Learn a little about the role of bees, we will meet three types of bees in a colony. There is a queen bee in charge of maintaining the continuity of the colony (read: laying eggs). There is a male bee in charge of marrying the queen. There are also multi-tasking worker bees. Each colony usually ranges from an average of 60 to 70 thousand bees in one hive. Although densely populated, each bee is able to carry out their respective roles. What can we learn from the nature of these bees?

In community life, we can learn about the nature of these bees, namely carrying out our respective roles. Being part of a community is not just getting something, it's giving something away.

Why should we remember our role?

Because the survival of a community/organization is dependent on the people in it. The existence of a clear division of work and sincerity in carrying out their responsibilities will make the organization a good learning medium for us. By seriously carrying out the role, then we will get something valuable from what we need, namely experience.

How can we do our part well?

Know their rights and obligations. Often times we forget or don't even know what to do, or worse, pretend we don't. Give the understanding that we are part of the community so that we will do something to make it really good.

Worker bees are the bees that have the most tasks, even since they are a few days old. Give loyalty to the community. Do your best because this is not for us alone.

One of the products we know when we hear the word bee is honey. Bees take nectar from flowers, process it in the body, and secrete it into the hive in the form of honey. Bees produce honey which is good for us. Have we ever imagined what would happen if there were no bees? do we have to suck flowers one by one to get the same benefits with honey? Of course not. So, what can we learn from this?

Sometimes not all goodness can be felt in real terms. We can position ourselves as people who convert that kindness so that it can be felt by others, into useful humans. That's what we can emulate from bees.

We can analogize nectar as a potential goodness, for example the knowledge we get. Science is just a science, writing, knowledge. Without someone who applies it, science will not provide progress. So we, can be like bees, we apply that knowledge into something real for the good of society. Some tangible examples include waterwheels to generate electricity in remote areas, Braille letters to help the blind to read, and various other inventions.

Why should we be useful human beings?

Believe that God has a specific purpose for each of His creatures, including you, including me. Then all those goals are to make life better. By giving benefit, we will give meaning to ourselves. We will realize that we are a necessary part of this world. More than that, we will also give happiness to others. What else means more than that?

How can we be useful humans?

Don't think about things that soar. We can start from the simple things that are around us, just like flowers are everywhere. We can take advantage of knowledge from our school, attention and knowledge from our parents, ideas from our friends. The point is to use what we have and make it useful for others.
