Hello everyone!!🙋♀ Are you all awake?👀I hope no one has slept yet.😅 I came up with my new post. Today I will share some of my favorite pictures with you.😊 I hope you like it. ☺ Last year I went to my village home during "Durga Puja". There is a very beautiful water lily flower bill.😍Whenever I go to the village house, I go to that place with my cousins.😇 This is one of my favorite places.❤ Once you go there, your mind becomes better. It is the most beautiful and interesting place in our village. When I go home to the village, I spend most of my time there. I love the place so much.😇❤ Relatives of our souls also come here to visit. Here I have given some pictures of water lilies of that bill.😊☺

Hello everyone!! How are you all? I hope you are well. I'm also good by the grace of almighty God. 😊 Today I came up with my new art. In this corona situation it is the only way to keep my mind a little better. Sorry, It's a little late today.😑 Today I was busy with a little other work so it was too late to post.😒 Anyway, I like to draw new things every day. What I drew today is a little weird but I spent a lot of time behind it to make it look so real. I don't know how well I was able to draw but I tried my best.😊 This is an egg omelette.😂

My cooking diary (Badshahi Chicken)
Hello everyone!! I came back with my new recipe. Today I will share the recipe on how to make "Badshahi Chicken".😊
**"Badshahi Chicken"**
* Materials: -
Chicken without bones - 1 kg
Yogurt - half a cup
Almonds - 10
Cashews - 10
Onions - by size (the country's onions are small, very large here) - like quantity
Ginger, garlic - 2 tbsp
Ghee - one tablespoon
Turmeric - 1 tbsp
Tomatoes - 2
Mustard oil - as much as needed for frying
Curry leaves - 2,4
Cumin - one tablespoon
Salt- like quantity
Chicken stock - 2 cups
Kashmiri red chilli- quantity
Lemon juice - one tablespoon
Coriander leaves - 3/4
* Method: -
Cut the chicken into small pieces, grate it with a fork and put lemon, salt and chilli on it for an hour.
Beat the yogurt with a little water for quite a while.
Make a paste by frying cashews and almonds in a dry pan.
Cut onion, ginger, garlic and make a reddish fried paste.
Heat a little ghee in a pan and fry the chicken pieces lightly. If you fry too much, it will become hard.
Add curry leaves and cumin seeds in mustard oil.
Add chicken and onion paste.
Mix very well and stir with tomato paste.
Give turmeric powder.
When the tomato is raw, mix it with almond paste.
Add chilli, salt.
When the oil is released from the chicken, add the hot chicken stock.
Cover.
In 15 minutes, the chicken is boiled and the broth becomes thick. In fact, shake it with whipped yoghurt.

হ্যালো বন্ধুরা!! হ্যাঁ আমি আবার এসেছি আমার আরো একটা প্রিয় খাবার এর রেসিপি নিয়ে। "রসমালাই" আমাদের সবারই খুব পছন্দের একটা খাবার।😋 আমি এটার রেসিপি শেয়ার করব আপনাদের সাথে।
**"রসমালাই"**
* উপকরণ :-
গুঁড়ো দুধ - ২ কাপ
ডিম - ১টা (ফেটানো )
সাদা তেল -৩/৪ চামচ
বেকিং পাউডার- ১/৪ চামচ
দুধ - ১ লিটার
বাদাম ও পেস্তা - ১০/১২ টা
চিনি - ১ কাপ
*প্রণালী :-
গুড়ো দুধ ,বেকিং পাউডার , ১ চামচ তেল ভাল করে মিশিয়ে নিন।
এবার ওর মধ্যে ফেটানো ডিম চামচে করে আস্তে আস্তে ঢালুন । মাখতে থাকুন। দেখবেন যেন মিশ্রনটি বেশী নরম হয়ে না যায়।
মিশ্রনটি হাতে লেগে গেলে একটু তেল মাখিয়ে নেবেন।
এবার ঐ মিশ্রন থেকে ছোট ছোট বল বানিয়ে ফেলুন।
একটি পাত্রে দুধ গরম করুন।
দুধ ফুটে উঠলে চিনি দিন।
খানিকক্ষণ জাল দিয়ে দুধ একটু ঘন করুন।
এবার দুধে বানানো বলগুলি এক এক করে দিয়ে ৫ মিনিট ফোটান।
গ্যাস বন্ধ করে দিন।
ঠাণ্ডা করে ওপরে কাঠ বাদাম ও পেস্তা কুঁচি দিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।
(ডিম ব্যবহার করতে না চাইলে দুধ দিয়ে মাখতে পারেন )

**"ঢোকলা"**
** উপকরণ -
– ১ কাপ বেসন
– ১ টেবিল চামচ সুজি
– দেড় চা চামচ লেবুর রস
– ১ চা চামচ কাঁচা মরিচ-আদা বাটা
– ৩/৪ কাপ পানি
– ১ চা চামচ লবণ
– টেস্টিং সল্ট (প্রয়োজন মতো)
– ১/৪ কাপ দই
– ১ চা চামচ তেল
** প্রনালি -
ঢোকলার সকল উপকরন একত্রে মিশিয়ে কেকের ব্যটারের মতো তৈরি করুন। লবণ চেখে দেখুন। এরপরে এই ব্যটার একটি বেকিং মোল্ডে ঢেলে নিন।
এবার একটি বড় পাত্রে বেশ খানিকটা পানি দিয়ে জ্বাল করতে থাকুন। এটি স্টিমার হিসেবে কাজ করবে। এরপর পানির পাত্রের ভেতরে একটি স্ট্যান্ড রেখে দিয়ে মুখটি ঢেকে দিন।
স্ট্যান্ডের উপরে বেকিং মোল্ড বসিয়ে ভালো করে পুরোটা ঢেকে দিন ও রান্না করতে থাকুন। বিষয়টি পুডিং যেভাবে ওভেন ছাড়া বানান ঠিক তেমনটিই হবে।
ঢোকলা তৈরি হতে হতে টেম্পারিংয়ের জন্য একটি ছোটো প্যানে তেল গরম করে এতে সরিষা দানা দিন। ফুটে উঠলে এতে জিরা ও তিল দিয়ে নেড়ে নিন। এরপর কাঁচা মরিচ ফালি দিয়ে কিছুক্ষণ নেড়ে নিন।
১/৩ কাপ পানিতে চিনি গুলিয়ে দিয়ে দিন প্যানে। এবং পানি ফুটে উঠলে রাও কিছুক্ষণ চুলায় রেখে তৈরি করে নিন।
১০-১২ মিনিট পর স্টিমারের ভেতরে বেকিং মোল্ডে একটি কাঠি ঢুকিয়ে দেখুন ঢোকলা তৈরি হয়েছে কিনা। যদি কাঠি পরিষ্কার হয়ে বেড়িয়ে আসে তাহলে বুঝবেন তৈরি হয়ে গিয়েছে।
ঢোকলা বের করে মোল্ডে রেখেই নিজের পছন্দমতো আকারে কেটে নিন এবং উপরে টেম্পারিংয়ের মিশ্রণটি ভালো করে ছড়িয়ে দিন। এভাবে খানিকক্ষণ রেখে দিন।
এরপর উপরে ধনেপাতা দিয়ে সসের সাথে পরিবেশন করুন মজাদার গুজরাটি খাবার ‘ঢোকলা’।

Hi everyone!! How are you all? Yes I'm new here & I have came here to share my thoughts. Today I will talk about friendship. I wrote a poem about friendship. We all have more or less friends but in the course of life we face many crises when we realize who our real friends are.
"Friends"_
What is friendship?
You'll be friends later. First find out what friendship is.
It's not a relationship, it's not a feeling.
There is no bond, no illusion.
There is only emotion, there is no want.
Friendship is like the sun.
