Like Every Week:

The Tune Tune Train connects songs, which can be done in many ways. For example three songs from the same movie, then the connection is the soundtrack. Or three songs from people that used to form a band, the connection would be that band. But it can even be three songs about Qatar. Which would make the connection to the soccer world cup.

It´s up to you Dear Reader to figure out what connects the train.
Or wait till I solve the riddle in next week's post.

Last Weeks Clues Were

I gave you these two hints last week:

It´s not the Album "I am Sick of You", it´s not the Stooges, it´s something that has been haunting Mr. Pop since the 70s. And I told you to check out my previous Midnight Gems Written Radio Show.

In my Show, you would have found another Iggy Pop song, "Candy". Candy would have been an answer I would have accepted. Although there was a little more to it, as the three songs were about a Betsy that keeps haunting him.

And then there were these songs:

Iggy Pop - Dog Food
The Stooges - Scene Of The Crime
Iggy and the Stooges - I'm Sick Of You

Or like our winner says: "he is haunted by his mother or his wife but it has to do with a woman he had lived with," which was close enough.

You did not have to go as far as to tell me that Iggy has been haunted and wrote multiple songs about a fling he had in the early seventies.
The girl was only 14 years old at the time, while Iggy was in his early twenties. Her name was Betsy Mickelsen, and it did not end well. If you want the full story you should read: Iggy Pop: Open Up And Bleed.

Hints in the songs

From: Dog Food Lyrics

I'm hanging around that same old scene
My girlfriend Betsy she's just fourteen
There's nothing better for me to do
I'm living on dog food
Dog food is so good for you

From: The Scene of the Crime Lyrics

Out in the suburbs, I met my true found love
She gave me money, gave me head
Gave me everything and she laid my bed
And that ain't all

From: I’m Sick of You Lyrics

Goodbye Bessy, I'm going away
I'm sick of you and don't know a way
Don't want to know, don't want to see
Don't you ever bother me
Sick of hanging in and around your pad
Sick of your mom and sick of your dad
Yes and Bessy
It's sad but true
But now I'm even sicker of you

From: Candy Lyrics

It's a rainy afternoon in 1990
The big city, geez, it's been 20 years!
You were so fine.
Beautiful, beautiful girl from the north
You burned my heart with a flickering torch

We Have A Winner

@cescajove got close enough to the dirty truth to win this week's Bonus Boost.

Now tonight it´s all about being the first as this will be the easiest riddle so far.

Here we go again!

The first one that gets the connection between the three songs below gets a $1 Ecency Boost on his/hers latest post.

All Aboard!

The Tune Tune Train is Taking Off!
Are You Ready To Riddle?

This train was inspired by @bozz who commented this on my latest Midnight Gems Session:

I like all the covers that have come out of House of the Rising Sun and Paint it Black. I still feel like the Animals do the former the best. Nothing quite beats the Stones version of Black, but U2 did a pretty good cover once.

SO, here are this week's clues.

The Rolling Stones - Wild Horses (Live)

Gino Vannelli - Wild Horses

U2 - Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses

This #TTT is just about these three amazing songs, guess the answer is just a recipe for a successful song.

Nope, no hints today------

Let me know in the comments if you figure out what connects these three songs.
First to get it right, gets a nice Bonus Boost!

The connection and winner will be featured in next week's #TTT
