It Was A Lucky Day Blog #329 August 12, 2022 It's been a week since I became problematic thinking about where should I get some money to buy my kid's school supplies and some necessities at home. A week of battling the hardships that we are facing is one reason why I became stressed and worried since my partner doesn't have a permanent job during that time and even up to this moment. Just three days ago, my partner found a sideline work that pays him enough to spend for this week and thinking about it, I'm still worried about where I can get money for kids' school supplies since their face-to-face class is fastly approaching. Then just last night, my partner went outside to gamble in the small town lottery. He was trying his luck and I'm also hoping that he could win so we won't be problematic when it comes to my kid's important things to be used to school. At a quarter to 9 in the evening, my partner checked the youtube channel of PCSO, and guess what, he won. We were so happy and we're thankful to God for hearing our prayer. This morning, my partner had claimed it. The money was already divided into the important things like the debt that we had in the previous week since we really don't have much on our wallet at that time so the only option is to be in debt to one of our neighbors here who has a grocery store, then other portion of it would be for the school supplies and other necessities at home and the rest would be saved for the next coming days.
I also bought terno pajamas for the kids. Kids were so happy with their newly bought clothes and seeing them on them made me so happy and grateful too.
I also bought 2 new white kumbong "hijabs" for Xandra because they will be used when the class will start. Today I also bought some school supplies for the kids like crayons, pencils, papers, ballpens, notebooks, drawing books, and a sharpener. Anyways, that will end here today because I am really tired this time. Walking from one store to another store made my legs and feet hurt a lot but it's worth it. Thank you for your time today.
