Discovering Bitcoin Cash for Gains But Staying for a Cause
Introduction:
I am a newcomer here on this platform and this is my story of how I discovered Bitcoin Cash and frankly speaking, my motivation of joining this community is to earn money but after a few days of earning and learning, I was hooked up with the community and right now I realized that I need to stay for a cause and one of them is to spread awareness about this amazing cryptocurrency Bitcoin Cash.
There are lots of interesting articles on this platform that caught my attention but because of my motivation to contribute to the community, I felt obliged to share some of my experience as a new user of BCH and how it changes my perception of the cryptocurrency world.
How I Discovered Bitcoin Cash:
As a blogger I have seen numerous articles about Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum, in fact I have been hodling some satoshis from various faucets but what really caught my attention was the speed of transaction using Bitcoin Cash, featuring also it's incredible low fees.
My motivation of joining the Bitcoin Cash bandwagon is indeed free money during the first few days of joining the Twitter-like platform Noise.Cash that generates some cents and directly deposited into my Coins.Ph wallet.
This kind of motivation is somewhat like toxic to me at first because, I though it was just and easy things to do but later on I realized that you really need enough time and efforts to gain some followers and received some generosity from fellow Noisers.
Winning $3.00 from the Twitter-Like Platform:
At first I did not took some efforts to join the blogging platform but a contest was posted asking its user on how they can spread Bitcoin Cash Awareness and I won the grand prize worth $3.00 dollars.
I was chosen because of my answer that says I will use the $3.00 to promote Bitcoin Cash awareness through my blogs. Blogging is one of my sideline career during the past few years. Some of my articles were even cited by Wikipedia, particularly those that involves biographies of various celebrities in the Philippines.
During my stay at the Twitter-Like platform, I discovered this platform and felt so excited upon reading some articles regarding cryptocurrency and after seeing the dollar sign on various articles motivated me to join the platform. Here I started to write some long posts regarding my journey as a blogger.
Giving-Away the $3.00 Bonus to Spread Bitcoin Cash Awareness:
As promised to the donor, I gave away all the $3.00 I won during the contest but not through the platform or through blogging about Bitcoin Cash.
I give away the price money through a friend whom I wanted to joined the movement of using Bitcoin Cash and be on-board with the Twitter-Like platform but all my efforts were in vain.
After giving away all the $3.00 worth of prize through Coins.ph transfer from my account to the account of my friend, he only joined for three days and leave that platform that I introduced to him.
Making a Mistake of Inviting Someone Because of Earning Money:
After one week of joining the community of BCH believers in the Twitter-Like platform and the Medium-Like blogging platform, I realized that inviting someone to join the community is not an easy task.
Earning money as a motivation also proved unsuccessful, maybe on my own experience, because the friend I onboarded to join the Twitter like platform often complaint, that he only received cent of dollars compared to my earnings that I was able to reached at least $5.00 in just one week of joining.
My Conclusion and Motivation on How to Spread BCH Awareness:
As a beginner in the world of cryptocurrency, my motivation right now is to proved to everybody that using Bitcoin Cash as their native currency will brought us to greater heights because BCH is indeed the real Bitcoin and it is the only way we can make a difference towards humanity.
We can put power back into our hands from a centralized monetary system into the decentralized world of using our money and Bitcoin Cash is the money of the future and for us pioneers who believe in the real purpose of Bitcoin Cash, this is our chance to shine.
Spreading awareness about Bitcoin Cash is of utmost importance for us who believes that in the near future, we could conquer the financial market and we, believers of BCH is at the forefront of this struggle to proved once and for all that Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin.
The above article is just my personal opinions and based on my personal experience on how I discovered Bitcoin Cash for financial gains but realized that I need to stay for a cause of spreading BCH awareness.

Introducing BCH, Sharing My Strategies & How it Works
Introduction:
I have been blogging and writing for the past few days here on this site, and one of the most interesting things I read here is the various journeys of Bitcoin Cash users who shared their experience on how they were able to hooked up with the fastest growing cryptocurrency.
As part of the community of BCH users, I think it is part of our obligation as beneficiaries of this cryptocurrency to share our journeys on how our life changed through this platform.
In order for me to prove that I am indeed a believer of BCH, I should develop myself to express my own opinion and shared my very own experience regarding BCH and it should not stop from me only, but I need to share it with somebody else.
Using my Phone's Wallpaper to Advertise Bitcoin Cash:
Although I have been blogging for the past few years, I am not really good at actual conversation particularly on topics I have little knowledge about the subject so my first step is to be seen actually using BCH with the use of my smartphone.
I used Bitcoin Cash image as my wallpaper to catch the attention of my co-worker, which really worked because it is now easy for me to start a conversation with him. I started my introduction by sharing with him importance of BCH based on the knowledge I gained from the website initiated by Kim Dotcom at *whybitcoincash.com.* https://whybitcoincash.com/
Why Bitcoin Cash:
According to Kim Dotcom Bitcoin is great from the very beginning but it you failed to join the bandwagon we should act now and get involved with Bitcoin Cash because it has the biggest upside potential and is currently undervalued.
After getting the attention of my co-worker through the wallpaper on my smartphone, I told him different stories on how some Filipinos enjoyed using the cryptocurrency BCH on their day to day lives and how it affected their financial literacy.
I told my co-worker to study more about Bitcoin Cash by just reading the website created by Kim Dotcom for a better understanding of the said crypto and how it also affected me in terms of my finances.
Based on the information I gathered online and on the website whybitcoincash, I told him the difference between Bitcoin Cash and the crypto he has knowledge about Bitcoin.
This friend and co-worker of mine have been using Coins.ph for the past few months, and just like Bitcoin, BCH, with small adjustments, it could become the digital equivalent of cash while is still useful as store of value, making it the digital equivalent of gold.
Asking My Friend Why He Uses Bitcoin and Coins.ph:
During our conversation about Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, I asked my friend why he was so interested with Bitcoin and Coins.ph, he told me that he earned some satoshis while playing games.
I made a follow up question if he is really interested with the cryptocurrency thing, how much he was able to cash out from his current usage of Coins.ph and playing games earning satoshis and he told me that he already reached at least $.87 working hard and playing games for the past three months.
After I saw the games he played on his smartphone and some mining activities also using his smartphone, but earning only a few cents, I told him, I could surely help him joined the cryptocurrency bandwagon, but this time around our conversation should revolve around Bitcoin Cash.
Sharing my Ideas of Bitcoin Cash and How I was Able to Cash out more than $20.00 in Just One Week:
I know for myself that aside from the website that I told him to study and learn more about BCH, my introduction of Bitcoin Cash could be more effective if I show to him my BCH portfolio.
For the past few weeks I used two wallets and exchanger Coins.ph to store my BCH portfolio. The two wallets I used is the Bitcoin.com wallet and the Uphold Wallet. I showed to him my various activities using the wallet wherein I received some small amounts of BCH or a peso worth of this cryptocurrency.
If I have some small amounts of other crypto I immediately converted and traded it with BCH to add to my hodling activities in the fastest growing crypto assets.
Most of my activities on Uphold, Bitcoin.com wallet and Coins.ph involved Bitcoin Cash, with some small amounts accumulated using some website that I didn't mention with my friend but I told him I will send a link for him to become a member.
Cashing Out BCH from Coins.ph to M Lhuillier:
In order for me to prove my point that BCh is the easiest cryptocurrency to move and one of the most commonly used in the Philippines with some crypto enthusiasts, I told my friend that he can come with me to withdraw some of my earnings online using BCH.
I transferred around P900.00 worth of Bitcoin Cash to my Coins.ph Peso Wallet from the accumulated earnings coming from my two BCH Wallet, the Bitcoin.com wallet and the Uphold Wallet.
After receiving the pay-out from Coins.ph through M Lhuillier, my friend is now fully convinced that BCH is indeed useful and could be easily withdrawn once you accumulated enough amount.
This time around, my friend got excited as he keeps on asking more about Bitcoin Cash and I told him that once I arrived home I will send him the link of the website so that he can also join and try to explore more about the benefits of the digital currency, Bitcoin Cash.
This is just the beginning of my journey on how I can help the community and spread awareness about Bitcoin Cash.

Working in a School Library Financed my College Education
Introduction:
In my beloved country the Philippines, earning a college degree is one of the most sought-after achievements by parents but due to some financial difficulties not all parents can afford to send their children to school.
I am one of those individuals who grew up in a poor family with my father working as a tuba-gatherer to earn a living while my mother was just an ordinary housewife helping my father's day-to-day job and sending their children to college is already a luxury for them.
How It All Started:
My father worked as a tuba-gatherer, for those millennials and people from the city, a tuba-gatherer is somebody who earned a living by collecting coconut juice which is used for drinking, a popular staple among adults in some provinces.
Due to the minimal earnings from their jobs as a tuba-gatherer and farmer, as young boy with big dreams I already realized during my younger years that my parents could not really afford to send to school right after graduating in High School.
I am the seventh child among nine siblings and nobody among my older siblings went to college due to the fact that in the province, once you graduated High School you should be obliged to help your younger siblings for them to continue their studies until High School.
Applying for Job at a Department Store, a Blessing in Disguise:
Since my parents wanted me to be with my older sister who was already in the city that could help me land a job in a local department store, I grabbed the opportunity to travel and experienced the city life.
Aside from the opportunity to travel to the city, I also felt the need for me to escape poverty and I don't want to be with parents working day and night as a tuba-gatherer.
Right after my Elementary graduation, I already helped with my parents, particulary in promoting and selling their yields to the marketplace in our town. I was able to market my father's tuba wine and got some permanent customer for us.
When I arrived at the city, my older sister told me everything she knew about the city and the techniques on how to be hired as a bagger in a Department Store but I have some plans on my own to pursue my dreams of going to college.
During my scheduled interview I did not participate, instead of going to the venue, I went to a government-funded educational institution and secured a schedule for an entrance examination, which I am confident I can pass together with a newfound friend and neighbor.
I passed the entrance examination and never told my older sister that I wanted to pursue my college education but later on my sister discovered my secrets because she keeps on asking why I am not still wearing my uniform as a bagger in a Department Store.
First Day at School:
Upon the discovery of my older sister that I did not participated in the interview and pursue instead my dreams of getting into college, she told me frankly that she cannot afford my daily needs so I need to find ways to financed my schooling.
Enrolling in a college degree in a State University is not that hard because I only need to accumulate at least P650 per semester for the tuition fee, way back the year 1997 to 2001.
At first at worked during my free time in a vulcanizing shop and hired a trisikad during holidays and weekends for me to earn something to fund my education particularly the need for me to travel from Bacolod City to Talisay City in Negros Occidental.
Traveling Free from Bacolod to Talisay:
Due to my sideline job as a helper in a vulcanizing shop, I was able to befriend one of the driver plying the route of Bacolod City to Talisay City and vice versa and told him about my challenging story and my plans to pursue my college degree with his help I was able to travel for free from my home to my school.
This is the time that I realized I could be able to convince someone to help me, only if I have to courage to reveal my real plans and be truthful with the way I deal with people.
Traveling free from my home to our school is already an achievement for me because I can save some money, so I did everything in my abilities to convince other students to ride only with the jeepney driver who is already a close friend of mine.

Applying for a Job as a Working Student:
The next step for me is to apply as a working student in our school library. Although I am new to the school and found it difficult to converse with the native Hiligaynon language, I took it as an advantage compare to other applicants.
During the application process, I knew I am not the one who will be hired because I am a newcomer in the campus and most of the applicants have already spent at least a year in that campus before applying for a job as a student laborer.
In order for me to get the attentions of the Librarian, every vacant time, I spent it at the Library doing some minor chores, once I saw that there are books left in the table by some students, I arrange it back to the shelf.
A few minutes before snacks and lunch time, I approached the Librarian and offered my service to buy for them their snacks and lunch so that they will no longer go down to the canteen and bring their foods at the library located in the second floor of the main building.
My Strategy of Being Seen Really Worked:
At a young age I considered myself as a newcomer at school but due to y previous experience as a tuba-gatherer salesman in the province and with some convincing power, I was able to grab the attention of the Librarian and I was hired with one condition.
I need to worked at least six months without pay, because the Student Labor assigned to the Library is only one, and the last student laborer still earned some monetary rewards. As a Student Laborer we were paid at most P1,000 per month which is already a big amount for me.
Working as a Student Laborer:
In our school library there are two designations, a Student Labor who is paid by the school for maintenance and janitorial works and at least 12 Student Aides who will be in-charge at the lobby for borrowing and returning of books.
Student Aides do some minor cleaning jobs while the Student Laborer will be in-charge of the over-all cleaning and other general services. I am also in-charge with the encoding of files and most of the jobs assigned to me by the librarian.
Earning a College Degree without my Parents Knowledge:
During the time when I started earning as a Student Laborer, I also fulfilled my promise to my parents to send them a little amount of my earnings from the supposed job at a Department Store.
My salary as a student laborer was already enough for my parents as I sent all the money I received directly to them so that my secret will be intact without realizing that the money I sent came from my job as a Student Laborer.
The greatest surprise of my life happened when when I told my father to be with me at the city and sent him additional money as fare, for him to attend a gathering and he was invited.
At first my father was hesitant because, but later on I convinced him to be with me and that's the greatest achievement for me so far, being with my father escorting to me to my chair during the graduation rites. I knew my father was so happy during that time as he keeps on asking sorry for me because they failed to sent me to college.

According to Kim Dotcom, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are good for everything. Just like Bitcoin, with small adjustments, BCH could be the digital equivalent of cash while Bitcoin (BTC) is the digital equivalent of gold with its main feature being useful as a store of value.
The prominent internet entrepreneur also believed in the original vision of Bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto. Bitcoin Cash believes in the original vision of Bitcoin which is to provide a fast, secure, worldwide peer to peer electronic cash system with low processing fees.

3 SAR Per Minute Calling Rates to PH Hurts Saudi OFW in 2005
Introduction:
The higher price of calling internationally from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Philippines is one of the hardest challenge every Filipino should cope up during the year 2005 when VOIP, Facebook and other social media sites were not available.
Calling internationally from Saudi Arabia to the Philippines costs a lots of Riyals among Overseas Filipino Workers in Saudi Arabia. During the year 2005, when I first arrived in the Kingdom, the international calling rates from Saudi to the Philippines is at 3 Saudi Arabian Riyals (3.00 SAR) per minute which is a bit expensive.
In the Philippines the local call rates ranges from P8.00 peso for local calls while Php20-30 for international calls to Saudi Arabia. When compared to the calling rates from Saudi Arabia to the Philippines, the 3SAR per minute is still expensive.
In Saudi, Every Riyals Counts:
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when you're an OFW who wanted to return home immediately after two years contract, every Saudi Riyals counts. During the year 2005-2010 the foreign exchange rates between Saudi Riyals to Philippine Peso ranges from P13.00-P15.00 per 1 Saudi Riyals.
When we round off the highest numbers, every Riyals is already worth P15.00 so calling to the Philippines with P45.00 per minute is indeed a challenge among OFWs particularly those who left behind a huge family to feed.
First Time OFWs Salary Range:
For first time Overseas Filipino Workers during the year 2005, you are lucky enough if you were hired by some multinational corporations or by government-owned companies or establishments but if you're hired by some small-time businessmen, your salary will range from $300. to $500 or an equivalent of SAR 1,125-SAR 1,875.
Calling the Philippines from Saudi Arabia with SAR3.00 per minute is already expensive and once you started calling you will surely incurred around SAR30.00-SAR50.00.
Telephone booth calling from Saudi Arabia to the Philippines is the most common way of communicating during the year 2005. Mobile phones are not that popular during that time with the most expensive phone Nokia N70 as a luxury items among OFWs.
In Saudi Arabia you have to budget your income because the salary comes once a month, unlike here in the Philippines where salaries arrived every two weeks.
Cost of Living in Saudi Arabia in 2005-2010:
Contrary to popular beliefs, the cost of living in Saudi Arabia is not that expensive during the year 2005-2010 because you can already buy a Filipino-Chinese meals worth SAR10.00 featuring a combination two viands and one rice.
Water and carbonated drinks are not that expensive in Saudi Arabia, it is even more expensive in the Philippines because in Saudi you can buy a can of Pepsi worth SAR1.00 or equivalent to P13-15 compared to the more than twenty pesos worth of Pepsi in cans in the Philippines.
The only expensive products in Saudi Arabia are those coming from Philippines such as sardines, bananas, canned goods and junk foods from the Philippines.

Basic Commodities are Provided for Free:
In Saudi Arabia the basic commodities such as shelter, water and electricity are provided by most companies for free. There are housing units they called as "flats" provided by the companies.
Medical care among the workers in most companies are free as well including the medicines which could easily be refunded by the company once you enrolled in any medical care program which were already taken care of by the company.
Some bigger companies or multinational corporation even provided for free laundry and dry cleaning services as well as transportation from their residence to their work destinations.
Aside from the Higher Calling Rates, This is Even Harder to Take:
I will end this story of mine with a particular incident involving my co-worker, a fellow OFW who left behind his families with three young children in the Philippines and think somebody can relate to his interesting story.
My co-worker hailed from the Province of Bicol but his family already migrated to the Province of Rizal where they started to live since the time when my fellow OFW Nonoy decided to work in Manila.
At the end of every month, we celebrated our achievements of adding another milestones to our journey as OFW. We usually went to the city center to send money to the Philippines and after that we will eat outside and mingle with our fellow OFWs.
Since Month One until the end of the year, as far as I remember I saw this OFW travel only twice to the city as he just asked me to send his allotment to his family because he will render overtime at our factory.
I was also surprised with the huge amount of money he sent to his family back to the Philippines, only living at least 5% for his foods and daily needs which is really amazing because for a single guy like me, I only sent 70% of my income to family and rest will be used by me either by savings or for my enjoyment.
Nonoy's Secrets Finally Revealed:
One time upon arriving Nonoy did not notice me at our flat, although we are in the same room, we have a common CR and dining hall. I went directly to the CR and I heard directly from Nonoy's mouth, how he enjoyed his stay in Saudi Arabia.
He told his wife and his children back in the Philippines that he was enjoying his chicken soap and a huge fresh catch tuna from the Middle East. I nearly cried upon seeing the reality on Nonoy's story because he was not enjoying his meals and it's not chicken soap but a Quick Chow noodles together with Morjon sardines.
Nonoy have been saving everything he could to let his families enjoy the good life in the Philippines, while he is working day and night sacrificing himself of not eating more expensive foods just to save. The secrets of Nonoy was revealed only to me as he told me everything but his story is way to long to be added here.

Being an Overseas Filipino Worker or an expat in a foreign country you have to deal with various problems including culture shocks, adapting to a normal life of being away from your family, longing to see your loved ones and most of all the language barriers with you co-workers.

The problems mentioned above are just the common situations affecting Overseas Filipino Workers, maybe you could add more or I missed some points but right now let's take a look of how I was able to solve those common problems affecting OFWs.
Home Sick:
As a first time OFW, the most common problems you encountered and should be prepared of is the adjustment of daily lives as what most Filipinos would call as "Home Sick," or the longing to see your family and close friends daily.
We are used to see our families day by bay but once you ventured into working abroad, no matter how brave you are, you will surely experience this kind of sickness or the longing to see your family.
Most OFWs promised to their families that they will be back home immediately after the first two years of contract because of home sick without knowing that once you started working overseas, your life will surely change due to the environment and the huge difference between the salary in the Philippines and your salary as an OFW.
Language Barrier:
Aside from being home sick, most Filipinos experienced the language barrier during the time when you started working particularly in the Middle East where you should learn what they called as "Carabao English."
Most Filipinos don't have difficulty in speaking the English Language, but in the Middle East, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you should learn the simplest form of English for you to be understand by your fellow workers mostly coming from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal.
A little knowledge about basic Arabic is indeed very useful when you're working in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia. During weekends, I try to read books about the Arabic language and applied it during working time with my fellow workers. Having an English-Arabic or Tagalog-Arabic dictionary is very helpful in conversing with the locals and your fellow workers in Saudi Arabia.
Adjusting with fellow foreign workers:
In the Philippines we used to work with minimum supervision or as a machine operator once the mechanic-in-charge is not present or busy with other maintenance activities, machine operators should repair minor damages to the machines but in Saudi Arabia, everything should follow their set of rules and protocols.
Once a machine broke or having some problems all the operators were waiting for the mechanic to repair the damage without doing something in return, only waiting for the mechanic to finished his/her task.
Unlike most Filipinos who used to work with minimum supervision, we try to repair minor problems with our machine. This kind of working habits was later on corrected after our manager hired a Filipino engineer to supervised us.
Modern Machines and Equipment:
Working in a foreign country is indeed more challenging because we are using some modern equipment and machines when compared to the Philippines. The jobs of being a machine operator became easier compared to what we used to do during our early days in often dilapidated work environment as well as using machines even older compared to our parents age.
In Saudi Arabia, machine operators worked easily as we operate machines from Germany and other European countries, most of these machines were computerized unlike in country when we worked with machines manually.
Anxiety:
Feeling anxiety or fear of failures, during our early days as Overseas Filipino Workers, we felt anxious of everything we do, because we are not sure of what our managers and owners of the company would think about us.
We adjust also with our fellow workers who look at us Filipinos as more expert or knowledgeable with the machines we are working with because we were able to understand the manuals and other operating procedures to run the machine.
In terms of salary when compared to our fellow South Asian neighbors, Filipinos got some higher salaries, so we felt anxious, why we are ahead of them, even if we are newcomer and they have been working for the company for the past few years.
Adapting to stricter Rules and Regulations of a Host Country:
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, one of the most important papers you should be careful of is the identification card given to you once you arrived in the host country.
Upon arriving, the company will sent you to a government medical institution to undergo medical check-up and various procedures. After that you will be given a what they called as "Iqama" or foreign worker identification card.
You should bring your "Iqama" anywhere you go because it is the only document recognized by the Saudi government. From time to time there are police officers who will check your Iqama once you go outside of your residence.
This is just the beginning of my journey as an OFW. In the next few articles, I will share to you some of my interesting experience while working abroad.

How it all Started:
During the year 2005 I was accepted as a machine operator for plastic bag factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after working only three months in a plastic factory somewhere in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
I started my journey as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) at a very young age. Unlike most OFWs, we were part of a direct hire company, so the placement fees, medical and other relevant fees were all shouldered by the company and it will be deducted once we started working in the City of Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
I was so excited right after a few weeks of processing all the documents needed for us to fly internationally, and mind you folks, it was my very first flying experience since childhood.

Flying for the Very First Time:
Right after we were able to process all the documents, I felt so excited and at the same time a little bit afraid of what my future holds in country which is miles away from the Philippines. I felt anxious during the time when the Cebu Pacific flight from Manila to Cebu flew because it's my first ever flying experience.
The reason why we flew to Mactan-Cebu first was because of the fact that the main aircraft that will flew us to the Middle East will embarked from Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA). From MCIA on board Qatar Airways we made a stop-over to Singapore for at least one hour and mind you I reached Singapore for free for the very first time.
From the rich island-nation of Singapore we flew directly to one of the world's richest country, another island-nation of Qatar. From Qatar we flew to another Middle-Eastern country of the Kingdom of Bahrain and from Bahrain we rode by bus on our way to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the Eastern Province.
Flying for the very first time as an OFW brought excitement to me because I was able to visit at least four countries, from Singapore to Qatar and Bahrain, then to my destination, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Entering Saudi Arabia, OFWs are Prioritized:
An Overseas Filipino Workers working in a foreign country is one of the hardest things to do because you're unsure of what will happen to you at the workplace or with the people whom you worked with from day to day.
My flight to Saudi Arabia from the Philippines is a little bit challenging because I don't have any companion, I was flying solo although the company told me at first that they already have some Filipinos working with the company.
From the island of Bahrain, we encountered some problems with the immigration officers at the King Fahad Causeway because some of our fellow travelers from Nepal don't have the necessary papers to enter the Kingdom, our bus was stopped at first for inspection and I felt nervous because, I am the only Filipino inside but due to the completeness of my papers, everything runs smoothly for me.
At the immigration station entering Saudi Arabia, I was so thankful to the authorities because they gave priorities to Filipinos, maybe because of the long standing relationship between the Philippines and Saudi Arabia or maybe because Filipinos could communicate easily compared to our neighbors.
Arrival at Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia:
Upon arrival at Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, a fellow Filipino approached me who knew the details of my travels and was sent by the company to guide me on my way to our company barracks located at the neighboring city of Dammam.
The City of Al Khobar in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia is considered as a Filipino City because of the huge numbers of OFWs living and working in that particular City. Almost 70% of those roaming around knew Tagalog and it really add comfort and excitement to a newcomer like me.
From the City of Al-Khobar we rode a bus, together with my guide and fellow worker of the company whom I will be working with. He is Mang Robert, a veteran OFW who have been working in KSA for the past fifteen years as a machine operator in the plastic factory.

Life as an OFW in Saudi Arabia:
Although my travel took some time from the Philippines, passing through three countries before arriving at my destination, I felt glad and honored to be considered as an official Overseas Filipino Worker at a very young age.
As a single guy with no responsibilities left behind in the Philippines except my father, mother and siblings, I thought it could be easy for me or I will never felt those "longing" to my families but my thoughts were contrary to my experience.
I started working as a machine operator after two days rest upon arrival. At first I felt glad because I am not the only Filipino worker inside that plastic factory. I was assigned as a helper first of the machine operator handling the Stack Press Printing Machine.
Longing to See My Family Back Home:
During the first week of my work as an OFW, everything went smoothly as I enjoy the company of my co-workers and made some friends with other localities but I didn't realize that after two to three weeks of working, I started to remember the days when I saw my parents, siblings and relatives.
Working abroad is indeed a real challenge among Filipinos because at first I felt really strong that I could combat the yearning or longing for my family because I am still single but in reality, once you are working abroad there will come a time that you will surely missed the families you left behind in the Philippines.
During the first three weeks of my work, I never found it difficult to adjust with any machines or any kind of work assigned to me by my supervisor but the hardest things to cope up is the longing and your desire to see your family in person.
For the past five years I never been with my families because I already worked in the city, away from my family in the Province so I already thought, I am strong enough to combat the longing but it was a challenge indeed when you're in a far away country.
Conclusion:
As a former Overseas Filipino Worker, I therefore concluded that working away from home and away from your family is really a challenging tasks, that's the reasons why if you have a family member abroad, try to communicate with them more often, and with the advent of social media which was nowhere to be found during the year 2005, it is your responsibility to say "Hi" to your family and friends abroad.
If a single guy like me felt anxiety, longing and yearning for my family, how much more the feelings of those who have left their wives and children at home while they are working day and night in a far away land to provide for them.

Surprising My Wife With Bitcoin Cash as Valentines Day Gift
How It All Started:
I am a newcomer here at Read.Cash and started writing five days ago, since I am a blogger by profession for the past 10 years, I was so excited reading stories about the possibility of learning more about the fastest-growing cryptocurrency, Bitcoin Cash and at the same time earning some real cash.
Since day one here on Read.Cash, I already hatch a plan to surprise my wife that aside from blogging which I've been doing as a side gigs for the past ten years, I have another source of income through this website and the Twitter-like platform Noise.Cash.
My plan is to surprise my wife during Valentines Day, which will be celebrated tomorrow, but I will give here my gift a day before February 14. Achieving My Goals of Earning $10.00 Worth of Bitcoin Cash:

Designing Your Blog: How to Setup Free Blogger Template
Introduction:
In Blogging there is a phrase that says "Content is King" and I truly agree with those phrase but aside from content of our blog, we should also try to learn a little bit of designing to add some professional look of our newly-minted blog.
Designing our blog is not that hard as what most people think of at first, because there are lots of free blogger template websites available online and as a blogger, I recommend to use Sora Templates from soratemplates.com as our own source of free templates to be used on our blog. https://soratemplates.com

Choosing the Right Template:
At first we should decide the theme of our website or the topics we are going to discuss and it should coincide with the templates that we are going to be downloaded for free from Sora Templates.
Sora Templates is considered as one of the most popular provider of free Blogger Template particularly those who are using the free platform from Google. Most of my blogs from Blogger.com got their templates from this website.
There are lots of categories to choose from among the templates provided by Sora Templates. Everything are free but with some limitations but we can also buy their templates but we are here looking for free things, so we will choose the free one.
How to Setup Sora Blogger Templates:

Now that you have already decided on what Blogger templates to use, all you have to do is to visit the download page of your chosen template and click "Download Now Free Version." If you have some money to spend, you can also opt to buy the premium version of the said template at around $9.95.
After downloading the zip files of the blog template of your choice, make sure to locate the file somewhere on your computer or through the Download Folder.
You have to unzip the file and look for the .xml file that will be used to install to our new blog.
Here's a Simple Guide on How to Install Blogger Templates:
1. After downloading the unzip file, you need to Log in to your Blogger Dashboard.
2. Go to Template Section and tick Backup/Restore Button.
3. Click on Download Full Template to Backup your previous template and to use it in case we encounter some problems with our new template.
4. Open the .xml file using an available Text Editor like NotePad or WordPad or something like that on your computer.
5. In the Text Editor, Press CTRL+A & then CTRL+C to copy all and select all codes.
6. Open the HTML Editor on Blogger Dashboard and click "Edit HTML" Button.
7. Then Click anywhere in the HTML Editor. Now press CTRL+A & CTRL+V to Select All coding and Replaced selected coding with copied template coding).
8. Finally click "Save Theme" Button. That's it, you have already uploaded your new professional looking template that could compete against WordPress templates.
Most website providing templates have their own documentation on how to install the themes and they are provided for free. Although some websites offered a premium templates but as a newbie blogger, we should settle for the less expensive themes.

Why I Choose to Write with a Pseudonym
Hello Everyone,
First of all I would like to introduce myself as Phil Newsome, the blogger behind the political blog **PhilNews.XYZ**. I decided to use a pseudonym on my political blog in order to protect my identity during the year 2016 at the height of the campaign period of the Philippines National Election. https://www.philnews.xyz/
On Read.Cash, I use the tag name as Bantayan Island because during one of my visit on that island I felt in love with the people and the serenity of the place, I often called the island as a hidden paradise in the north of Cebu Province.
Back to my introduction, I started blogging with a self-hosted blog WordPress.Org and right now I have other sites but most of my online income came from my primary site above.
I use an alias in my political blog that already generated more than 100 Million Pageviews since the time I started writing on that website because of some crucial articles often criticizing the critics of the Duterte administration.
Choosing Between Google Hosted Blog and Self-Hosted Blog
Most bloggers would suggest to all newbies to start blogging with a self-hosted blog but hosting a blog is so expensive if you are just a newcomer in the blogging industry.
It is indeed not necessary to start your blog and purchase a hosting package because you should examine yourself if you have the capability to pay for the hosting package.
Therefore, I suggest as a blogger, we should start first with the Google hosted blog and just buy a domain, instead of hosting your blog and buying your domain which really needs some cash.
Personally, I am not in favor of some bloggers who always entice their readers to buy a domain and a hosting package even if they are just newbies. We should examine ourselves if we are capable of paying.

Most bloggers who have been in the blogging business suggested to their followers that in order to take blogging seriously or to make money on blogging they are required to pay for website hosting and used WordPress.Org instead of the free platform like Blogger.com.
As a blogger who started without some capital it is very hard to shell out some dollars just to learn on how to blog and published their articles online. Most bloggers who suggested to pay for website hosting have their own commission as an affiliate of the hosting service they are suggesting.

Received My First Payout $4.50 (Payment Proof)
Today, I already received my first payout from Read.Cash worth $4.50 although I'm just a beginner and only posted a total of three articles sharing my journey on how I started blogging using the free platform provided by Google.
During the first few days or exactly three days ago, I felt hesitant to publish an article through this platform because I don't have any knowledge about cryptocurrency, although I been blogging since the year 2012.
I just enjoy my stay here as I shared my journey on how I was able to earn a living through Blogger.com.
Based on my initial stay here at Read.Cash, all I can say is that this platform could compete even the already established blogging platform such as Blogger and the self-hosted Wordpress.org, especially for beginners who don't have any experience in writing.
On my case as a political blogger, I found it hard to produce more blogs during the time of the pandemic and during the time when the election fever subsides.
There are lots of issues with blogging for free because you need to be careful with everything you write nowadays.
The main reasons why bloggers like me, ventured into something different from our previous gigs is because of the facts that our main source of traffic came from Facebook and with the advent of the Fact Checkers in the Philippines it is really difficult to get some traffic on social media.
Social media in the Philippines, in on my opinion is manipulated by the big players and the fact checkers in the country is probably one-sided because if you're a Duterte supporters who will surely see a drop on social media traffic.
This is the reason why I am so thankful with the Read.Cash and the Noise.Cash community for giving us hope to bounce back on our online journeys.
From a thousand dollars income during the year 2016 to just a mere $200-400 right now, Bloggers like me found a new home here at Read.Cash.
In just three days of sharing my experience here on this platform I was able to earn a not so huge income but when add up, it could augment my blogging income.

How to Start & Publish Your First Article on Blogger.com
Adding your first article on Blogger.com or also called as Blogspot.com is an important steps on our journey or learning how to blog for free with the use of the free platform.
The most important things in blogging is not on perfecting your articles of some grammatical errors but for you to be consistent on writing and having the courage to write your first article which is really an obstacle if we hesitate at first.
As a blogger, I am here to guide you on your journey. In writing your article, you must have a topic and writing your title is already an achievement for you to start.
In writing our first article, we don't need to complicate all things, we can start our article by telling a simple story about our topic or topics. The contents of the article should revolves around the title of our first blog.
As a suggestions to all newbie blogger, we should learn the importance of proper spacing in our articles. One to two sentences in one paragraph is already enough for a decent blog.
Adding an image inside your blog is an added further to add aesthetics to your blog and to entice your readers to read more about the topics of your choice.
Just simply click the "Insert Image" tab above and the "Upload from Computer" dialog will pop up alongside with the "Photos, Blogger & URL" tabs.
You can also add video by simply clicking the "Insert Video" Tab.
Choose the photos from your prepared locations and upload it, it is best to upload your image after the first paragraph of your article. I suggests to choose the Extra Large image size for better viewing experience.
After writing your first article, you need to click the "Preview" Button in the Upper Left Corner portion and select Save. Saving your article while on the first few paragraph will definitely be a useful tactic.
The next things to do is to add some Labels for your blog, located at the Left side Panel. Labels are used to organize our blogs. Labels are similar to Categories when you are writing using the WordPress platform. In adding Labels, make sure to add a comma to separate each Labels.
We will discuss later on the importance of adding Labels to your blog, but we will dig deeper as we go further, right now we could focus only on the very basic of writing our first article.
Once you have added the Labels or Categories of your choice, the next things to do is to change the Default Permalink by clicking the Permalink Option and choose "Custom Permalink" instead of the "Automatic Permalink."
Permalink or permanent link is a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that is intended to remain unchanged, it is often rendered simply, clean, and easier to type and remember.
In using the Custom Permalink option, you can adjust the length of the permalink and chose only relevant words and phrases that described your article.
After adding the Labels and changing the URL of our first article, it is now ready to be posted and broadcasted for the world to see. The next things to do is to hit the Publish Button and a pop-up will appear confirming your actions to publish your written articles.
This is just the beginning of your blogging career using the free Blogger Platform. I am just sharing the very basics of blogging and as we go on further you will surely learn a lot from me.

How I Started Blogging Using Blogspot
I started blogging by using the free service from Google, using only my GMail account without spending a dime, by going through the free Content Management System (CMS) provided by the world's leading search engine company.
With my existing e-mail address from Google, I was able to start my blog and you can also start with your own through this link provided below.

The next thing you do is to Sign-up for an account using your existing Gmail account and then create your first blog using this free platform from Google.
You need to choose a name for your blog that suits your passion. When we speak of passion it means that any topics of your choice that you can discuss without hesitating that you will loss your appetite in writing.
Don't worry with the number of critics who will judge you because of your grammar, the most important things in blogging is you could start your own blog and take action.
I will not be going into more technicalities about blogging because I want you to start immediately and later on we can adjust as the time pass by. There are lots of misconceptions about blogging but I will not dwell with it right now, just like you I am just an ordinary guy who loves to write although I am not good in English, but I have already published more than 12,000 articles on WordPress, another blogging platform and more than 5000 articles on Blogger.com.
This is the look of your new blog, and you can have this with just an existing GMail account and with some little effort.
For the sake of this tutorial, I created a blog titled "Free Blogging Tutorials." On this blog I will teach you on to start your journey of having an online income just like me, earning more than $200.00 a month with using a free service from Google.
The next thing you do is to find a suitable title for your blog, don't worry with some negative people who will comment that you really don't owned your blog because of the domain extension.
Later on, I will help on you can acquire your own domain with just a minimum capital and those capital don't need to come from your own wallet, it will come somewhere else here on the internet. Just keep on following my articles on Read.Cash and I will surely help you on your blogging journey.
The Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of your blog will be your address online. Right now we are using a free platform at Blogger, we cannot remove the extension (blogspot.com) after the name of our blog but later on, I will teach you on how you can have your own domain.
There are lots of critics about Blogger.com, but in the world of making money online, there are lots of blogger who uses this platform and earned a decent living online but they kept on suggesting that we should start having our own domain and our own host without thinking that most people are searching online on how to make money online but ended up giving up money to these online marketers with their affiliate links.

How I Made $200.00 Per Month through Blogging with Zero Capital
My Blogging Journey
Hi, I am a Filipino earning a living online through blogging with free blogging platform, Blogspot.com and bought my own domain with just $.99 cents during the year 2016.
Although blogging is not that really popular right now because of the YouTube Vlogging compared to the time when I started blogging in 2012 but there is indeed money in blogging even until this very day.
As a newcomer here in Read.Cash, I just want to share my journey of being a blogger despite the fact that I only spent my time and efforts. The title of this post is not for click-baiting purposes because the capital I spent on buying the domain came from my efforts of joining the once popular Paid-To-Click sites.
My website is still up and running and I earned a not so decent income but it could provide for my family aside from my day job. I only posted thrice a week, because my website is all about news and current events and most of my articles are political news here in the Philippines.
In blogging there's a lot of secrets that most bloggers don't want to share, because they will teach you but in return you will become your affiliate, that's why most bloggers always suggested to buy a hosting package despite the fact that hosting is still free under Google.
Aside from the free hosting by Google, I have also some websites that is hosted but I paid monthly from the hosting service. My topic on this post is to share my experience on how to blog even without capital and you can buy some domain with just a minimum amount or even below the dollar value.
In my next post, I will be documenting my journey on how I was able to blog with zero capital and still earned a small amount of free money online.
Just keep on sharing and although there's some problems with my English grammar, I am still confident that it is not the correct grammar that counts but the execution and results of what I am doing online.
