grilled quails
10 quails
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Mustard
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt
remove backbones from quails , Mix together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place quails in a dish. Coat with mixture, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 5 hours
Preheat grill for high heat. Place quails onto grill skin side down. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turn and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Remove and serve.
