How to listen to those who do not listen?[ Part - 2]

Please subscribe if you haven't and leave a like or comment if you want to.*** ***Communication skills are very important for people to be able to speak their minds properly and to make them interested in their speech.*** It can go a long way in any case. Not only sound education but his ***alertness*** and ***dedication*** too are most required. ***Speak with understanding to the audience*** Not all people understand all kinds of things. Just because someone isn't listening doesn't mean they're not interested. Maybe you don't understand him properly. ***If a person who has studied literature has to understand science, he should understand it in simple language instead of explaining the complex equations of science. We have to try to explain science with such literary examples.*** This will make it easier for him to understand what you are saying and he will be more inclined to listen to you because he understands what he is saying. Remember, the need is yours. If necessary, he will understand how to say - it is necessary to do a little research. ***When a person sees that you are interested in his personal interests, he will feel obligated to show interest in you.💕*** ***Learn about different types of learning patterns:*** ***Do you know why many talented people are not good at studying? Again, despite being very talented, many people do not understand why it is so easy?*** This is because not everyone has the same learning pattern. Some read and understand well, some see and understand, some hear and understand, and some do not understand anything well until they write with their hands. People basically learn to read, listen, see and do handwriting - in one of these four patterns. One by one people like to understand one by one kind of pattern. It is called ***"Learning Pattern"***. 💥 Now, the man who likes to read and learn, but doesn't like to learn or know by listening - he will not listen to anyone, why you. The person you want to convey your message, try to understand first - what pattern he or she likes. ***If he likes to read - give your statement in writing instead of telling him. If you like to see and understand, make a presentation if possible. Where your speech will be in the form of pictures or videos.... This strategy is more useful in the workplace than at the personal level.💖***
