People who tend to suffer from social disorder, present symptoms of anxiety or fear in certain or all social situations, that is to say, when they meet new people, have a date or a job interview. They are afraid of being humiliated, judged and rejected.
However, these are some signs and symptoms that people with this type of anxiety usually suffer from:
Anxiety about feeling embarrassed or humiliated.
Fear of having physical symptoms that may cause discomfort, such as blushing, sweating or shaking
Stop doing certain activities or stop talking to certain people for fear of being embarrassed.
Anxiety or fear in social situations.
Fear of interacting or conversing with strangers.

The comfort level varies depending on the individual, i.e., some are reserved by nature, and others are extroverted. However, life experiences also play a role.
One of the causes of this anxiety is the environment, i.e. it can be an acquired behavior, being developed also after a very unpleasant or really uncomfortable social situation. It is also influenced by the relationship between parents and children.
Can it be prevented or cured?
There is no way to predict what will make a person suffer from this phobia, however, it can be overcome and some measures can be taken to try to prevent it:
Ask for help from a specialist it is okay to do so.
Establish priorities in your life, such as dedicating time to things you really enjoy doing.
Keep a personal diary, as it can help you identify what is the cause of your stress, embarrassment, among others.
Don't fool yourself or justify yourself.
Express yourself and don't run away from it.
