Happiest Birthday to the Two Precious Gems of Mine A rainy evening to each and everyone, just got home from my aunts crib. I am so damn tired and beat up from all the errands that I've ran the entire day. Just so you know guys, tomorrow is my cousins debut celebration and I was tasked by my aunt to initiate the birthday party decorations together with my minions (my cousins) lol. We went to the function hall at exactly 4:00 pm and we head home around 7:30 in the evening. We also got thoroughly wet in the rain, but I praised and thank God for the reason that we arrived home safe and sound.

Anyways, my parents celebrated their birthday yesterday. Achieved!! Actually they don't have any plans to make handa in their birthday because we are in the midst of financial crisis right now since our electric bill has arrived, and it needs to be paid this coming Thursday. I told them to worry no more because I will be the one to shoulder the food expenses. At first, they don't want me to spend a single penny and told me to save it for myself instead. However, my stubborness gradually convinced them. We cooked pork barbecue, and tinolang manok. For the dessert I bought them pizza and ice cream. Of course, their favorite fruit "WATERMELON". Even though I wasn't able to provide a grand celebration that they truly deserve, what's more important for me is to see them smile and make them feel special, loved, and treasured. I will buy some birthday decors I failed to buy some birthday decorations because I ran out of budget lol. I'll make bawi nalang next time. And they don't want that kind of gimmicks though. I will invite my mom to join me in the mall to buy something for ourselves. This would give her the chance to choose her own gift. Another one failed! However instead of inviting her to go shopping at the mall, I just gave her the money I had left so that they will no longer worry about our electricity bill. My heart is at ease if I contribute something to them. I can't bear watching them struggling due to our constant financial dilemmas. They deserve every bit of rest from all the burdens in life and as their daughter I will try my best to give them the life that they truly deserve. I'll asked the UFM (UNITED FOURSQUARE MEN/HUSBANDS) and UFW (UNITED FOURSQUARE WOMEN/WIVES) Department in our church to conduct a birthday serenade for the both of them. (NEVER PA NILA TO NAEXPERIENCE HEHE) This plan was also a big "FAIL". my mom and dad were both busy with their work and they don't have any leisure time to relax and chill a bit. All the UFM's and UFW's were both willing to offer a serenade (dawn) to the both of them but unfortunately, my parents had to work since their work shift is at dawn. So yeah, maybe next time will do. Closing thoughts Seeing my parent's joy made all my efforts and planning worthwhile. It was still a great achievement for me. They are the greatest gift that God has given to me and I'll cherished them for all of my life and till they went old and gray. Without them, ATHALIAH won't be born. Well, that would be all for now, because tomorrow is another big day and I have to recover all the energy that has been drained the whole tiresome day. Goodnight, my precious virtual friends.
