*1. The purpose:* Copy is written with the purpose of creating a sale while content is written with the purpose of creating engagement.

*2. The Direction:* Copy guides you on buying/purchasing experience while content is very multidirectional.

*3. The Goal:* The goal of copy is to increase conversion and in turn raise revenue while the goal of content is to get more attention basically.
