Series 3. That was a big signal that the hardware on older Apple Watches was finally maxed out – but it also indicated that the Series 3 was also on its way out. https://www.gizmodo.co.uk/2020/08/watchos-7-is-the-dystopian-software-upgrade-i-didnt-know-i-needed/
The ~~series~~ 3's £200 price tag (or lower if you find it on sale) is awfully tempting if you’re just looking for a basic smartwatch and don’t give a rat’s ass about advanced health features. But Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has an **excellent track record** with Apple leaks, and this new rumour changes the calculus a bit. Gurman’s report, plus the Series 3's ageing hardware and the upcomg updates to watchOS 7, make a newer budget watch option seem highly probable. Even though Apple's autumn launch event could be **delayed to October**, unless you find a Series 3 being resold for £150 or less in the next few weeks, it’s not worth the “savings” when a new launch is just around the corner. https://www.macworld.co.uk/news/apple/reliable-leaker-3789705 https://www.gizmodo.co.uk/2020/09/so-the-iphone-12-launch-event-might-also-be-delayed/
A few weeks ago, I **argued** that the only people who should opt for a Series 3 are folks who aren’t sure whether a full-featured smartwatch is something they actually want. That’s still largely true, considering we don’t have a firm idea of what pricing on the potential low-cost Apple Watch will be. It’s possible that it might be £200 like the Series 3 currently retails for. It’s possible it might be slightly more or less, depending on what materials the watch is made of. That said, from a longevity standpoint, if you can afford to wait a bit, you should. A reminder: The Series 3 likely only has another year left in it. Whatever the new budget Apple Watch is, it’ll be more future-proof and likely get you more bang for your buck, even if it ends up being slightly more expensive. https://www.gizmodo.co.uk/2020/08/so-should-you-buy-the-apple-watch-series-3-right-now/
If you already have or recently bought a Series 3, you shouldn’t feel like you’ve been cheated. It’s still a good entry-level smartwatch. You’ll be good for another year, or at least until WWDC 2021, when we find out whether watchOS 8 updates will come to the Series 3. Even if at that point Apple rolls out a monumental upgrade, you’ll still have saved yourself some cash and bought some time to consider whether an upgrade makes sense for your needs. But if you haven’t bought anything yet and are thinking of upgrading from a Series 2 or older, you absolutely should not buy a Series 3 right now.
I’ve Finally Accepted That You Were Nothing More Than A Tough Lesson
The hardest lessons in life begin peacefully, without any sign of danger. That’s why I never recognized you as someone toxic.
You were the closest thing to perfection when we first met. You moved mountains and walked on water just to make me happy.
It felt like you were too good to be true and as it turns out, you were.
**That perfect beginning was just a tool you used to keep me under your command. You were nothing more than an emotional manipulator that I couldn’t recognize until it was too late.**
**Relationship** https://herway.net/category/relationship/
**This Is How I Accepted We Were Done** https://herway.net/relationship/accepting-we-were-done/
I guess that’s why **emotional manipulation** is so powerful and destructive, as you don’t know you are a victim. https://herway.net/life/10-types-emotional-manipulation/
You think of it as something normal because you can’t believe that someone would be capable of using your love against you.
**Now that I look back, I can clearly see the pattern.** You hung on to every word I ever said.
**Things You Will Feel When You Meet The Right One** https://herway.net/relationship/7-things-you-will-feel-when-you-meet-the-right-one/
You listened attentively and I felt so lucky that I had someone who cared so much that he was interested in every aspect of my life. I had no clue that words were your weapon of choice.
You knew just the right way to twist my every word so it suited you.
**Relationship** https://herway.net/category/relationship/
**He Was Your Lesson, Not A Life Sentence—Leave Him In The Past** https://herway.net/relationship/he-was-only-your-lesson/
**You would use words to provoke that sense of guilt in me.**
Every time I wanted some time for myself, when I wanted to hang out with my friends or go somewhere without you, you wouldn’t say a word or you would act like that was OK with you and every time I had to pay my dues when I would come home because all I got from you was ignorance and the silent treatment.
A few weeks after, when we would fight, you would rub all of it in my face, telling me how you always came last and everyone else was more important than me.
**Little by little I distanced myself from my friends without me even realizing it.** You wanted my full attention.
You couldn’t stand that I could have fun without you. However, when it came to you, the rules were different.
You could go out whenever you wanted, wherever you wanted.
You would come home late smelling of alcohol and even if I wanted to say something it would be pointless as you would shut me down immediately.
**You knew exactly what to say and when to say it to make me feel like I was the one to blame.** Not just once but in every situation we had ever been in.
You were so good at **playing the victim** that even when you would do something inexcusable I would end up feeling sorry for you. https://www.lifehack.org/287448/14-signs-someone-always-playing-the-victim
**I felt caged. You trapped me with your manipulations.** I felt like I couldn’t go anywhere or do anything right without upsetting you.
You always made me feel like I wasn’t enough. Like I was beneath you. You preyed on my insecurities.
You wrapped insults into jokes. You would always share your ‘wisdom’ with me and give me advice on everything concerning my life.
You always acted like you knew better and everything you said or did was ‘for my own good’.
You would bring me down, make me feel worthless and then you would go back to your sweet, loving, protective mode again, just so I could feel blessed for having you in my life.
**But you weren’t a blessing, you were more like a curse.**
**The one which I saw no escape from until you walked away from my life and moved on to your next victim.**
Those were your words, which was also my fault because of reasons that were left unexplained.
**I can’t say I was relieved when you were no longer a part of my life.** I was crushed and devastated. I thought I had lost the love of my life.
I missed you. For the first month or so I couldn’t stop my tears from falling.
The tears gradually stopped; I am not sure at which point exactly but there was that moment where the tears cleared my view and I could see you clearly.
I could see what a manipulative asshole you really were.
**For the first time in a long time, I felt free, I felt so good. I felt like I could breathe again.** It was easy to do that when you weren’t messing with my mind anymore.
It felt so good and it gave me the extra strength I needed to regain everything that you took for me.
*It took me a long time to find that* ***confidence and self-love*** *you took from me. I finally realized that I am enough and that I should never allow anyone else to treat me like I am less.* https://herway.net/life/7-best-ways-improve-confidence-find-self-love/
*My mind and my soul are now at peace because I am happy with who I am. I won’t allow anyone to cage me again.*
It seems ridiculous to say it now but back then I thought I would never get over you. I thought that the damage you caused was permanent and the pain I felt was incurable.
What I failed to see was that even though the scars were still there, I was much stronger than I gave myself credit for.
I was so mad at you for a long, long time. I couldn’t process that someone who had my heart could hurt me so badly.
But I am not mad anymore. I finally accepted that this was inevitable. I forgave you.
I forgave myself for staying that long and I hardly ever think about you after all this time. **You have no power over me or my life anymore.**
I’ve finally accepted that things had to go that way so I could learn how to be truly happy. So I could learn what love should never look like.
**You were not the love of my life, you were the toughest lesson of my life. The one I had no choice but to learn.**
Sympathy
Sympathy is feeling bad for someone else because of something that has happened to them.
We often talk about it and feel sympathetic when someone has died, or something bad has happened, saying ‘*Give them my sympathy*’, or ‘*I really feel for them*’.
As a concept, sympathy is closely connected to both *empathy* and *compassion*. You may find our pages: ****What it Empathy?**** and ****Compassion**** useful too. https://www.skillsyouneed.com/ips/empathy.html https://www.skillsyouneed.com/ps/compassion.html
Sympathy, Empathy and Compassion
What is the distinction between sympathy, empathy and compassion? The words are often used interchangeably, but they do have important differences.
Some Working Definitions
**sympathy** *n.* power of entering into another’s feelings or mind: … compassion
**empathy** *n.* the power of entering into another’s personality and imaginatively experiencing his experiences.
**compassion** *n.* fellow-feeling, or sorrow for the sufferings of another
These definitions, however, do not necessarily help to establish the difference. It may be helpful to look at the origin of the words.
**Sympathy** comes from the Greek *syn*, meaning *with* and *pathos*, or suffering.
**Compassion** is from the Latin *com*, meaning *with*, and *passus*, to suffer.
In other words, sympathy and compassion have exactly the same root, but in different languages.
**Empathy** also comes from the Greek, from *en* meaning *in*, and *pathos*, again for suffering. There is, therefore, a much stronger sense of experience in empathy.
Sympathy or compassion is feeling *for* the other person, empathy is experiencing what they experience, *as if you were that person*, albeit through the imagination.
As our page on ****Compassion**** argues, however, there has come to be an element of action in the use of the word compassion which is lacking from sympathy or empathy. https://www.skillsyouneed.com/ps/compassion.html
A feeling of compassion, then, usually results in some action, perhaps donating money or time. Sympathy tends to begin and end with fellow-feeling, or ‘*expressing your sympathy*’.
Causes of Sympathy
For people to experience sympathy towards someone else, several elements are necessary:
**You must be paying attention to the other person.**
Being distracted limits our ability to feel sympathy.
**The other person must seem in need in some way.**
Our perceptions of the level of need will determine the level of sympathy. For example, someone with a graze on their knee will get less sympathy than someone else with a broken leg.
We are also much more likely to be sympathetic towards someone who appears to have done nothing to ‘earn’ their misfortune.
The child who falls while running towards a parent will get more sympathy than the one who was doing something that they had been specifically told not to do, and has fallen as a result.
Sympathy in Healthcare
The tendency to feel more sympathy towards those who did not ‘deserve’ their problems can be a major problem for healthcare workers. There is a tendency to feel less sympathy to those suffering from ‘lifestyle’ diseases, such as diabetes resulting from obesity, or lung cancer after a lifetime of smoking, than those who have contracted similar diseases with no obvious cause.
Healthcare workers, and others, need to fight against this tendency, because we are all human, and all equally deserving of care and support during difficult times.
**The level of sympathy is also likely to be affected by the specific circumstances.**
We are generally more likely to be more sympathetic towards someone who is geographically closer than someone on the other side of the world. This is ***spatial proximity***.
We are also more sympathetic towards people who are more like us. This is referred to as ***social proximity***.
Furthermore, we are also more likely to be sympathetic if we have experienced the same situation personally and found it difficult. However, ongoing exposure to the same or a similar situation will dampen sympathy.
For example, the first time we see pictures or hear about an earthquake, we may be motivated to donate money to relieve suffering. If, however, there is another earthquake elsewhere a few days later, we may feel less sympathetic, a situation sometimes referred to as ***compassion fatigue***.
Showing Sympathy
Because sympathy is indelibly linked to bad experiences, for example, the death of a family member, it is often appropriate to show your sympathy with someone else.
While this can seem like a formality, the idea is to help the other person to feel better, by showing that you understand that they are having a bad time, and may need some help.
Sympathy may be expressed either verbally or non-verbally.
Examples of sympathy expressed verbally include:
Speaking to someone to say how sorry you are about their situation; and
Sending a card when someone has been bereaved.
Examples of sympathy expressed non-verbally include:
Patting someone on the shoulder at a funeral;
Putting a hand on someone’s arm when they tell you their bad news; and
Dropping your tone of voice when you speak.
Showing Sympathy Appropriately – Ring Theory
A few years ago, psychologist Susan Silk and mediator Barry Goodman devised a simple diagram to help people to respond appropriately to grief, affliction or problems in their own and other people’s lives. They called it **Ring Theory**.
The idea is simple. Imagine a series of concentric circles. In the middle circle is the person or people who are most directly affected by the trauma. In the next circle are their direct family and closest friends. Outside them are more distant family and friends, then acquaintances and so on. You can have as many circles as you need.
The person at the centre of the circle can say what they like to anyone. They can vent at any time, or in any way. Those beyond that, however, can only vent **OUTWARDS**. Inwards, they need to express sympathy and provide comfort.
If you stick to that rule, you will be able to provide sympathy effectively, and also vent your concerns in an appropriate way, to those who can best help you to deal with them.
Sympathy is innate, but it is also learned
Children as young as 12 months old have been observed to show sympathetic behaviour, for example, giving their parents a toy without being prompted, or crying when another baby cries. These are very basic sympathetic responses. Some children are inherently more social and sympathetic.
However, as children learn and develop, their ability to feel sympathy also develops as they learn from their parents and others around them. Given that adolescents are often described as exhibiting selfish behaviour, it seems likely that ability to sympathise continues to develop throughout childhood and adolescent, and probably into adulthood as well.
This means that it is possible to develop your ability to feel and express sympathy even as an adult.

Tv Cancer
Tuberculosis is an important risk factor for cancer. Pulmonary TB and lung cancer(LC) may mimic each other especially in the aspect of the clinical and radiological features. The aim of the study was to evaluate the features and risk factors of cases with coexistence cancer and active TB.
Methodology
We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of patients with coexisting TB and cancer a period from 2009 to 2014. We evaluated demographic data, the ways diagnosis of TB cases, the location of TB and cancer, TB treatment results of the cases.
Results
We recorded 374 TB cases in our dyspensary at this study period. In 16 (4%) of these cases, a coexistence of cancer and TB was detected. The male/female ratio was 12/4. The mean age was 62,12 ± 15,13 years. There were TST results except three cases. There were ten pulmonary TB and six extra-pulmonary TB (four peripheral lymphadenopathy TB, one abdominal TB lymphadenopathy and one salivary gland TB). Cancer types were as follows; eight lung cancer, two breast cancer, one base of tongue, one endometrium cancer, one hypopharyngeal cancer, one stomach cancer, one bladder cancer and one maxillary cancer. Diagnosis of all cases was confirmed by bacteriologic and/or histopathological examination. Squamous cell carcinoma was the most common type of cancers. This rate was 9/16. All TB cases were new. There were risk factors out of two case in the cases. Five cases were died during TB treatment. Others completed TB treatment without any complication.
Conclusions
In our study, the coexistence of LC and pulmonary TB was more common. The local immunity is deteriorated in cancer cases. If there is pulmonary infiltrates in lung or peripheral lymphadenopathy, we must search tuberculosis too out of metastatic lesion and other infectious diseases. We should not make delay in the diagnosis of active TB in cancer cases.

1. Introduction
Cancer and tuberculosis is the most cause of morbidity and mortality, and a major public health problem worldwide. The interaction between lung cancer(LC) and active tuberculosis is known for many years. The first description of ‘cancerous pthisis’ was reported by Bayle in 1810 [1], [2], [3], [4], [5]. Chronic infections like pulmonary tuberculosis process that may lead to carcinogenesis of the lung tissue according to the production of cytokines, thus stimulate tumor growth and progression, this may result in genetic damage [6]. Malignancy itself may effect bone marrow and cause depletion in all cell lines, thus immune response may not be deteriorate [7], [8]. Tuberculosis is an important risk factor for cancer. The dormant bacilli may activate due to disturbed defense mechanisms. Pulmonary cancer mortality was higher in people with tuberculosis than in those without. Diagnosis may be delay and the patient's survival may be shorter [9]. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib1 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib2 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib3 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib4 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib5 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib6 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib7 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib8 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib9
One–third of the world's population is infected with *Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacillus*. According to global tuberculosis report 2016 of WHO, TB affects more than 9 million people and causes the death of 1.8 million people each year, especially in developing countries [10]. In the world, there were approximately 14 million new cancer cases, 8.2 million cancer related death and 32.6 million people living with cancer in 2012 and the three most common cancer diagnosed among men. lung, prostate and colorectal Ca, among in women breast, colorectal and LC. Cigarette smoking is the important risk factor and cases almost 20% of global cancer deaths and 70% of global LC deaths [11]. In our study, our aim was to evaluate features of coexisting of cancer and active TB cases in a six-year period. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib10 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib11
2. Methodology
We retrospectively reviewed data from the recorded files of patients between the years of January 2009 and December 2014. We collected demographics data (age, gender occupation), clinical features and laboratory results (sputum smear microscopy, culture, sensitive test for mycobacterium tuberculosis, tuberculin skin test (TST), histopathotology, the location of TB and cancer, the ways diagnosis of TB cases, risk factors, TB treatment results of cases from medical records of cases with the coexistence cancer and active TB. All registered patients were evaluated. This study was approved by The Department of Tuberculosis Control at Ministery of Health (number 147 Date 10/March/2015). Patient’ informed consent was not required because of the study was retrospective.
3. Results
3.1. Case population
We recorded 374 TB cases in our dyspansery in this study period. In 16 (4%) of these cases was detected coexistent TB and cancer. There were twelve male and four female cases. The mean age was 62,12 ± 15,13 (35–87) years.
3.2. Case features
As shown in Table 1, there were ten pulmonary TB and six extra-pulmonary TB (four peripheral TB lymphadenopathy, one abdominal TB lymphadenopathy and one salivary gland TB) in cases with cancer. All TB cases were new cases. Acid fast bacilli (AFB) in sputum smear was found positive (conventional Ziehl-Neelsen (ZN) microscopy) in nine pulmonary TB cases while diagnosis of one pulmonary TB case was defined by histopathological examination for cultures, Löwenstein -Jensen (LJ) culture method have used. Type of mycobacteria were *Mycobacterium Tuberculosis complex* in seven cases and *Mycobacteria other than tuberculosis (MOTT)* in two case (in *MOTT* type of a case was *M. szulgai*, in other case there wasn't MOTT type in the medical record) There were drug susceptibility testing in four cases and sensitive to major drugs. There weren'nt drug susceptibility testing in other three cases in the records. There were TST results except three cases. Their TST (Mantoux test is used) results were between 0 mm and 27 mm. The diagnosis of extra-pulmonary TB cases were confirmed by histopathological examination. Cancer types were as follows; eight LC, two breast cancers, one base of tongue cancer, one endometrium cancer, one hypopharyngeal cancer, one stomach cancer, one bladder cancer and one maxillary cancer. There were six pulmonary TB and two peripheral TB lymphadenopathy in eight LC cases (Fig. 1, Fig. 2), peripheral TB lymphadenopathy in two breast cancer cases, a salivary TB in maxillary cancer case, an abdominal TB lymphadenopathy in endometrium cancer and pulmonary TB in other cancer types. Diagnosis of all cases were confirmed by bacteriologic or histopathological examination. Histopathological aspects in cancers; squamous cell carcinoma was the most common type of cancers (9/16) and others were neuroendocrin tumor, high grade urothelial carcinomas, high grade invasive ductal carsinoma, pleomorphic carsinoma, Mullerian Tumor. There weren't histopathological results of two cancer cases in the medical record. The latent time between onset of TB treatment and diagnosis of cancer (biopsy date) were between 5–365 days in our study . Mean time were 90.37 days. The occupation of our cases were as follows; seven retired, three house women, one driver, one worker, one building worker, one butcher and one dental technician (see Table 1). https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/table/tbl1/?report=objectonly https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/figure/fig1/?report=objectonly https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/figure/fig2/?report=objectonly

3.3. Risk factors
Risk factors for cancers are, cigarette smoking (tobacco and tobacco products), exposure to cancer-causing agents in the environment (sunlight, radon gas, air pollution, and infectious agents, exposure to cancer-causing agents in the workplace, genetic factors., Reactivation of latent TB infection (LTBI) may cause TB infection. The risk factors for activation of LTBI are HIV infection, patients using TNF-α inhibitors or corticosteroids, silicosis, apical fibrotic lesions, low weight, diabetes mellitus, blood and lymph system cancers and jejunoileal bypass and organ transplantations. Our cases with coexistence active TB and cancer had cigarette smoking history in 9 case, TB family contact history in 4 case. The comorbid disorders were chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in 1 case, hypertension in 1 case, serebro vascular disease (CVD), diabetes mellitus (DM), renal failure, chronic viral hepatic C in 1 case There were no risk factors in two cases. Four case were diagnosed TB after medical therapy and one case after radiotherapy.
3.4. TB treatment
TB treatment was consisted of two months of HRZE (H:isovit, R:rifampicin, E: ethambutol, Z: pyrazinamide) plus 4 to 7 months of HR. Eleven TB cases completed TB treatment. Others were died during TB treatment. There were two case with *MOTT*. *M. szulgai* was identified in one sputum culture in a case, but other culture results were negative. The TB treatment regimen was changed. There was't *MOTT* type of other case in the medical record who has liver metastases and membranous glomerulopaty died within second month TB treatment.
4. Discussion
The relationship between pulmonary TB and LC has been known for years. Pulmonary TB and LC are able to mimics each other sometimes with clinical and radiological features. The common symptoms were fever, night sweats, loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, chest pain. Cancer cells invasion in healed TB lesions might also lead to TB reactivation by weakening the local immunity. Two diseases may be located in ipsilateral lung, contralateral lung or same lobe location. TB bacilli may live at a dormant status in granulomas and induce TB sensitivity [12]. If the local immunity is deteriorated, reactivation of a latent TB, primary mycobacterial infection, new exogenous infection may cause TB infection [13], [14], [15], [16]. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib12 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib13 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib14 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib15 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib16
Chronic inflammation like pulmonary TB process that may lead to carcinogenesis of the lung tissue with leading to Deoksiribo Nucleic Acid (DNA) damage according to express nitric oxide synthase from infected macrophage, thus chronic inflammation and scarring due to TB can lead to the development of cancer [12], [13]. The development of LC at the site of scars and old TB lesion infection was showed in the studies [1], [11], [14]. According to Harikrishna et al., [17] possible association between cancer and TB; by chance without any apparent relation, simultaneous development of both TB and cancer, metastatic carsinoma developing in an old TB scar, secondary TB infection in cancer. In our study, the cases with TB and cancer were found in ipsilateral or contralateral lung or extra-pulmonary regions. All tuberculosis cases new in our study. The discordant organ involvement may be by chance without any apparent relation. Smoking is an important risk factor for LC. Chemotherapy, immune dysfunction, radiotherapy, severely malnutrition may lead to immune-suppression. Radiotherapy might lead to granulomas microenvironment deregulation, allowing TB mycobacteria to proliferate [12], [13]. The effects of radiation on the immune system are local tissue damage, peripheral depletion of lymphocytes and an alteration in the immune cellular balance, namely, B cells, T cells, and natural killer cells [18]. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib12 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib13 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib11 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib14 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib17 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib18
In our study, risk factors were cigarette smoking, hypertension, DM, COPD, CVD, chronic viral hepatic C, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, TB family contact history. Lymphadenopathy in setting of TB and Lung cancer should be investigated carefully as lung cancer itself can cause granulomatous reaction and or tubercular lymphadenopathy can mimic like mets to LN radiographically. The lymph nodes due tuberculous lymphadenitis may lead to overstageing in TNM system. The biopsy specimens reveal infiltration by cancer cell, should also be sent to a microbiology laboratory to perform stain and culture for M tuberculosis [5]. The diagnosis ways of TB cases were suspected inflammation in chest radiograph during medical chemo therapy and radiotherapy or during regional lymph node biopsy to investigate for metastases. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib5
Tuberculosis cases were diagnosed either same time or sequentially after cancer treatment. According to Wu et al. have reported an average 4 and 11 months delay in cancer diagnosis among TB patients [1]. We found 5–365 days in our study. Squamous cell carcinoma was the most common type of cancers. This rate was 9/16. Tamura et al. [12] analyzed clinical data on 25 cases with coexisting LC and active pulmonary tuberculosis and reported that the incidence of LC among patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis 0.7% while the incidence of active pulmonary tuberculosis in untreated LC g cancer patients 1.9%. Ventsiavichius et al. [19] found (2.1%) coexisting LC and tuberculosis that patients with LC who were opered, their histology were squamous-cell tumors in 52.2%, adenocarcinoma 21.7%, and adenosquamous-cell carcinomas 26.1%. Vencevicius et al. [20] 2.1% patients were diagnosed LC and tuberculosis-associated in pathology. Cicenas et al. [14] found same rate too. Kamboj et al. [21] showed that foreign-born patients with underlying hematologic neoplasm had a tuberculosis rate 50–100 times higher than United State-born patients. They suggested the initiation of latent tuberculosis infection therapy for those with a 5-mm induration. Matthew et al. [22] showed that patıent with hematologic, head and neck, and LC had a 9-fold higher rate of developing active tuberculosis compared to those without cancer, latent tuberculosis screening and therapyis be suggested in this cases. Our cases didn't use latent tuberculosis infection therapy when cancer was diagnosed. Kurasawa et al. [23] showed that coexistence of LC and pulmonary TB about 2–4% of LC and about 1–2% of TB. LC was more periphery origin and squamous cell carcinoma histopathologically. The lesions of LC and TB are mainly located in same lung, and sometimes in same lobe. Chen et al. [24] found epidermoid carcinoma a 64.5% of with coexisting pulmonary TB and LC. In our study, the coexistence of TB and cancer in TB patients was %4 and it was more in contrast to these previous reports. Squamous cell carcinoma was the most common type of cancers. Eleven TB cases completed TB treatment with out any complation, while five cases were died during TB treatment. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib1 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib12 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib19 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib20 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib14 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib21 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib22 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib23 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5709315/#bib24
5. Conclusions
In our study, the coexistence of LC and pulmonary TB was more common. Squamous cell carcinoma was the most common type of cancers. Early TB diagnosis may extend median survival

You are at loss
Love said to me , don’t try to define me.
If you think you can put me into words,
Alas , my friend , you are at loss.
I am hidden from hidden things ,

I am different in each heart ,
a hundred million faces,
a hundred million languages -
without a single word.
If you think you can define me ,
alas, my friend , you are at loss.

I closed the eyes , open those,
to lift the veil.
When I am silent in the center of my chest
Intoxicate with love , I dance.
When I wonder alone , I am lost.
When with you , both world whirl around . 😸

No, You Don’t Always Have To Forgive
No, You Don’t Always Have To Forgive
**But yes, you need closure.**
It’s what brings you peace.
After a relationship has ended, we all need that final period to deal with what has happened to us.
We all need that final statement, that final conversation to say goodbye.

Without closure, you don’t know why a relationship has ended, you can’t say with certainty whether it’s your fault or it’s his.
You can’t put a finger on what went wrong.
What’s even worse if you don’t know what happened is how could you know how to fix it?
How do you pick up the pieces of your broken heart?
But no matter what a person does to you, we are told from when we are little that we need to forgive.

Maybe not forget but forgive and move on.
Forgiveness allegedly makes you a better person.
That’s what you’ve been taught.
***What does that have to do with the fact you’re hurt and broken?***
***How could you possibly forgive when you haven’t come to terms with what has happened?***
*Forgiving means absolving someone from doing something bad to you.*
*It also means absolving yourself from making a mistake you couldn’t have been able to stop.*
So we try to do it. We try to forgive that person who has done us wrong.
We try to set ourselves free from the past, from mistakes, from them and
However, it only stops at trying.
Rarely any of us swim out to the surface of complete success.
Almost every one of us gets stuck in the depths of dark emotions, resentment and pain a betrayal has brought us.
Deep inside, we know because we were taught like that, that forgiveness is the only way out of the state we are in.
***But what happens if you cannot forgive?***
Guilt creeps in. You feel guilty for not being able to let go.
You feel guilty for still holding on to the anger and pain you’re feeling toward a person who hurt you.
Although this seems like a normal reaction to what happened to you, you’re taught it shouldn’t be normal and that you should move on as soon as possible.
***You are taught that it’s your job to forgive and that someone or something else will take care of the punishment.***
If you go any other way, **if you chose vengeance**, you’re automatically not a good person in the eyes of society. https://herway.net/relationship/how-to-get-revenge-on-your-ex-12-proven-ways-to-do-so/
Honestly, who likes vengeful people?
No, you’re just supposed to forgive and hope that someday that person will go through something similar, you hope they will understand what you went through.
Now I’m getting back to closure.
There is another reason **why closure is so importan**t. https://herway.net/love/this-is-how-it-feels-trying-to-move-on-without-closure/
When you get your closure, you get some kind of remorse from the person who is breaking up with you or who has hurt you.
You get a ‘sorry’, you get a reason.
It’s scientifically proven that people who are shown remorse are more likely to forgive.
In other words, forgiveness won’t represent that much of a problem.
**The person who hurt you is, in a way, taking responsibility for what they did.**
**That’s why it’s so much easier to get past it.**
Also, realizing a person is sorry for what they did doesn’t leave a dark cloud over your experience.
On the contrary, it gives you hope and a ray of light shining upon what’s to come.
It leaves you thinking that things will get better.
**What happens when pain is brought to you deliberately?**
Of course, it’s not the same.
There are people out there who enjoy pain—they enjoy causing pain and being surrounded by it.
It makes them feel powerful and in charge.
Should you forgive those people?
Of course not. Forgiveness doesn’t work that way.
**It’s one thing forgiving a person who is unaware they harmed you; it’s completely something else forgiving a person who is out to get you, just to make you suffer.**
So I ask you, is there a need to forgive?
Do you feel you need to forgive or do you just think you have to because it’s the right thing to do?
You see… that is exactly what I’m talking about.
No, you don’t always have to forgive.
You have to process what happened to you.
You have to understand it and you have to heal.
You have to hold that person responsible for what they did to you and you don’t even have to let them know.
It’s important you share your pain with someone, a therapist or a friend.
It’s important to let everything you’re feeling out and never hold those feelings bottled deep down.
Forgiveness is always welcome but it’s not essential.
If you don’t have the power to forgive in you, make sure you always learn from your mistakes and most importantly…
**No, you don’t always have to forgive but you always have to move on.**

I wish someone had told me
That after sweet butterflies
my chest would become the
burial ground for days that come
with more sadness than laughter
that this magic would have a mouth
to eager to whisper his name
on the days that i try to forget
that these tears would
Spring up a dark forest within me
i wish someone had told me
that even the pain he felt
would become my pain too .
