So, lately I've been cooking more of foods I barely eat. Okay, they aren't exactly foods I barely eat, they're more of foods I cook but not always cook, they're just regular foods.
Yesterday, I made a very nice pot of fried rice with chicken. The day before was Beans, mashed with plantain, topped with stew 😋. Today is Spaghetti and well garnished fish stew with boiled egg.
If only I can be more regular with this foods, I probably will get to my 50kg goal before the month runs out 😀
