What's the timeframe before the multiplier crashes? Is it less than the blink of an eye? seems pretty easy to win or I'm missing something ^^

It depends Kuntach, some game will crash instantly at x1.00, some at x1,000,000. It's random. What matters is that the player should exit before the curve crashes ... Don't be too greedy and exit in good time :)
