Energy givers Vs Energy takers!!

Man will never be able to move forward in his life unless he has healthy and fit. Many people regret that they devoted their lives to earning money but didn't give time to themselves. What are some of the things that can take our energy and what are some of the things that can give our energy? Let's review about it:
Energy Givers:
A glass of water:
Getting up in the morning and drinking water keeps a person fresh. And now it's summer, so we should all avoid from dehydration. Because mostly people suffer diarrhea this season. Therefore, we must drink water every now and then and keep ourselves fresh.
Sunlight:
I know we don't like to sit under the sun at all these days because it's summer. Only in winter we dedicate ourselves to the rays of the sun. Spend a little time under sunlight, especially when the first light of the morning sun falls on the earth. Sunlight generate vitamin D in us and keeps our blood pressure normal.
Cuddles with a pet:
I remember I raising parrot at home. And I spent a lot of time with him. I taught him a lot. And I didn't get tired of spending hours with him. It felt like a different kind of energy and happiness. But unfortunately he was dead. And the cause of his death is still unknown. If you have pets, spending time with them will give you an idea of how important they are in your life. And after they leave, a huge gap comes in life for sometime which takes time to forgetting.
Self care, meditation, writing are also involved in energy givers. I explain these points many times in my articles.
Energy takers:
Overthinking:
Overthinking sucks half of our blood. It wastes half of our lives also. We are not able to enjoy happiness in our life properly. Why do I do this? Why did this happen? Why this happened only to me? With such questions we put a burden on our minds. One thing always remember:
"Your mind is your best friend and also a worst enemy" so keep your mind fresh.
Negativety:
Negative thoughts destroy the joys of human life. We do less harm to others and more harm to ourselves. Negative thoughts eat man like termites. We have to build boundaries to get rid of these thinking. Try not to sit alone and change your thinking.
Going, going, going without rest:
Man is just running after his deeds in this world. Rest is necessary after working out. Just like we give ourselves time after work out, we need to rest to get out of mental problems also. Rest is important to maintain our health. Otherwise it sucks half of our energy in no time.
Unable boundaries and dehydration are also involved in energy takers.
