Very insightful article about the health benefits of Pawpaw. Asides being a nutritious fruit when eaten, the unripe fruit can actually be used to moisturize meat, although I don't know how hygienic that is.

In the yard of my house I have many papaya plants, in my country we call it "lechosa". The sweet papaya is very traditional at Christmas time. You forgot to add the benefits of the seeds. I don't throw away the seeds. I take about 7 seeds when fasting, as if they were pills, and it relieves stomach ulcers. Yes, the pulverized seeds are good for eliminating parasites in children. And many other uses. Papaya is a very versatile fruit and I have it in my backyard. Interesting content. Regards
