Aims of today's child has become just to score marks!!
Hey guys!!
History is a witness that whenever the result of a child in the family has to come, those family members who have never spoken till now, are the first people to call us.
How many marks did your child get?
Or our child has more marks than your child ?
It doesn't matter if your child has scored low marks, next time he will work harder and get good marks. Etc.
Our education has become dependent only on numbers. The first question asked is how many marks you got. No one asks how your experience was. The subject you have studied, is your concept clear in this subject or not?
What is concept?
Concept of topics helps a child to recognize knowledge, evolution, position, proportion and quantity. So that they can understand in better way. When the child understands each topic better, it will be easier for him to move forward. For this it is very important to understand the basics
.
The aim of today's child has become just to score marks. For that, he just learn the books. And parents are also very happy to see their children's numbers. But as the child's class increases, his subject also becomes more difficult. And when it becomes difficult for him to get the marks, the families think that their child does not study anymore. The child starts getting scolded and the child stops taking interest in studies. I have seen many experienced people whose marks in their studies were very low, some even failed, but their knowledge and their teaching method is even better than the toppers.
So I think parents should force children to clear concepts instead of forcing to get numbers. I have also seen people with 1000/1000 marks or A+ grades who go for a job and fail the interview only because they have zero knowledge. So then a person thinks that as much effort as he put in getting the number, if he put as much effort in clearing the concept, then he would have succeeded.
Closing thoughts:
My purpose of writing this article is that never scold your children about numbers. If your child gets good grades, praise them, but tell them that just getting grades isn't enough. It is also very important to understand each topic. Even if they take tuitions, still give your children two hours of study time a day. Try to explain things by different activities or experiments. So that they can learn better in future.
It's all about for today guys. I hope you spend your day with full of happiness and prosperity. Thank you for your precious time.
