Managing stress and anxiety 😟

Stress and anxiety is the most common problem in this generation and after COVID-19 the people who were not undergone stress or depression they have a feast that stress when we are stressed whether the stress is due to have a job order it is due to have an awesome personal the first step is it van should take is identify the cause because in most of the people they don't know the cause of their anxiety even I have analyse some people who adopt unhelpful thing to reduce their anxiety level which is not healthy nor helpful for them is smoking and drinking. In our lives there is always a solution to every problem so we should find the solution but should not take control of the situation some people say that we should not do anything when we are in stress to condition I think doing nothing in such condition will only make your problems worse.

Here are some tips and one can easily manage his stress and anxiety by adopting these habits

be active:-

by doing exercise regularly will not diminish your stress it will only reduce the level of stress during exercise on regular basis will support us emotionally and it will clear some bad thoughts in our mind exercise will also help us to identify the cause of stress and anxiety it will give us power to deal with our problems calmly.

take control:-

I know that I have mentioned that we should not take control of the situation actually the meaning of it is that we should take control of the situation but we should try to find the solution of the problem is if you remain passive thinking I can't do anything about my problem your stress will get worse that feeling of loss of control is one of the main cause of stress and Lake of well-being of the act of taking control is in itself empowering and boost our energy and it is main part to find the solution of the stress.

Connect with others:-

Loneliness is a stress when you have support of your colleagues and friends then our work will be a problem free and the sport of other people will give you comfort and it will give strength to fight with your problems. I think during such time we should spend some time with our buddies because with our friends we have good laugh and we feel relaxed with them i can say that friends are therapy of stress and they provide relief to our pains when we sit with them we can share our inner pain

Have some time for yourself:-

The people who are doing job they face stress most of the time because of their hard routine work they should give time to themselves and they should work for them selves they should go for psychiatric if their condition is going worse and one should not compromise on his health everyone should keep his health at first.

Positive mindset:-

i have a friend who is facing anxiety most of the time and we are in student age. I agree that in student age everyone faces depression and stress for studies but his stress level is different and that is due to negative thinking he always take negative thinking and he thought " why he said this or that" even many times i have suggested him that think positive about yourself and about others

try to a glass half full instead of half empty "

we always look for those things in our life which inspire us and we should challenge us that we can do this and should not be worry about what will people say because people are there only to say this not matter we should work of ourselves we should help other people who are going through condition of stress because when we help them we also get help to tackle such situation we should always be grateful of what we are in our present life because this thinking will boost up our energy and we will be a successful person in our life.
