Znam da je kefir jako zdrav, al citajuci dole postove od ostalih nisam znala da je veoma kiseo. tako da ni ja nisam nesto za kisele namirnice.

Imam ga u frizideru.. hah.. u obliku jogurta. Kupovni je, ali ga ne podnosim, zaista mi je kiselog ukusa i imam osecaj da pijem pokvaren jogurt. Jednom pre par gosina sam popio sok od kefira koji je spremala moja drugarica, delovao je sasvim ok, slican limunadi, ali se zato bar dva dana cini mi se 'kiselio' u ogromnim teglama. Cuo jesam da ima ogromnu moc u poboljsanju naseg zdravlja ali eto.. nekako izbegavam njegovu kiselost. Hvala na odlicnom postu Betty. ❤
