Women, Please hear me out!

"RESPECT"

People will only respect you to the level of how you respect your own self. If you think you are a useless and hopeless piece of crap, it will reflect in your actions and behavior.

We all need that, however that is the only intangible thing that we should earn from others and once it's lost you will have a hard time to take and earn it back again.

It is undeniable that it is filled with entertainment, informations, online opportunities such businesses, and provides endless communication. However

It became the breeding place of criticisms, cybercrimes, fraud, fake news, spreading of erotic contents and other disadvantages.

Among all the disadvantages I've mentioned, there is a major issue I wanted to voice out and express my opinion.

I am a woman and it hurts to watch young ladies that are manipulated by attention and popularity by posting videos where they almost half naked and worst showing off their private body parts without any second thought of being judge and erotically fantasized by men.

Tiktok Philippines is not a good entertainment source anymore. When this app was launch in our country I am one of those users of that particular platform because it has a fun features where you can overlay some of your favorite music and I was fascinated by it's cute filters. But as time goes on a lot of users became thirsty for views and popularity most especially the youth and I was deeply saddened because some women are the one's who are desperate just to get the attention they want through showing off their b*obs, dancing without any bra and wearing too much revealing clothes which really ruins the image of a Filipina women.

Some of them said " MY BODY MY RULES". Oh really? You may have the free will to do anything with your own body but let me tell you this, YOU ARE JUST LOSING ALL THE RESPECT FROM OTHER PEOPLE TOWARDS YOU. Do you want to get popular because of doing that? Remember we are living in a world filled with criticisms and once you trigger those judgemental eyes you won't easily escape from it.

Our body is the temple of God. I am not telling this because I am perfect, it's because I am one of those people who criticize them and I realize that it is not helping my fellow ladies at all. To all women's out please here me out. Too much confidence and pride will only drag you down. Don't let popularity control over you.

You should think twice before posting something on social media. Only your future husband must indulge with that body of yours.

WAKE UP!

Before you seek and ask for respect, respect your self first!

To those men out there if you have a daughter, a sister, and a girlfriend. Be their protector and don't let them be the slaves of desperation and the target of sexual indulgence in some social media sites. That's what should a real man do.

To those parents out there please guide your children and monitor what they are doing. Be a good example of discipline and teach them the essence of modesty and respect. Their future is in your hands.
