The ability of a computer program to learn and think is called the artificial intelligence. The term artificial intelligence was invented by John McCarthy in the year 1950. According to him, "The science and engineering of making intelligent machines" is called artificial intelligence.

Almost about 20 years ago when someone wanted to go to a a place he didn't knew about he had to ask to a person who had already gone there for directions but now this task is quite simple with the help of OK Google assistant. With the help of AI OK Google assistant can show you all the directions of the place you want to visit within few seconds.

8) New inventions:

The artificial intelligence has enabled human beings to invent many new technologies in almost every domain to help humans solve majority of the complex problems.

Example:

In the field of medical science, many new technologies have been invented over the past few years. For example, the AI has enabled the doctors to predict breast cancer in the women at earlier stages using advanced AI based technologies.
