Technology of nowadays have ruling effect on each of us, even powerful than our government ruling! I don't have an idea to write but an article trigger this article and was able to come up with this piece, I'm sure you are interested in knowing what article pave the route! It is @jane article, a comprehensive write up about nature.

How does this relate?

We are natural being and our activities toward emerging development results to over exploitation of our natural beauty leading to some health issue! Let get straight to the tech.

Technology has become an integral component of our daily life. It may have some bad consequences, but it also has numerous advantages and can play a major role in education, health, and general welfare.

Knowing the potential negative impacts can assist you in identifying and minimizing them so that you can continue to enjoy the benefits of technology.

EFFECT THAT CONCERNED US.

Digital eye strain

Digital eye strain can be caused by continuous use of computers, tablets, and cellphones, according to the American Optometric Association (AOA).

Symptoms of digital eye strain may include:

blurred vision

dry eyes

headaches

neck and shoulder pain

Contributing factors are screen glare, bad lighting, and improper viewing distance.

To reduce eye strain, the AOA suggests following the 20-20-20 rule. Try to take a 20-second break every 20 minutes to stare at something 20 feet away to follow this rule.

Musculoskeletal problem

When we use a smartphone, we are likely to hold our heads in an uncomfortable forward-leaning position, putting a lot of strain on our neck, shoulders, and spine.

SOME WAY FORWARD.

it's quite glaring that modern technology rules over us because of its many advantages but its negative impact isn't negligible.

With each new technological advancement, it becomes a little simpler to go overboard. We can feel it in our minds and bodies when we become too wrapped up in it. So, how much is excessive?

The solution is as unique as you are. Here are some warning signs that you're relying too much on technology:

our relatives and friends chastise us for our excessive use of technology.

we've prioritized technology over relationships, a practice known as "phubbing."

our work has been hampered by it.

Technology use is causing us to lose sleep or neglect physical activities.

we're experiencing stress or anxiety, or we're experiencing physical symptoms like tension headaches, eye strain, muscle discomfort, or overuse injuries as a result of it.

and we don't seem to be able to quit.

If this sounds familiar, we should consider the following a suggestions for reducing screen time:

  • Let's remove all non-essential apps from our phone to avoid continuously checking for updates and at the same set aside a specified amount of time each day to utilize our devices.

  • Convert portion of your television viewing time to physical activity.

  • Electronic devices should not be used in the bedroom. Charge them up in a different room. When it's time to go to bed, face clocks and other illuminating devices toward the wall.

  • Make mealtime a device-free zone.

  • Prioritize face-to-face interactions above internet interaction.

For readcash users; Take caution of the side effects!

Closing thought

Technology will never go away, but it will continue to evolve and flourish. Each new technological advancement has the potential to improve people's lives. However, it might have a negative impact on physical and emotional health in rare circumstances.

Anything abused, technology or not, is not good for the health. There should always be balance in everything that we do.

I love how you reminded us of how we 'abuse' these technologies around us. They somehow made us their 'slaves' that we can't get away with them at times even when we're in the bedroom or in the dining. But just like what you've said, we need some off-screen time to reconnect with others face-to-face.

Whether directly or indirectly they affect negativity but are not somewhat visible and the side effect should be what we can possibly avoid by reducing the excessive usage.

Thanks for stopping by.
