There is something magical about walking under the treetops. The serenity that is felt then cannot be compared to a walk through the shadows of the tall buildings of a city. Take a look at the most beautiful natural tunnels in the world. Some were formed independently, others were formed by man, but they are all absolutely beautiful.

The Dark Tunnel in Northern Ireland:

This beautiful avenue of beech trees was planted by members of the Stuart family in the 18th century, because they wanted to impress visitors who would move there towards their home. Today, this place is a tourist attraction, and there is a legend that it was haunted at dusk, when the spirit of Gray Lady appears.

Flower Wisteria Tunnel in Japan:

In the city of Kitakiushu, there is a flower tunnel composed of 150 Wisteria flower plants. The best time to visit is from April to mid-May, because then the plants are in full bloom. It is truly a surreal experience to walk under these beautiful, colorful hanging flowers.

Oak Alley along the Mississippi River in Louisiana:

This alley consists of a double row of oaks. It is 800 meters long, and the walk under its "canopy" is spectacular

The Yakaranda tunnel in South Africa has existed for more than 100 years and is a famous tourist attraction. Man planted jakaranda trees himself, and about 70,000 of them. This tunnel is the most beautiful walk in October, when the trees are in full bloom.

The tunnel of love in Ukraine is part of the railway that leads to the slab factory, and it is 2.9 miles long. The railway is known for the natural tunnel created by the trees, and passing through that section is like a dream. Legend has it that everyone who visits this tunnel of love should imagine a wish, so it will come true.

Bamboo Road in Kyoto:

In the tourist region of Peanut in Kyoto is a popular bamboo forest called Sagano. The forest is cut by a road, so visitors can walk through rows of bamboo on the left and right. Tourists, for a reason, usually take photos here.

Sakura Tunnel in Japan:

Cherry trees, while in bloom, form a magnificent pink tunnel. In contact with the night light, the pink color radiates and reflects on everything in the tunnel, so the atmosphere is like a fairy tale.
