Recipe name: Rose flower cake/golap ful pitha (soaked in veins)
Materials:
1) 1 cup of rice powder.
2) Half a cup of flour.
2) Ghee 2 tablespoons.
3) Half a liter of soybean oil (approximately).
4) Food color (optional).
5) A little salt.
6) One and a half cup of sugar.
6) 2 pieces of cardamom.
6) Three and a half cups of water (to make one and a half cups of dough and two cups of syrup).
9) Peanuts, almonds, for garnish.
Preparation:
First put water and salt in a saucepan in the oven. When the water boils, cover it with rice powder and flour for 5 minutes. Then turn off the oven by shaking it. This will make the dough perfectly.
Bake the bread very well. If you want time, you can make bread of different colors with food color. Now you have to cut the bread into small pieces with a cutter. Pieces of this small bread should be rolled around it with another one and stuck well along the middle. In this way, after 6 consecutive rolls, cut along the middle and make two roses on both sides and pull the petals downwards. It will create the shape of a perfect rose.
When all the cakes are ready, lightly thick syrup should be made with one and a half cup of sugar and two cups of water, cardamom and ghee.
The cake should be fried on low heat. After frying, the hot cake should be poured into a light hot syrup.
I soaked the cake in two ways.
1. In the same way, I soaked the hot cake in a light hot sauce for 20 seconds.
2. In another way, I kept it wet all night.
Garnish with nuts while serving.
Then the rose flower cake/golap ful pitha is made.
