Klebsiella,measle, varicella,rickettsia,Ecoli,stap.aures,Hiv,CMV,herpes,Tb,psedudomonas,

Stage- 4 stage-

1.stage of congestion

2.stage of red hepatization

3 stage of gray heaptization

4.stage of resolution

Features-

Fever,rhinorreoea,respiratorydistress, cough

....... Sings-

General appearence-

  1. Toxic look

  2. Tachycardia

  3. Flaring of alae nasi

  4. Supra sternal inter and subcostal chest indrawing
