Which is why we often laugh at the idea of laughter, or get upset when we think of sad memories . We can also use this trick as a way to work harder. So whenever we go to do a big job, if we divide the work into small parts before doing that work, we will be able to complete the work with full attention and be successful in the work. With a little effort, we can divide any work into smaller tasks. As we find ways to work faster, our ability to work will also increase.
Nowadays we are so involved in social media that for a moment we don't want to wait without turning to social media and chatting. In any work, the brain just reminds us of that. When we focus on more than one task at the same time, the brain does not focus on any task properly. At the same time the body also gets tired quickly and success does not come.
