No Bake Custard Cake 🍮

For Caramel:

3tbsp white sugar (melted in low fire)

For Custard:

5 whole eggs

1 can condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla

For cake:

1 cup cake flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk or water

1/8 cup oil

1 tsp salt

4 egg yolks

For meringue :

4 egg whites

1/4 cup sugar added gradually

Procedure:

For caramel slowly melt it in low heat. For custard, beat whole eggs and add the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Strain 3x and ser aside. For cake. Mix all dry ingredients. And mix all liquid ingredients along with egg yolks and mix altogether with dry ingredients. For meringue, mix egg whites using hand mixer add sugar gradually untill you achieve the icing consistency then mix it with the cake batter.

Prepare your baking pan with caramel, add 1/4 of custard mixture, then add the cake mixture making it 3/4 of the baking pan then cover with foil and steam for 30-40 minutes

This is my first try and it turns out okay 😁 kakapalan ko ang custard next time at gagamit ako malaking molder nextime 😘

P.S hindi po yan bigay ni Kap ang itlog na gamit ko 😅😅😅
