Some natural science teaching aids for junior high school level

A few days ago, my fellow teachers and I carried out the renovation of the science laboratory at the school I teach. A few months ago our school just received assistance from the government regarding the procurement of new and better natural science teaching aids to meet the needs of students in learning science subjects including Biolagi and physics. There are about 100 more science props provided and these were ordered directly by our school principal. These include digital microscopes, torsos, props for women and men, stomach, eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, uterus, brain, etc. In the form of posters, pictures of human organs in frame etc.

All of this is intended to make it easier for students and teachers to learn and teach anatomy of the human body.

The benefits of teaching aids are that they can improve children's motor sensors, reduce verbalistic learning methods, increase interaction between teachers and students, and make students more focused on learning. Another benefit can increase success in learning is very important. Activates communication and interaction between teachers and students and between students and students in learning, stimulates the thoughts, feelings, attention, and willingness of students in learning so as to provide a more enjoyable learning experience.

Before covid-19 hit the science laboratory, it was very active until a pandemic occurred so the laboratory was closed due to online learning for more than 2 years. So, when the school is active again, the learning process goes smoothly again. The laboratory also wants to be reactivated. Finally we cleaned, mopped the floor and it took 1 week to clean because it was so dirty.

And now we are grateful that the science laboratory is active again and that new science equipment or teaching aids have been added, so learning is also exciting and fun. Students will be introduced, apart from learning the theory, they can also practice about the theory.

Like learning about male and female reproductive organs, brain, heart, eyes, etc. Also learn about its various functions. In this article I want to introduce some new teaching aids along with a little knowledge about the props that have been provided at our school. 1. Brain

Eyes

Eyes are one part of the body that has an important role in human life. As a sense of sight, the eye has parts that have separate functions, either the outer part such as the eyelids and eyebrows, or the inside of the eye such as the cornea, retina and pupil.
