Hello everyone!! Hope you are all well. I'm also fine by the grace of God. Today I will talk about a famous place in Bangladesh.
This is the "Sajek Valley". This place is a famous tourist attraction of Rangamati.๐๐คฉ
Sajek Valley is a famous tourist destination in Sajek Union, Baghaichhari Upazila, Rangamati District, Bangladesh.
Located just north of Rangamati, the Sajek Valley has two neighborhoods - Ruilui and Kanlak. Ruilui Para is located at an altitude of 1,620 feet. Kanlak Para is located at an altitude of 1,600 feet. Sajek Valley is also known as "Rangamati Roof". There is also Matiranga and many more to see.
Sajek Ruilui para and Kanlak Para, a combination of these two neighborhoods. Ruilui Para is located at an altitude of about 1,720 feet above sea level and Kanlak Para is situated at an altitude of 1,800 feet.
Sajeke is mainly inhabited by Lusai, Pangkhoa and Tripura tribes. Much of Rangamati can be seen from "Sajek Valley". For this reason Sajek Valley is called the "Roof of Rangamati".
The name Sajek Valley comes from the Sajek River which originates from the Karnafuli River.
"Sajek Valley" is located on the northernmost Mizoram border in Rangamati district. The distance from Khagrachhari district headquarters to Sajek is about 60 kilometers. And about 49 kilometers from Dighinala. Sajek is bounded on the north by Tripura in India, on the south by Langodu in Rangamati, on the east by Mizoram in India, and on the west by Dighinala in Khagrachari. Sajek Union is the largest union in Bangladesh; Its area is 602 square miles. There is Sajek BGB camp here.
Clouds, mountains and green everywhere in Sajek. Sunrise and sunset can be given from here.๐คฉ You can trek from Ruilui Para in Sajek to Kanlak Hill. Kanlak is the highest peak of Sajak.
On the way to Kangla, one can see the great hills of the Mizoram border, the way of life of the tribals, and the clouds all around. Tribal festivals are held here at certain times of the year and various aspects of their culture can be enjoyed.
Many people live in a small ethnic group in Sajek. Their houses are built on bamboo scaffolding.
One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.๐ Last went in December last year. God knows when I can go again.๐
