Teacher should treat their children like a teacher, not like illiterate people!!

How should I express my anger?

When the word "school" is heard, then the concept of "education" comes to mind. And when we think of "education" the concept of "teacher" comes to mind. And we all know that

"Teacher is the spiritual father of the students"

The biggest mistake of my family is that they got my sister admitted in school where training and education is less and ignorance and rudeness is taught to students. Every parents enroll their children in a good school and my parents also enrolled my sister in a good school thinking the same. But I have no words to describe the school of my sister.

Today was my sister's last day at school. And she is in the tenth grade. She has final board papers the day after tomorrow. Can you believe that her principal did not allow her and her entire class to enter the school. The whole class went to get the roll number slip. But their teachers made them stand outside the school for two hours without any reason. And then they ridiculed them. The teachers comments pass to the students that:

You guys are here for dinner?

If you people complain to your family then they also talk to their family (in bad behave).

My sister was crying when she came home from school. She says that despite having fans at school, they were kept in the heat. My father as well as many parents have complained to the principal. But they are so filthy people that nothing can affect them.

I would say that such teachers and principals made school less and make their business more.

The school should be a place where children are taught discipline. A good teacher should know "how to bring out the best in their children". What kinds of discipline should taught? Let's talk about it.

Helps students focused on Goals:

The teachers should focus the student in the field in which the mind of the student is better. If a child is studying physics well, let his mind focus on engineering. Don't force such child to become a doctor.

Appreciate student progress:

The teacher should commend the child who is doing well in class. So that he can read better. So that all the children see this thing and try to work hard. Appreciation of teachers encourage the students to doing and hardworking more and more.

Encourage cooperation among students:

The teacher should treat the children well. Give them relaxation so that if they do not understand a question or a topic, they can ask to their teacher again. Teachers should give their students a friendly environment. But always take care of the difference within the teacher and the student. The teacher should treat their children like a teacher not like illiterate people.

Emphasize timeliness:

Teacher should go be time limit to their students whenever they give any task. So that students know the value of time. And they can also learn to manage their task in specific time. Teachers encourage steady work students and sensible time management.

Protect students:

The teacher should take care of their children. Just like today my sister and the rest of students were not allowed to enter the school, such ignorant work does not beautify a teacher. Because children learn from their teacher. What will these children learn if they grow up to be teachers and do the same with their students?

Equally treat to students:

Now a days, there is a trend in most of the schools that they select intelligent and deserving children and pay special attention to them. So that the marks of these children come more and people enroll their children in such schools. And poor or weak children who need more attention, teacher ignore such children.

Do you think this rule is correct?

Not at all

A teacher should focus on each child as much as possible. They treat every student in same way. So that weak student does not feel inferior.
