Baked Fish with sauce:

ingredients:

1/2 kilo fish fillets

spices

oil

for the sauce:

2 tablespoons of butter

1 tablespoon of flour

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1/4 cup tomato sauce

salt

balck pepper

procedure:

spice the fillets, and place into a pan sprayed with oil, cover the top of the fillets with some sauce. bake in the oven for 20 minutes

preparing the sauce:

in a pan put butter, then add the flour, sugar and tomato sauce and spices.
