Phobia is a persistent, excessive, unrealistic fear of something, person, animal, activity or situation. It's a kind of anxiety disorder. A person with phobia either tries to avoid something that gives rise to fear, or tolerates it with great anxiety and anxiety.

Now I am going to talk about 4 types of phobias that threaten me alot every time ๐Ÿคฃ.

Batrachophobia

Amphibians, such as frogs, toads, newts and salamanders have fear. People with batrachophobia can experience symptoms of fear and anxiety when they interact with amphibians, see their photos or videos, or discuss them with other people. This phobia is not as unusual as people think, for a variety of reasons, and it is completely treatable. People who face problems due to this phobia would like to consider treatment to remove phobia or to help them feel more comfortable around amphibians. Mostly girls experience this type of phobia alot like me๐Ÿ˜….

Aquaphobia

Aqua phobia, or fear of water, is quite common phobia. Like all phobia, it can vary dramatically from person to person. Some people are just afraid of deep water or high waves, while others are afraid of swimming pools and bathtubs. The most common cause of aqua phobia is previous negative experience. If you have gone through a near-drowning experience, shipwreck, or even a bad swimming lesson, you are more likely to develop water phobia.

Nyctophobia

Nyctophobia is an extreme fear of night or darkness that can cause severe symptoms of anxiety and depression. Fear becomes a phobia when it is excessive, unreasonable, or affects your daily life. Fear of darkness often begins in childhood and is considered to be a common part of development. Studies focused on this phobia show that humans are often afraid of the dark because it lacks any visual stimuli. In other words, people can fear night and darkness because they cannot see what is around them.

The best treatment for specific phobias is a form of psychotherapy called exposer therapy๐Ÿ˜ฎ. Sometimes your doctor may recommend other treatments or medications. Understanding the cause of phobia is less important than actually focusing on how to treat dieting behavior over time. The goal of treatment is to improve quality of life so that you are no longer limited to your phobia. When you learn how to better manage and relate to your reactions, thoughts and feelings, you will see that your anxiety and fear have subsided and that your life is no longer in control. Treatment is usually on a specific phobia at a time.

Thanks.
