What actually happened Bitcoin Cash Hard Fork ?

If you remember two years ago on 15 nov 2018 Bitcoin cash hard fork or chainsplit into two in which BCH split into two chains and a new coin generated BITCOIN CASH SV.

Now lets talk about why they fork off or chainsplit? Lets take a example of bitcoin cash so in every blockchain there are blockchain developers blockchain miners and key people which is involved in there projects so they do decide and plan what changes they have to do or implitations so that the coin will grow in the future [for ex-should they increase the block size or not?] so the whole community decide together but here what comes difference of opinions in which people on one side present different view point or implitations and people on other side present different view points or impliations so when there are difference of opinions stand the chainsplit will happen.

Now lets again talk about 15 nov 2018 why bitcoin cash splitted into coins bitcoin cash ABC and bitcoin cash SV. On one hand there are developers from bitcoin SV who wants to increase the block size of bitcoin cash and also some other impliations and on one side there are developers from the bitcoin ABC and also RogerVer who dont want to increase the block size and also dont agree by the implitations presented by bitcoinSV so here stands difference of opinions so in the end no solutions was found and they decided to split into bitcoinABC and bitcoinSV so basically the main reason behind the chainsplit is the difference of opinions.

So now we know the history why they are again forking bitcoin ABC from bitcoin cash ?

The bitcoinABC team want to implicate The IFP[infrastructure funding plan] update which means the miners who mines bitcoincash gets a reward of 6.5BCH so Amaury Sechet(lead developer bitcoin cash ABC) wants 8% of the reward to their developers or to the bitcoinABC team they stated that it was important for the future updates but there are again differnce of opinions RogerVer(CEO of Bitcoin.com) ,bitcoinUnlimited and bitcoin cash node also against IFP or no to IFP because they think if the IFP update applied so there was more power to bitcoinABC . So Again BitcoinCash will split into two coins On 15Nov2020 .
